I called to get service on our filtration equipment and waited for and Hour and a half I finally got someone to schedule a service then service date came and no one showed up or called so I called and waited an hour again and finally got someone but they keep having to transfer to the filtration dept. and when the person picked up they kept talking but couldn't hear me so they hung up on me and again no one called back to see what I needed. Mean while I am paying for an equipment that I can't use. The worst customer service, well lack of. As a Mountain Spring Valley customer, I was concerned there would be a downgrade when it was acquired by Primo Water and sure enough now I am experiencing issues I never did with MSV. Getting anyone on the phone is a process that takes hours and recently their website has been down quite frequently as well. The last few months there has been no consistent delivery. I originally called over a month ago to cancel service at one location just because I did not need it and learned 2 weeks later that they allegedly canceled service at my second location (which I did not intend to do). Regardless I figured it would be sorted when they came to pick up the equipment but they never showed nor have they answered my multiple email requests to terminate service. At this point I need service terminated at both locations because there IS NO SERVICE. I am currently on the phone (on 2 different phones) hoping to get through. I've been on hold on one line for over an hour now, the second is at about 50 mins. To top it all off I was charged this week for a delivery I have not received. Why would they acquire a company they cannot service at the height of a pandemic? Do yourself a favor, DO NOT do business with Primo Water. Service was adequate until I moved about 6 weeks ago. Called to change service address (within same zip code) and was somewhat surprised when I was told it would be several weeks, but owing to the pandemic I was understanding. We were able to limp through, no big deal. Then the day came when delivery was to arrive and nothing. No water, no call, no email. Nothing. I phoned them, they tried to get the driver and couldn't (about 5 seconds was devoted to that effort). Was told they would come two days later. Ok, I was out of water for our family of 5 by this time, but had some individual bottles. No biggie. Then, the replacement day also came and passed. No delivery. Tried to call, but very restrictive customer service hours and they were closed by the time I got out of work. Tried to use their website, and it's terrible/rudimentary - couldn't accomplish what I needed there as a customer. Pretty sure I'm done at this point. Will call tomorrow when they open, cancel, and go with a competitor. Just not into paying a premium for such bad service and lack of attention to detail. Worst customer service! Don't use this company! I had several issues with this company and they really pissed me off today. My water machine is broken and can't get any hot water and they supposed to come out today between 8-5 to change the machine, but they didn't show up nor called me. Then when I called them he just said sorry, but they can't come out till July 15th because they don't have enough staffs. What a waste of time and worst customer service! They are supposed to provide water to my work every 2 weeks but have been MIA (not the first time, but the longest gap yet). They canceled delivery last week and reschedule to Monday and just to do so again every day this week. I've been calling all this week and get people saying they will call back and nothing. Don't even bother to try and work with this company it's absolutely pointless. I wish I would check them online before, as all the reviews are 1 star for a reason. Long story short - as at the moment, I been waiting for little bit over then two months to get my water delivery. They have a very nice mobile app that you can choose your delivery date and even add more products, the problem? When your delivery day arrived -no one shows up! They don't deliver the water and don't even update you that no one will arrive. The date keep changing automatically for the following day or few days later but still no one is showing up. I been like that for over then two month and as for now - I have about 25 scheduled deliveries that never arrived. The call back they promised me from the customer service was two weeks ago and still no one called. BUT they did respond to me email! It took them 7 days but they did it! Now my delivery is re-scheduled yet again for JULY 27? Keep in mind, I don't live in a rural hard to access area. I'm in a busy residential part of the Los Angeles area. Not out of anybody's way, and it's WATER they are delivering! Not precious hard-to-find substances! They also told me that if I were to dispose of the equipment they are refusing to pick up, I will lose my deposit, and yet won't tell me where to take it to drop off. This service is worthless. Every month I'm calling to find out why my bill is $60+ AGAIN. I get one 24 case of water and SOMETIMES a THREE gallon bottle. Water delivery to me is something that I expect to be simple, straight forward and helpful. What I have