Not charging us 20.00 + for a 3 gallon bottle Of arrowhead water. So 5 bottles every 2 weeks were 100.0 One month was 200.00 Our last bill was 260.00 The usual price is more than half of this Our attempt to rectify this have been completely ignored. Absolutely terrible. They come whenever they want to, they bring as much, or as little water as they feel like, often they don't come at all. Sometimes they bring 3 3 gallon containers, sometimes just a single 5 gallon container, sometimes nothing at all. They really suck they are the worst I don't know how they remain in business. And oh yeah, the dispenser that they brought wasn't assembled properly and it leaked all over our hardwood floors damaging the finish in a small area no stop it read more

Sparkletts Water - Water damage on our hardwood floor from leaky dispenser - Water Delivery Near Me - Van Nuys, California

Worst company to deal with!! Very poor "customer service "! The company made a big mistake in figuring our bill (in their favor, of course!), and trying to even just speaking to a "customer service " representative was impossible. As soon as we are "transferred " to a "customer service " rep, the call drops and we have to call again, over and over and over! One "manager" named Morris left a message on our voicemail at 6:30 am (our phone says "robo call") and "he" gave a callback number that DOESN'T CONNECT!! We're shocked the city hasn't yet pulled their business license. read more

Primo water, Water.com previously Sparkletts make it IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL your service. I loved the service when we used them but when it came time to cancel after 2 years it was worse than pulling teeth. It was absolutely infuriating. Multiple calls on hold over 25 minutes only to have my call dropped. No email response or call backs! Even though they encourage you to use this option. The mobile app is a joke just look at my chat with them. Which by the way if I didn't take a screenshot of would be none existent because they drop that chat box too Oops! Something went wrong. What went wrong is your awful service. I will never again use your service. I will use local delivery services instead. They are honest and care. I guess this is what happens when companies get too big. They just don't care anymore. read more

Frankenstein's Water Woes: A Comical Misadventure with Arrowhead The Initial Request It was a simple request. Frankenstein, residing in the house of Frankenstein, merely wanted four bottles of water delivered to quench his monstrous thirst. The initial delivery from Primo/Arrowhead Water arrived as expected, and Frankenstein was content. The Unwanted Surprise To Frankenstein's surprise, an email arrived soon after, announcing more water would be delivered. Alarmed, Frankenstein thought, "I not need more water!" His humble abode was already lacking sufficient space for additional bottles. The Quest to Cancel Determined to halt the impending deluge, Frankenstein embarked on a quest to cancel the delivery. He turned to the internet machine, only to find the Arrowhead website uncooperative. Attempts to cancel were thwarted at every turn. When Frankenstein tried calling, the phone call disconnected repeatedly--"Phone not even ring!" he grumbled. The Futile Chat Frankenstein's next move was to seek help via chat. Alas, it was not a real person on the other side, but a chat bot, offering no assistance whatsoever. Frustrated and unsure of his next move, Frankenstein was left in a quandary. The Stealth Delivery The following day, Frankenstein awoke to find the sneaky Arrowhead delivery man had silently deposited another four bottles on his porch. Now, Frankenstein was truly incensed. Despite his best efforts--calling, chatting, sending messages--nothing worked. No one was there to hear his monstrous roar of frustration. The Impasse Reluctantly, Frankenstein brought the bottles inside, fearing they might vanish from his porch. He decided to try logging onto the Arrowhead website once more. But now, the site claimed his username and password were incorrect. "Grrrrrr!" he growled in exasperation. The Excess Water Dilemma Now, Frankenstein finds himself with eight five-gallon bottles of Arrowhead Spring water. He can hardly believe the incompetence of the company and the stealthy ways of the delivery man. With a sigh, Frankenstein laments his predicament, vowing never to trust Arrowhead again. Conclusion Though humorous in retrospect, Frankenstein's tale highlights the challenges of dealing with unyielding customer service systems. Let this be a lesson for all who dare to engage with such monstrous entities. https://www.yelp.com/user_photos?select=U5LpVovtGns9fC29oLkt8A&userid=ivL13L-4XSYepkfoFfB_8g read more

Over the past week my wife has spent countless hours on hold trying to reach a customer service representative. No one answers. No one returns calls. I am a step away from cancelling our service and going with a company that will deliver water on time. This is not the first time we've had trouble with Sparkletts but it will be the last time if we do not hear from a representative in the next day or so. Enough is enough. We have better things to do with our time and money than spend either getting dicked around by a company that values neither. It maddens me even more that we are spending time writing this. And, if that isn't bad enough, my wife just informed me that she was given the option to speak to a "virtual assistant" but said option comes with a fee. Unbelievable! I guess I'll have my accounting department bill Sparkletts for our time spent on hold. If you are considering Sparkletts I urge you to reconsider. The company has no regard for its customers. read more

