Cons: I requested two people and only had one person show up just to spend 7hrs and have half a house cleaned. My living room and my son's room did not get cleaned. The 7hrs did not even include carpet vacuuming or washing kitchen accessories which my previous cleaner did. Not happy!

It was the same immediate response when I posted my housekeeping project. This shows company commitment to their business and proving service. If I could split the rating, it would be "5 Stars" for just customer services response time. I was not as pleased with the actual housecleaning. My house wasn't "dirty" and I just wanted my kitchen, windows (which I paid an extra $9 each to have cleaned), floors and bathrooms to get professional service. I live alone, no pets or children and I travel. Just wanted an extra shine that I don't have time to do, as I'm having guest. Had to ask housekeeper to "redo" a few things. Didn't know the company didn't do dishes, clean the refrigerator or the clean the microwave!!!! That was news to me so that left the kitchen "not cleaned" to me! So the overall rating averaged out to be only fair taking into consideration that while great communication and customer service are important, what I paid for was professional housecleaning and, while the housekeeper did clean, there is no professional sparkle!ll

Full Circle "Cleaning" Crew; so full circle it's just as dirty when they left as when they arrived…read more The only difference is you're out $173.20, you have more stress, no one will answer you back, and you get to clean it yourself! I messaged this company on Saturday 8/6/22. They said they could get out to us on Monday for a Move Out Clean and I said great! Put the key under the mat and trusted them to get the job done. I paid the deposit and the rest of the bill out of good faith thinking this company would do a professional job like they were hired to do. If you don't know, a move out clean means that you have MOVED OUT of the home, and needing it to be cleaned before turning your keys in. I live an hour away from this home and returned last night to take pictures to make sure everything was taken care of. I walked into a DISASTER! The only thing that was cleaned was the oven and the microwave. No one swept, no one mopped, my baseboards were not cleaned, the bathroom wasn't cleaned, mirrors were not cleaned, appliances were not wiped down, and my fans were not cleaned. I messaged Joseph the owner and the response I got was we can't help you because it's been more than 24 hours and that someone "walked on the floors after cleaning". You can clearly see that they didn't clean considering I had kibble on the floor from when we moved the furniture, there is dirt and laundry beads on the floor in the laundry room. They were the only company I had called out due to cleaning being the last thing that needs to be done in the apartment. They will not return my calls, will not respond to my messages. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The only thing they are professionals at is being thieves. They have stolen my money and don't have any plan on fixing the job they did NOT COMPLETE! If the owner would like to contact me to do a walk through of the apartment that they supposedly "cleaned" I'd love to. I'd be embarrassed if I were him and the cleaning service that his company has given. I have attached the messages and the pictures from 8/11/22 I took of my apartment. If the company would like to send me pictures of the apartment that the cleaning crew took after they "cleaned" to prove any of this was done after I'd gladly like to see that. I turn my keys in tomorrow 8/13/22. This company deserves 0 stars. I will edit if I ever get an answer back. Edit: The company still refuses to give me my money back even though they clearly did not clean my apartment. I had to spend 3 hours cleaning my apartment the day before turning in my keys. I do not recommend this company. They don't actually clean and all they do is steal your money!

What I ask for is simple but the important things to me are timing, reliability and consistency. I found Finest Cleaning Service online and first they had an impressive website that clearly lists out exactly the services (with price) available. Then I was able to book an appointment on their website directly. Almost immediately, someone reached out to confirm the appointment time. I had to leave some instructions about our appointment and they were able to coordinate it all with me with professionalism, courtesy, respect and so so on time. The level of communication offered was just out of the world first class! I was also very impressed with the service received. My home was very well taken care of and the clean comprehensive. they didn't cut corners when doing the move in clean. They noticed a few dings around the house and were kind enough to take pictures and send them to me so i was aware that they existed (and that the cleaning crew didn't cause it). I wasn't charged until AFTER the cleaning crew had completed the service and left. The owner is super considerate and after I had moved in, even texted me to check in on me and make sure that I was moved in alright. Once I get more of these boxes out of the way, I will definitely have them back to do a clean again. Great people, great service. If you need a cleaning crew you can trust to take care of your home/ office/ whatever space you need cleaned--look no further, give the Finest Cleaning Services crew a call--or easier yet, get on their website and schedule your clean. Best advice I received when I was younger--you don't have to do everything. Sometimes, it's more cost effective and efficient to outsource the things you don't have time or don't want to do. This is definitely a good partner to outsource to.

I used Finest Cleaning Service for the move-out cleaning on my home that I was selling. I'd…read morealready left the state by the time they came, so I had to coordinate remotely and have my realtor be the 'enforcer' to make sure everything was done well, but I did get pictures. I guess I will start with the negatives. They are not a bargain brand by any stretch of the imagination. ( I didn't choose them based on price, and frankly they were the highest bid that I got. However, I chose them because they could do steam cleaning service as well as the regular cleaning, no one else could do that, plus they are licensed, bonded, insured which was required for my realtor to leave a combo lock for the cleaners to use. ) The main other negative was that they forgot to clean the oven on the first pass, my realtor noticed and the team came back the next morning to catch that miss. On the neutrals side - it turns out that if you have cats that barf under your bed for several years, you can't "just" have a steam cleaning; they have to do some kind of neutralization treatment first to avoid stinking up your house when they steam clean. Which costs a couple hundred extra dollars. Eek. Honestly, I have no idea whether cat barf really requires this, or only cat pee would, or whether it's all fiction - but in the situation I was in, I didn't really have much choice or time to research this myself.. I had to just authorize the extra charges. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that this is actually the right thing to do, but I recommend that you do your own research first if you're in a similar situation with bulimic cats and a bed too big to get under on your own. Now, onto the good things. They are EXCELLENT with respect to communication. Caio is extremely responsive, clear, and detail oriented. Scheduling the appointment was extremely easy, they have a well-built portal you can book through. They are flexible as far as payment methods, there is a surcharge for credit card, but being able to accept them is a big plus as I didn't want to leave a check when I was no longer in the state. Aside from the minor hiccups described above, they did a great job cleaning the house. When the job was done it was spic and span based on the pics and my realtor's checkup. They are very professional and reliable. So all in all, I do absolutely recommend them if you're someone who wants a hassle-free experience and is willing to pay bit extra to get it.
