First off, the cleaner had set my A/C to 55 and left it. 55 in the Texas summer! And mind you no one is currently living there, I had moved out. By the grace of god they did not break my A/C unit. Now onto the actual cleaning, they did not. My home was still dirty, the kitchen and bathrooms were not moped at all. They did not wipe down the walls. Only half the windows had been dusted or cleaned. Every single one of my ceiling fans was still dusty, and there were cobwebs still in the corners of the ceiling. The oven and oven hood still had grease on them. All of these are items on there checklist. To make matters worse they had charged me an additional 4 hours on top of the move out price. I called, and demanded either a reclean or a refund as there guarantee states they do. They said they would send someone out and they would be there between 2:30 and 3:30. At 4:00 no one had arrived. I called again and demanded a refund at this point and was told "We don't do that."... IT IS LITERALY STATED ON YOUR GUARANTEE! After arguing with them for hours the manager said to me "I can issue a refund for the additional 4 hours we charged you, but it will be coming out of my own paycheck." Yes they tried to guilt trip me after not doing the job I paid them for. Also Janeth if you are reading this and your boss did actually try to deduct that from your paycheck, go find a workers rights lawyer because that's illegal. To anyone thinking of hiring this service, DON'T! They are unprofessional, unqualified, rude and will at most break your A/C, and at least run up your electricity bill.

We searched for cleaning companies that were near us and Valet Maids came up. We booked an emergency cleaning online, yep! online. That sold me, I do most of shopping online so it was nice to see a service company get with the times so people can book things online. They sent 3 maids to our rental. Everyone was super professional and they did a fantastic job! I liked how they didn't just rush out of there when they finished but took their time to walk me through the house showing me what they did. I definitely feel bad about how we left the place for them to clean but they didn't complain or anything they just got to work and knocked it out. Definitely glad we chose this company over others, thank you guys! :)

We were moving and had 3 of the 5 bedrooms empty and we keep the house fairly clean but we wanted to find a Housecleaner to prepare the house for listing it to sell, However, when my husband got home, she charged us $50 more than I was told and my husband paid it unknowingly. $178 total When I got home these were all the things found not completed !!!!! See photos The microwave was never cleaned, trash not taken out, floors dirty, mirrors not cleaned or dusted....... I called Guy and he did not call me but had Rebecca call me and she assured me she'd come back and clean it. Then i came down with Covid (4-5 weeks) so everything was postponed to ensure the housekeeper would be safe to clean once we left the house to the new house. So fast forward to that day and she said she'd be there at noon. But then I got these other texts from her as to why she was late each hour and by 6:30pm I had had enough of her nonsense. Guy did refund us $50 but very very disappointed in the terrible lack of housecleaning and that she never came back back to complete job at our scheduled time!!! We are also missing a new prescription that we never found. We do not recommend this company for cleaning! Not dependable, not professional and waste of money and time!!! Very disappointed Update: I just read the owner's response to this review and I am reassured that this is NOT a professional cleaning service and after reading his response it is obvious to see he is resorting to slandering me because I shared my honest experience. The pictures do not lie and neither do the pics of our texts where she kept making excuses for being 5 hours late. I was not happy and told him that and no longer trusted their cleaners to return and make it right. When I asked Guy for a list of what they require for the maids to clean he told me his computer blew up and could not provide me a list. You be the judge and you decide. Peace