My god....I would cancel their service if I could get in contact with someone. Absolutely the worst business I've ever dealt with. I had a salesperson, but they disappeared. I have tons of empties because I never know when they are delivering due to the constant e-mails telling me that my delivery will be re-scheduled, which is never accurate to the time they will actually be delivered. Did I mention there is absolutely no way to get an employee on the phone? I imagine if you are willing to donate a nice little chunk of your life to doing absolutely nothing while listening to the same message over again someone might eventually answer. Sparkletts Water - Me on the phone with Primo Waters - Water Delivery Near Me - Van Nuys, California

I don't understand what's going on. Primo brands took over Sparklets and we have not had a water delivery since the beginning of April. It is currently May 12th. Every time I call to check and see and or to verify when we are supposed to get our next water delivery, they keep pushing the days. I called corporate and spoke with a person who said that unfortunately Los Angeles is understaffed with drivers for delivery, yet I don't see any primo brand, water, delivery driver positions on the Internet. I just got this text AGAIN: We are unable to deliver your Primo Brands order and have rescheduled it for 05/14/25.We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. This is subpar at best. We need water delivered right now to our house. read more

Primo Water has awful customer service! Despite canceling water delivery on the app they deliver the water anyways forcing you to pay for it! I even had a written note out for the driver because it happened so often and water was still delivered! So instead I changed my water delivery to every 2 months to avoid having to cancel sometimes every couple weeks! But their system still scheduled a delivery for the following month! So yesterday I cancelled service! Im tired of this! When you email customer service regarding these issues you dont get a response! When you have any problems with the app or logging in you get no response! But boy they are quick to respond when you cancel your service!!! Bye Primo! You suck! Now they are charging me 50$ to "recondition" the perfect good water machine they are taking back!! They forced me to keep it for another 2 weeks for pickup as well! read more

I have been in business more than 40 years and never dealt with a company as bad as Primo Brands. I have been a customer of Sparklett and Primo water for many years but since they merged into Primo Brands it has been awful. They deliver the bottles to the wrong side of the house and since I am old with a bad back I can't carry them around the house. I have talked to the agent numerous times but nothing changes. The last time I had asked for an additional bottle on line but didn't get it. I caught the driver two houses away and he promised to give it to me but never did. Even though my telephone number is registered on line the machine doesn't recognize it and it is almost impossible to get hold of an agent on the phone. This has become a real nightmare!! Sparkletts water has a monopoly on selling Mountain Valley Spring water in glass bottles. They have abused the service they offer by failing to account for return bottles to credit customers. Return bottles cost 40.00 and the water another 30.00. Each bottle costs the customer 70.00! When you return the bottle, you are given credit for the return or so I thought you were. As it stands I have been cheated out of 2 returned bottles that they refuse to credit me. As an update to my review, I wish I could give this company 0. The manager or owner contacted me and did an accounting of the bottles returned and guess what? They conveniently stated that their audit found 5 glass bottles on hand which is what I told them I had originally, but wait, I looked in the garage and guess what? I found 2 more glass bottles and another plastic bottle! So tell me how their accounting is accurate if I have 7 glass bottles here and they are accounting for only 5? I believe they actually owe me 2 more glass bottles that I already returned but they never credited that will put the number at 15 when you include the 6 plastic bottles on hand which is what they originally had as bottles on hand! How they are getting away with cheating customers is beyond me. They did a bogus audit because I physically have 7 glass bottles on hand, not 5! This is proof. read more

Have been a longtime customer of mountain valley water. About 2 years ago they got rid of their indie local distribution and now... service stinks and ineffective customer service. Now by chance I happen to pass their valley distribution point, where my water deliveries come from (still until I saw this). Saw what goes on over there. it aint pretty They leave pallets of water in direct sunlight. Yep plastic in the sun. Doesn't seem limited to just plastic cases. cases and 3-5 gallon jugs too. Horrible. Releases dioxins into the water. Doesn't seem like you can trust primo at all read more

Unable to get water service and no one answers the phone. I have been having issues for weeks without any assistance.

