There are times when dependable good service is more important that price, plus they have to be in the ball part or they'd not stay in business. I had no problems with them picking up my dry cleaning in Oakmont. Their dry cleaning was adequate - not exceptional but adequate. I would have continued to use them. Then, the management changed. I called to have my cleaning picked up and got an earful about how awful the last manager was (who had left), something I didn't need to hear. My dry cleaning was no longer picked up at my Oakmont home on a consistent basis. Sometimes the clothes were on my porch (rain, shine, snow) the entire day. They would apologize but then said I had to have them pick up my dry cleaning up least twice a month or they would no longer pick it up at all. So, I attempted to comply with this. Still, they would miss picking up the dry cleaning about 60% of the time. This almost NEVER happened with the previous manager that they said was so awful. I complained, and the woman who replaced the previous manager was nasty to me (she has NO understanding of customer service). I stopped using them. The owner called and asked me to give them another chance. I told the new manager of my conversation with the owner and this made her really mad - and it became increasingly more frequent that they did NOT pick up my dry cleaning even though they promised they would. The last straw was her arguing with me that the driver told her the laundry wasn't on the porch, when it was, and she believed him and not me. She essentially called me a liar. I'm done. Beware.