Yes, this is the correct company…read more The transaction date was 10/20/22, and we booked the service thru your website and called the website phone number 2 days in a row to no avail over an hour each time. The recording would repeat that other customers were being helped and someone would be with me shortly, something to that effect. I have disputed this charge with the credit card company. Your deep cleaning of this 800 sq. ft was less than 45 minutes which is ridiculous! I paid $178 for the kitchen sink and counter, bathroom sink, and oven to be cleaned. Everything else was either untouched or wiped down with a dirty rag. The previous tenant had cleaned the unit however it needed to be deeper-cleaned. When you would look closely, you can still see the dirt and grim that was remaining from their cleaning job. They are not professional cleaners but still need to fulfill their lease obligations. What remained was a deep cleaning. Now that I am speaking with you. You should already know that when you charge someone to clean a list of items, that list needs to be completed before you leave the property, especially when you charge extra for deep cleaning. There were no before and after pics as you mentioned that are sent to customers. Your supposed deep cleaning was performed in less than 45 minutes. How do I know? Well, I received a phone call from you all needing the code to enter the property and a Thank you text message that the job has been completed. The shower was untouched by you all. Soap scum on both glass doors and the tracks were nasty. No sign of any water or wetness in the shower when we returned so we know this was skipped. I received a thank you email 10 min before our arrival. Lifting the toilet seat, there was still hair and yellow nastiness under the seat. Also, a Swiffer mop should not be used for deep cleaning. Professional equipment should be used by a professional such as a traditional mop. However, the floors were not even mopped because there was dried poop on the floor that remained afterward that was on the hardwood floor. Besides the moping, a vacuum was not performed because there was hair and dirt in every corner of every room. The window baseboards were not wiped down. The Mirror in the restroom had streaks all over it and was not cleaned with a clean towel. The oven was cleaned, and the kitchen and bathroom sinks were clean. But that's about it. $178 for 45 min sounds like a lawyer, not a house cleaning service. The stainless steel appliances were not cleaned with proper stainless steel cleaner and had swirls all over them. and the inside of the empty refrigerator was untouched as well. Ughhh. I hate reliving this nightmare. I had to end up cleaning the place myself... Worst experience ever.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY I purchased the deep clean…read morelast month based on the good reviews that this "company" had. I received a call early the morning of from someone stating the cleaner was wanting to come to my house now (2 hrs before the time period I scheduled,) I said I'll be home in an hour. The young girl showed up an hour later, she walked in and said can you show me towards the master, so I walked her through the house and mentioned the main things I wanted her to focus on was a heavy vacuum & mopping of the tile floors (tile is in my entire home,) and wiping all the cabinets off, as well as dusting/wiping the baseboards since we would be painting the day after she left. The deep clean stats a 4-6 hour clean time, my home is 2000 sq ft and kept pretty clean normally.. just didn't have time to do the detailed work I had requested. She spent over an hour in the master bathroom, then less than a hour in the 3 bedrooms (I requested nothing be done in there except the floors) and the 2nd bathroom. She had finished in the kitchen/living before I could even go back and look at her work in the rest of the house. I specifically had a couple drops of blood on the floor from my dog being in heat the night before... to my suprise she said all the floors had been cleaned. So I walked her and pointed out the blood drops.. she insisted that was a stain on the floor, so I wiped it up. I then began looking at EVERYTHING because if she had already mopped the floor and she didn't get the blood drops in the middle of the floor what else did she not do?! I then went to inspect the bathroom cabinets (specifically the 2nd bath) I noticed all the white dots on the cabinets were still there. As a matter of fact she didn't even wipe off the toilet from hair/dust! I asked her to wipe off the bathroom cabinets as my child had splashed toothpaste (white dots) from brushing their teeth. That was completed about 75%, she definetly did not go out of her way to get it all, or wipe the entire cabinets.. just where she saw white. She then comes and tells me shes done and I said wow that was quick, it had been less than 3 hours from when she arrived, much-less actually started working. I asked if the baseboards had been cleaned since they would be getting painted and she said yes. She left. I then went and did a thorough walk-through the house now that the floors weren't wet, and to say I was so appaled and upset is an understatement. She left all the bags of trash on the wet floor in my kitchen, she dusted AROUND my pictures and other items, toilets were not wiped off, the floors were not vacuumed, she swept just the walkway before she mopped just what she could reach. And not cabinets in my kitchen were touched. I also opened my oven and of course that had not been touched either. At this point I start taking pics because I have painters coming the next day and can not point over the dust & hair I found ALL OVER the baseboards. I then decided to sit down and watch all my cameras for the next 2 hours and sure enough.. SHE NEVER TOUCHED THE BASEBOARDS, OR THE CABINETS, OR THE OVEN or may other things that I took pictures of. But to top it all off - what she did do was break the shower head/bar coming out of the shower in the master bathroom. I had no idea until my husband came home later that night to shower and asked why it was bend and hanging from the wall. I didn't want to tell him I had paid $300 DOLLARS for this cleaning... I do not use the master shower so he knows no one else would be going in there. He attempted to tighten/screw it back in to shower and it completely fell out of the wall when he tried to pick it up. I was standing there when it happened since I was taking pictures of what it looked like. It could not be fixed. I now am upset and had to clean the baseboards myself because we were painting the next morning. I contacted the "company" the next afternoon, after expressing just the lack of cleaning the lady had completed the lady who said she was the owner on the phone began getting upset and said "we have never received any feedback like this before". I said I have many pictures to prove what wasn't done, or you are more than welcome to come stop by and put your eyes on everything I am talking about. The owner said the cleaners are required to send pictures of everything before they start cleaning. I said great then you will have pictures of the bathrooms, she said yes I do. I mentioned that my husband went to shower and the shower head/arm was bent and wasn't working. She began to raise her voice and said her cleaning lady did not break anything and that cleaning lady is one of her best cleaners, then she mentioned she is actually cleaning my house right now so let me call her. The "owner" called me back and said listen we aren't responsible for anything with the shower unless you can PROVE IT WASN'T BROKEN TO BEGIN WITH. I was told my $ would be refunded and she didn't have time to deal with this.