I would give this zero starts if I could. I have had nothing but trouble with my deliveries. This delivery is almost 2 weeks late, had been rescheduled by the route manager daily for these 2 weeks then canceled thre delivery that was supposedly enroute to my home today. Now that delivery doesn't exist on my account and customer service cannot give me answers. This branch is horrible and I will be reporting this to anyone and everyone. If this was the first issue, ok I get it. But 90% of my deliveries have had issues. This is rediculous and everyone in management there should be fired. read more

I've had them now for approximately 2 years and this has not been an issue for a while now. Thank you Sparkletts for fixing it.

Like others are saying on here I'm having the same problem with them switching delivery dates and having it come next week whenever they are in the area without even telling me no email, text or call. I then called support and they of course said they couldn't do anything about it. So I guess it is what it is with this company, I'm definitely canceling my mountain spring water subscription because I'm clearly not getting the value of service that I was promised when I signed up since I'm paying 13.99 just for the delivery that never arrives. I should've read the Yelp reviews before I ordered. read more

If I could give this no stars I would. I have been waiting for my water for over a week now. Apparently distilled water is harder to acquire than gold??? Can't reach an agent via chat or phone or even their silly "send an email someone will get back to you" methods. I just want to cancel now. I HAD been rescheduled to Monday (tomorrow), but upon looking at the site I see it was changed again to Tuesday (as I watch another week go by). I'm iill, so I can't exactly go get gallons of water myself. I will have to spend the extra money on Instacart to have some delivered from VONS or wherever. I believe I will try to leave a review on the BBB too, if they're there. Ridiculous. read more

They are all about pushing water on you. Their business model is paying their delivery people by the water they drop so they will use any trick to give you bottles that you don't need. Instead of a just in time, just what you need is an overflow of bottles. It's as though they need to close the month with an amount and they do whatever it takes. Drop drop drop and every time it's another delivery charge. You complain, they take them back and charge a pick up charge.... Go figure read more

The stars shows the story Where to start. Customer for over 3 years 2 locations. For the last 2 months I have been trying to get our bill adjusted. They raised our 5 gallon water price from $7.99 to $12.49 ( yes 12.49 for one 5 gallon bottle) No notice was given. There was one notice on an invoice PRICES MAY GO UP $1.50 per bottle. clearly ours is not a $1.50 raise. After months of trying to open cases emailing, since we can not talk to the branch. I was told the invoice had the increase notice that they will not give credit for 2 invoices ( 47 bottles ) but going forward they will honor the $9.49 price. SO they agree the notice was not right, They agree $9.49 is the correct price but since they were short handed at the office & no one returned my calls, which they have documented they refuse to give credit. $141 you basically refuse to give credit for. Shows what customers means to you . You didn't give proper notice, You didn't return our documented calls & emails. You can clearly see I cancelled all delivers since my first contact to resolve this. but you wont give credit. Talked to cancellation department today & they agreed to bring our future prices back down to $7.99 not to cancel. but they were not going to be able to credit us also, The branch I guess had to. At this point it is the principle of things, $7.99 is a good price but I cannot do business with a branch they clearly is ok ripping people off. The $141 is not important, You can see on 2 invoices we have 47 bottles, It is how you handle your business. Check out the notice of price increase $1.49 per bottle! NOT $4.49 maybe you guys should review your notice, Before you claim notices was sent. read more

Avoid this company and PRIMO at all costs. I have not had a delivery for over a month. Prior to that, they delivered bottles that regularly leaked on my floor. I have been using Carl Kennard Water Distribution for years. He sold his route to this company, which is fine, but I don't appreciate Sparkletts assuming they "purchased" me. I came home from work and they had gone on my property, put down a bottle and left a note on where to pay my bill. A bit forward if you ask me. No call or email to discuss their pricing and who they are. No questions about what I need from a water service. Just some trespassing and some assuming. I only did a water service as I respected and trusted Carl and he ran a small business I liked to support. The PB water store is cheaper and another small business I will support. I wouldn't give any stars but our driver was at least trying to accommodate. I have been getting 5 gallon alkaline water delivered for the last year or so and their customer service is nonexistent and for the last couple of months my deliveries have just not been happening. And then I find out that they don't have the alkaline water in the 5 gallon jugs anymore but now it's three and I was not informed of that. I found out through my driver when I finally called him and begged him to bring me water because I had ran out. I asked if my bill would be adjusted since I am not paying for as much water and he said I would have to call the company. Not only that, but I was told I was going to have a delivery on May 16 and I put my empty bottles out and they are still out there. Today is June 2nd! They would email me a new delivery date every other day without even speaking with me about what their issue is and why they can't provide a service In a timely matter when i am forced to pay my bill in a timely matter. I ended up canceling. They're the worst. Not only are they not reliable but you honestly don't know what kind of water you're drinking. There were times my alkaline water definitely tasted like tapwater or something else. Btw, they've been giving the "we're in transition and figuring out our new system" excuse for over a year. Below is a picture of my bottles from 5/16. They changed my delivery date to 5/24 and then on my 5/24 informed me that they get again changed it til the 28th. Still no water in this month of June read more