experienced is extremely far from it. Late or completely missed deliveries, once I had to update my card on file due to an expired expiration date and they skipped my delivery with no word or notice over an under $20 balance which to me ludicrous. The biggest issue is i just saw an unexplained $400 bill from them appear on my account and when I went to call in to obviously dispute this incorrect amount, the call got routed to a really crazy collection guy at their collection agency. When asked for a line item breakdown of charges I got the run around and am still trying to figure this out. They threatened to hurt my credit over this crazy unexplained gougery so I just went in and paid the full amount while I investigate to avoid that issue but needless to say this is unacceptable, unethical, and this company will never service me or any of my companies again. read more

Like many other customers I am here to speak about the TERRIBLE service. I received a call from a driver scolding me for adjusting my schedule. I was at work and couldn't tell him exactly what I wanted to. How dare you call to complain about something I as a customer have the right to do? I needed more water and so I moved my delivery up. I didn't even do it last minute. So after the Tuesday call I decided to let it go since I was getting water Friday. Friday came and went and I didn't get my delivery. The driver CANCELED MY ORDER WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I then called Saturday to complain and was assured I'd get a delivery on Monday (TODAY). I just received an email saying I won't be getting my delivery. I've been without water for 4 days now. I called to complain again and they told me they would reach out to the region manager and I'd get a call. I never got the other call. If I don't get water today o will be canceling not only my home delivery but my business as well. I WISH I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS FOR THE LACK OF CARE! This company could careless about their customers. My deliveries have been 1-2 weeks late. No phone calls , no warnings, nothing until 7pm the evening my waters were supposed to be delivered. I sent an email almost a week ago stating I need a supervisor to call me.... their website says they respond within 24/hrs ... I have still yet to receive a response. It seems that since DS Services or Sparkletts sold to Primo these reviews are all in July of this year. I have been with DS Services as a Costco Member, for a couple of years. Everything has been great in the Sun Valley area. My Family has absolutely Adored our Driver, Freddy. He has always been there on his scheduled day and even when there were Holidays, he came prior to the Holiday and still had wonderful service. And then I moved, Freddy told me that Justin is a great driver as well and I will like him in the Sylmar area. I did a change of address and that changed my delivery as well to my 1st delivery was July 28th. No show. I called on the 28th and found out that Justin had vehicle problems so he did not get to finish his route. On the 29th I called and found out Justin was running way behind for he was trying to do both days and could possibly deliver up till 7:00 p.m/pst. Nope didn't happen. Here we are Friday the 30th and I called at 10 to 7:00 am and Primo had just went ahead and scheduled me to August 2nd. When were they going to tell me? I said, NO, I am now out of water. I now need 3 bottles left versus the 2 that I previously discussed, and you still have 10 bottles make it 11 to pick up. She sent an email to Dispatch to have the Supervisor call me. At 10:00 a.m, I called again and bit off Oscar's face, for he asked me if I wanted to cancel my delivery for August 2nd? How do I know if I am being delivered to today? No one has called me. Since I have to do others jobs as well. I want all of these companies to put me on their payroll, so I told Oscar to send another email to Dispatch to call me. I called again at 1:24 p.m. and Chris doesn't know what I want him to do? I said how hard is it to pick up a phone like I did and call the "CUSTOMER BACK"? He went on about how their short staffed, over worked. You don't think I'm not? What happened to Customer Service? Is it not us the Customers that are paying their payroll, their overhead, etc. etc.? If I could give ZERO stars I would. This was my first time ordering a Sparkletts dispenser after finally deciding to commit to it rather than continuing to buy bottled water all the time. When I booked the initial delivery for today, it said it would be delivered between 9:30 am - 12:30 pm. It is now past 4:00 pm and I am STILL sitting here waiting. I have called every Sparkletts number that exists and have been on hold literally for HOURS. No one answers the phone. There's no online customer chat. There is zero way to get a hold of anyone!!! The website has said they are on their way to me for hours on end. This has RUINED MY ENTIRE DAY. I had to take the WHOLE day off work waiting for this stupid dispenser!!! And it STILL isn't here!! One of my friends even tried calling for me and has been on hold now for OVER 2 HOURS. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO IRRITATED BY A COMPANY BEFORE.
