I cannot recommend Beeto's enough, as they saved my pancakes twice now. The first time I needed…read morethem there was a spigot that cracked outside our house and the connected pipe had come loose. When checking under the house they found another active leak and also identified an issue with our water pressure regulator. Unlike many plumbers I've worked with, they took excellent video of the problems, communicated ever step and action, and made sure we fully understood the problems. To top it off, they were immediately available to come out, investigate, provide a solution, and spent the entire day resolving all three problems so we could have water back the same day. We've had zero issue with those problems since! Forward to today, call #2, totally unrelated issue, and they once again show up first thing in the morning on a Sunday to diagnose and begin addressing the problem. With exceptional service and an honest, hard working team, I hope you consider calling Beeto's for your next plumbing need, I certainly will.

I reached out to several plumbers across Santa Clarita and decided on Beeto's because of his fast response and commitment to handling the repair on the same day. They made a next-day appointment & phoned when they were on their way. A very knowledgeable technician - Josh arrived & after checking the plumbing in the basement, explained where the problem was. I had the option of hydro jetting or pouring a clog-clearing product called "Liquid Lightning" (which I never heard of) down the drain. I found the product at Walmart & used it as directed. So far, so good. I have two water heater replacements as well as other plumbing repairs coming in the near future & I will not hesitate to call Rockstar Plumbing. Unlike many businesses today, they are honest, knowledgeable, and (as advertised) don't charge for estimates.

Shellback Plumbing and Drain is hands-down fantastic! If you're dealing with a water heater issue…read morein Santa Clarita, do yourself a favor and call them. My water heater had been giving me trouble over the last couple of months, shutting off sporadically. While I was usually able to reset it myself, it finally gave out completely. There was no gas coming through the line, and it just wouldn't ignite. I called Shellback, and within two hours, Moises arrived at my place. He was incredibly responsive, immediately diagnosed the issues, and gave me a clear breakdown of the work needed and the estimated timeline. The fix required replacing both the thermal pilot assembly and the gas control valve. Since the parts were covered under the manufacturer's warranty, he had to source them from an authorized dealer. To make sure we weren't left completely out in the cold, Moises got the gas ignitor working temporarily on day one. By 9:00am the very next morning, he had already picked up the warrantied parts and finished the permanent replacement! As a great bonus, he also flushed the water heater for routine maintenance before wrapping up. I was blown away by the turnaround time. From my initial call to a fully repaired, flushed system in under 24 hours. Exceptional service from Moises and the team. Highly recommended!

He said he was closing and would charge $750/hr. Water was running down the street so I texted people on Yelp and Angie's list. The first company I contacted said they'd be here in a hour. An hour later I called and they said maybe I should call somewhere else. I called a second plumber who said they'd put me on the list and get back to me in a couple of hours. Then I texted Carlos Molina, he was a half hour away and came exactly at the time he said he would. He stopped the leak and started to determine the source. He didn't give up until he identified the problem, then came back the next day and finished the job. Carlos Molinas is true to his word, is a great guy, and did a fantastic job fixing my water main leak. On top of that, he felt he charged me a more than fair price.
