We ordered via Door Dash. Been wanting to try Spaghetteria for a long time now. I've heard nothing but good things from my fellow Italians. While the items were hot and fresh, the food was less than desirable. We ordered Lasagna, Chicken Parm, Garlic Bread, Cheesy garlic Bread and Pomodori Alla Contadina. As mentioned, the food was hot and fresh but way heavy on the oil! The chicken parm was not the cutlets like Nonna would make. They were processed frozen Banquet cutlets (that will wreck your stomach for a day or two) reheated and covered with sauce and cheese. The lone bright spot was the salad which isn't saying much It was tomato, red onion, basil and olive oil and a sprinkle of oregano. As much as I hate to suggest it, I would definitely go to another Italian restaurant in the Palm Springs area. read more

Since our family traveled to Italy last year, we have high standards for Italian food, and this place absolutely delivered! The owner, who is originally from Florence, was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. You can tell they put heart into everything they serve. The flavors are truly authentic. The pizza was soggy, undercooked and bland. The lasagna was also very bland and had the consistency of mush. Hate to leave this review, but I write these for my own memory. Last time I ate here, I had the lasagna and was disappointed; the pasta was overcooked, mushy and not much flavor.. This time I tried something different and got the chicken parmesan. The breading on the chicken tasted like flour uncooked, not crispy at all. I asked to exchange the meal with something else. I then tried the spaghetti bolognese. The sauce was good, but the pasta was too al dente. The ambiance was ok for a strip mall eatery. The service needs work. The whole front restaurant is run by one woman. She's running so rabbit that she doesn't have time to followup or check to see anyone needs something. We ended up having to take the plate all the way to the back of the front end to let them know there was an issue with the food. Then when we were done, it took about 15 minutes of us just sitting there staring, before she came back to ask for the check. Don't get me wrong, she was very nice and replaced my bad meal, then comped my meal. Don't think I'll be giving this place a 3rd chance. Would knows. read more

Took a weekend trip out to Palm Springs and was in the mood for some pasta so found this place on Yelp. When we got there, we were the only people there so got seated quickly (although as a heads up they don't have any high chairs). The ambiance was super homey and very well decorated making you feel like you were in Italy. I decided to get the carbonara pasta , which was soooo good! Really enjoyed it and well seasoned! My family got a pizza which came out fresh out the oven, was a bit oily but they enjoyed it. We also got the fettuccine Alfredo which was a bit watery but still tasted good. First and foremost, the place it's nice. The ambience is mellow. The food was tasty. However, I would highly recommend not ordering the pepperoni pizza. Cheese looked like a microwaved pizza. Pizza was beyond wet because of the cheese and sauce. the pizza looked like a giant pile of cheese. There's no under carriage on the pizza itself. I give it a four out of ten. I will tell you that this is deceiving that the Restaurant does not tell you ahead. Adding a 20% tip for parties of five without telling you or having listed on a confusing receipt this is not right. At least I did not see it so be careful to make sure that you don't double tip and we shouldn't be paying tips on taxes. The food wasn't amazing, but I would recommend it to give it an opportunity Manuela the waitress was really friendly and nice with our party. The pizzas, a Quattro Stagioni Pizza ($19.95) and a Margherita Pizza ($15.95), arrived quickly, hot and ready to eat. (Thank you, DoorDash!) Both were very good, with a nice char and a medium-thick crust. The toppings were fresh and generous. They came with utensils, napkins, and garlic bread. I came here expecting a great dining experience with friends. We dined here a few years ago and the ambiance and food was great. Never again. I was embarrassed and discriminated against when I was denied service because of my service animal. I attempted to explain the actual ADA laws, but the woman who said "this isn't restaurant" claimed that only dogs of a certain size could be service animals!?! A staff member told me the owner is Italian and "just has a bad temper," as if that somehow excuses denying access to someone with a disability. Service animals are protected under federal law, and size restrictions do not exist. Being turned away and spoken to that way was humiliating and upsetting. Accessibility is not optional. If you have a disability or rely on a service animal, I strongly caution you before visiting. I sincerely hope this business chooses to educate themselves and do better. read more

It was our first time in Palm Springs and our last evening before returning home. So glad we chose this spot! Make sure to try the Bolognese spaghetti, it is wonderful. Rich, thick sauce that tastes like homemade and the pasta was cooked to perfection. Garlic bread tastes like it is made from freshly baked bread with the right amount of garlic toppings. Both were good and classic; I think the lasagna had a whole block worth of cheese, and it was a little oily. The house Chianti was great, and cheap! Prices were otherwise good. First off, I don't expect a lot from a $8 glass of wine (all they offer) but they were not great at all, I would rather buy a $5 bottle of wine than what they had. The salad I got was really saturated with dressing, greens seemed fresh-ish though but drowning in dressing. I ordered the lasagna and was really disappointed. Covered in oil to where I had to soak my napkinS in it to make it edible. The noodles were so overcooked I couldn't tell if it was cheese or noodles. There was a decent flavor to the sauce but the bay leaf became overpowering once I found a giant one in my sauce. There's not a lot of structure to the lasagne, it just sits in its own pan and becomes mush. For the price I was super disappointed and would not come back. $46 before tip for lasagna and 2 glass of bad wine (yes I tried a different second glass to see if it was better). Super greasy/oily food, over cooked noodles to where they were mush, and bad cheap wine. I'd recommend Pizza Hut over this if you're looking for "Italian". read more

The Cons: They would only give us one bill for the table instead of the three we requested and told us we could pay with multiple credit cards, however they would only split the bill evenly between our three cards which didn't work out very well for me, since I was the only single person, and the others were couples. So I paid twice as much as I should have. And to top it off, the server started cleaning the floor with a smelly floor cleaning solution while we were eating. Not very appetizing.
