I've been going here for quite a while. The people are very friendly but the results are not. I only get regular pedicure and each time my nails have smudged even though I let them dry a long time. One time the polish was still wet after an hour. Today on my visit I was overcharged $20. I guess I'll be looking for a new salon. read more

My natural nails looked amazing, and the staff was friendly and I didn't have to wait.

This was my first time here and it was okay. Nothing special and nothing terrible. Pedi: I chose the deluxe pedicure with gel polish. I have one toe nail that doesn't grow in fully so normally I get powder on it to make normal length. They were trying to talk me out of it so much that I caved, although I'm trying to give them MORE money for something that takes literally two minutes and every other salon is always willing to do it. Next, during my stone massage she only did one leg. I felt her switch out the stones and they got warmer, on the same leg, and I thought oh this is attention to each leg I love it, no just made a mistake. I asked the lady completing the service if she was going to do the other leg. She said I already did. I explained she did not. She said maybe you forgot. Ummm.... maybe o forgot something that literally JUST didn't happen?! I told her I wouldn't argue and move on to the mani. Mani: normal what you expect on a SNS/Dip mani. I picked my colors (I like each nail a different color) and they seemed irritated that I wanted to do that. She then seemed irritated and kept pushing for me to do tips, which again, I NEVER DO (I have a toddler, three large dogs, and work on a computer all day). It's my nails and I'm paying you for a service, I seriously don't see the problem. Well right after I picked my colors the lady who did my pedi started my mani and then said oh this lady will help you. I had to sit there for a while while she finished some one else, not too long, and then she completed it. The one who completed the mani was nice enough and didn't seem too bothered by the multi color selection. Like I said, it's not terrible just nothing worth coming back to either. I was disappointed because I was hoping to love this since it's so much closer than my normal spot. I'll continue to travel to round rock for now. read more

Each time I get my nails done here they always do it right. I 100% recommend going here and I've only gone twice and I always get design and they always put so much details into my nails and they cut my cuticles so that's a bonus. The ladies there are so sweet and they take their job seriously so if you want to get your nails done I recommend getting them done here! read more

This place just opened. It's in a great location and I was hopeful when I saw it was open. Stopped in today at about 1:30. My boyfriend and I were given pedicure chairs immediately. They have 10 different pedicure chairs with a manicure station up front. Really, really clean. Six different levels of pedicure with fair prices. I was there yesterday and had a very unpleasant experience...the manager handled my situation very poorly and acted as though she didn't understand me when I tried to explain my side of story and was dismissive to me, speaking to an employee in their shared language but somehow also saying some crappy things to me as well...it was odd and passive aggressive. To pass the testing to operate as a nail technician in Texas, you must be able to communicate in English. So if these employees can't, are they really licensed? Just saying...little do they know I live right by the owner and could tattle on them....but I'm not...just gonna move along and never go back read more

Had a horrible experience here. Asked for coffin shaped nails and got fat almond shaped nails. Some people should only do toes and the manager knows that. Was charged extra for long nails when they were short and uneven. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. read more

I've been here a couple times nails are mediocre and at times look like chicklit candy's they also handle situations very poor and unprofessional. It's a embarrassment to give my business to people who allow racism in there store and don't report to cops quickly. Not the kind of businesses I'll give them again and will be telling my mom to stop going back as well. Nice pedicure, WAY OVERCHARGED. Been here twice with other people. This time was the last time. All three of us ordered a basic pedicure for $28. One person was charged $34, one was charged $43, and one was charged $53. They act like they can't understand English and mumble about the heel scraping. Same scam I have heard in other nail salons. You point at the pedicure you want, that's what you should get and what you should be charged for, period. We discussed what we wanted a half dozen times. Scam. The new owner is very short-sighted, because people will not be return customers. I will not be back. read more
