We put in the order with Brad, scheduled an appointment for installation and our installer was Maurice. These guys know what they are doing and they made it very easy for us. The set the expectations and we didn't have to do anything. It took us about a couple hours where we couldn't use the water but then all we had to do is flush out the air from the new system. It's the third day now and everything is working great. WHY WE CHANGED: Just got tired of increasing monthly rates and having to open the garage for the techs to switch out the tanks. The filters hadn't been changed since 2021, and the tank had completely lost pressure. I immediately changed the old filter, but the system was still not working well and the whole setup was just on its last legs. Richard and Greg came out and immediately offered to swap the tank just to see if it would salvage the old unit. When we realized the GE system wasn't worth sinking money into, we decided to upgrade and had Richard install one of his own systems. The installation was unbelievably fast, clean, and seamless. Beyond the quick service, not only are Richard and Greg incredibly knowledgeable, but they are also super nice and funny. We had a lot of laughs while learning more about drinking water and getting thoroughly educated on the new unit. We even opted to add an alkaline filter, and the difference is night and day. Now we have incredible, crisp-tasting water running straight to both our sink and our fridge, and we love it. Their pricing was exceptionally fair. It made it seem like we had missed an important delivery, but it turned out to be a sales tactic for their company. I had no idea the notices were from this company until I looked them up on Yelp and found multiple reviews from other people describing the exact same experience. On top of that, a sales representative came to our house and rang our doorbell even though we have a clearly visible "No Soliciting" sign posted right next to the door. Ignoring a homeowner's posted request is disrespectful and immediately left a negative impression. Using vague notices that appear to be missed delivery slips, along with ignoring "No Soliciting" signs, is not a marketing approach that builds trust. We value our privacy and expect companies to respect homeowners' boundaries. I hope they reconsider their marketing practices and choose a more honest and respectful way to reach potential customers. If your company comes to my house again, I am calling the cops. They are already aware!