5 year long customer FRUSTRATED. They have not delivered my water for THREE MONTHS - almost four now. They are still charging me to rent the water dispenser - a dispenser I CAN NOT USE!! They are literally stealing my money by charging me for equipment that is not usable with out water they are NOT delivering. I have called MANY times and have had false promises of a delivery day scheduled. I have gotten THREE voice mails with delivery day scheduled and it never comes. I am TIRED of the lies. I am going to cancel my services with them and demand money back for the charges for equipment and I suggest you do the same. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE from a 5 year customer. They claim it is because they are switching brands but this is WAY WORSE than a merge. I can not get any truths from them. I've had a lot of issues with them. Not a good start with initial set up of cooler and delivery. Today for some reason they left me with 11, five gallon bottles of water on my front step. Called the toll free number and they had no explanation and will now tell the local distributor to come back and collect them. I feel bad for the delivery person who has to collect all these bottles. Probably going to cancel them and install a filter in my kitchen. Less hassle and will save my lower back. read more

I see all these negative reviews and I'm sorry to those people that I've had issues but I've been with them for several years. Yes over the past year there have been more hiccups the normal. From what I understand there was a lot of corporate and structuring, and additionally they had severe staffing issues for a few months because of the pandemic. After a missed delivery one week I had a driver deliver to me all the way from Bakersfield. They are definitely trying. The only reason I gave them a dink for reliability is because they're sometimes out of the alkaline water that I had delivered. Overall they're doing okay. They've face a lot of challenges over the past year-and-a-half. And, the app is a bonus because it makes managing my deliveries easy. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. They have literally failed at their ONE job, delivering water. Deliveries have been delayed over the past few months but the most recent delivery date, which was supposed to be two weeks ago never showed up. So I had to take an empty 5 gallon bottle to the store and drag home a full bottle. My wife has called the company several times and each time was told that she would be called back with an update about when the delivery would be arriving. She has not received a call back and we're still waiting on the delivery and we're out of water. I get that things happen but to just not show up at all and not communicate any updates or details to clients is unacceptable. read more

I used to get their spring water and it was the best tasting water. For the last two months my water taste like tap water. Their customer service is a joke. I have my own filtered tap water!!! I'll be canceling my order. read more

UPDATE: As you can see below, they have asked for me to DM them and don't have messaging even set up. I AM DONE If I could give a big fat ZERO I would. I don't even know if this is my local sparkletts but I haven't gotten water in 6 weeks and when I called (4 times), they basically just said they'd send an email over to the local dispatch. And....nothing. I've gotten an email saying my delivery is on its way to only get a follow-up email saying they would miss it. This is 4 times now. I gave them leeway because it's a pandemic and I'm sure they have driver shortages then I saw the truck drive right past my house, so no, don't bother. I hate that I made myself rely on a company that's so undependable. Now I have this stupid rental dispenser that they'll have to pick up when I cancel. Who wants to guess how quickly they'll come to my house when THEY'RE NOT DELIVERING WATER as a water delivery service. This sucks. They suck. read more

The company I work for has used Sparkletts (now Primo) for years and never had an issue until the merger happened. We were on a bi-weekly delivery of about 12-15 bottles. We haven't seen a delivery since May 16th and that one wasn't an entire order and it was spotty before that. Our administrative assistant has wasted hours and hours on the phone waiting for some sort of resolution. What he has gotten is hours on hold and when someone does pickup, he's promised a 100 times over that we will receive a delivery and a phone call from dispatch to confirm. It's yet to actually happen. He was told yesterday that Marcus would call this morning to confirm and we were high up on the delivery schedule. When he checked the website this morning, strangely, we were pushed to Monday with no call, no email, nothing. So, once he actually connects with someone, we will be canceling and moving on to another water delivery company. This is absolutely unacceptable. They've acquired countless brands over the years, how is this going so horrifically? read more