I used Finest Cleaning Service for the move-out cleaning on my home that I was selling. I'd…read morealready left the state by the time they came, so I had to coordinate remotely and have my realtor be the 'enforcer' to make sure everything was done well, but I did get pictures. I guess I will start with the negatives. They are not a bargain brand by any stretch of the imagination. ( I didn't choose them based on price, and frankly they were the highest bid that I got. However, I chose them because they could do steam cleaning service as well as the regular cleaning, no one else could do that, plus they are licensed, bonded, insured which was required for my realtor to leave a combo lock for the cleaners to use. ) The main other negative was that they forgot to clean the oven on the first pass, my realtor noticed and the team came back the next morning to catch that miss. On the neutrals side - it turns out that if you have cats that barf under your bed for several years, you can't "just" have a steam cleaning; they have to do some kind of neutralization treatment first to avoid stinking up your house when they steam clean. Which costs a couple hundred extra dollars. Eek. Honestly, I have no idea whether cat barf really requires this, or only cat pee would, or whether it's all fiction - but in the situation I was in, I didn't really have much choice or time to research this myself.. I had to just authorize the extra charges. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that this is actually the right thing to do, but I recommend that you do your own research first if you're in a similar situation with bulimic cats and a bed too big to get under on your own. Now, onto the good things. They are EXCELLENT with respect to communication. Caio is extremely responsive, clear, and detail oriented. Scheduling the appointment was extremely easy, they have a well-built portal you can book through. They are flexible as far as payment methods, there is a surcharge for credit card, but being able to accept them is a big plus as I didn't want to leave a check when I was no longer in the state. Aside from the minor hiccups described above, they did a great job cleaning the house. When the job was done it was spic and span based on the pics and my realtor's checkup. They are very professional and reliable. So all in all, I do absolutely recommend them if you're someone who wants a hassle-free experience and is willing to pay bit extra to get it.

Their staff destroyed several items in my home and didn't even apologize for it much less replace them. They also took my card on file at the time of booking which I didn't mind, that's typical for cleaning services. The issue is that I assumed they charged that card for the services rendered... until several days later I get all these messages and phone calls about payment. I told them to charge my card on file and they flat out refused to do so. They insisted I pay an invoice, but I was busy at work and didn't have time to do so. Then they showed up at my home trying to collect payment despite me telling them repeatedly that I was at work and nobody would be home. The owner and her boyfriend called me from multiple phone numbers, THREATENED ME with the police but continued to refuse charging my card on file. They tried to say my card was "blocked" which I know was not true. When I was done working I paid their ridiculous invoice, only to find that they DID in fact CHARGE MY CARD ON FILE!! I literally paid for the clean TWICE because they refused to charge my card, insisted I pay an invoice instead, threatened me to pay their invoice, and then charged my card anyway. And the worst part? The owner and her boyfriend BLOCKED ME as soon as they took my double payment. They said to "talk to the office manager" who also completely ignored me. I had to dispute the extra charge through my bank to get my money back. I'm a business owner myself and I would never in the worst situation think of treating a client this way. I cannot suggest anyone to use this shady company that overcharges, under-delivers, and literally threatens clients. Stay far away from these folks!
