Due to work, I actually completely missed my first 2 appointments and was about 15 minutes late to another one. However, he was so nice about staying later than his usual hours to accommodate my schedule, and he rescheduled my appointments right away! As for the alterations, they were STUNNING! He really thought of every little detail. The wedding dress was a perfect fit, even if he had to alter it a second time because I lost more weight. The last minute alteration was within ONE WEEK! Simply amazing. He also added straps to help the dress hold up better, and he was super helpful about the bustling process.
