I would highly recommend Jeff (Spacecraft Entertainment). Jeff is extremely professional and very talented. He was referred to me by a friend and we used him for our wedding. I gave him some rather odd and challenging requests and he nailed them hands down! Jeff truly went above and beyond for me. Especially when he gave me the link to my wedding music site 5 months in advance to work on before my wedding only for me to procrastinate and not get my songs and time line uploaded into it. 18 days before my wedding I finally reached out to Jeff to let him know I was struggling with getting this done in time. Jeff utilized my commute time and met with me on the phone to work through these details with me. The day of my wedding, Jeff arrived several hours ahead of the ceremony to ensure that he had enough time for his set up. We literally needed Jeff in two places at one time and though there is only one of him, he managed it! Our ceremony was outside and we had strings for the majority of the processional but I had a special recorded song that I wanted played for my dad and I to walk down. I chopped the song up in several places and needed it to be looped so that it was ceremony walk appropriate. In no way am I DJ worthy, but I knew what I wanted to hear and told Jeff this and he made it happen effortlessly. For my recessional I also had recorded music. He listened attentively paying attention to what the strings were doing vs the ceremony and how it was progressing. It was perfect! Our reception was inside and we sent our guests indoors to enjoy cocktail hour which is usually accompanied by a certain kind of music. I had a slideshow going that covered several songs during this time but once that was complete Jeff went right into perfectly thought our choices to accommodate the mood. As the wedding party was about to be announced, I had very specific songs and ways to have everyone announced. Jeff did an enthusiastic job at accomplishing this as well and was truly entertaining for all who got to see! When it came to my husband and I's first dance, we had a pretty boring and slow song (which of course means a lot to us) but we didn't want to put our guests to sleep so midway through our song, Jeff faded it out at a perfect time and blended it into another song in which my husband and I did a choreographed, more upbeat dance to. The music and times were on point! What could've been a very hairy and disastrous hiccup went smoothly. Once again, Jeff amazed me with his true talent and took my vision and made it a perfect reality. Jeff kept everything on schedule as best as he could based off of what I was giving him and what the coordinator was giving him. When it came to our best man speech, he took charge when some people in the back of the room wouldn't quiet down and listen. I am not certain exactly to this day what he said to everyone, but I was thankful he said it. It was difficult to hear such an important speech because of that. Suddenly i see Jeff gently whisking along the side of the room to the back and then.... the whole room was silent! And I could hear our best man! Given the professionalism that Jeff has, I cannot imagine that he said anything brash but he got their attention and was able to control and take charge of the group. THANK YOU JEFF! Throughout the night we had small little events that we had planned and he executed them accordingly. Some of the stuff I requested was so cheesy and silly but was sentimental to me. Jeff never made me feel like my cheesy or corny ideas were dumb. He complimented them, understood them and carried them out as if they were his brilliant ideas! He showed true passion. Every time a song would come on, I would think to myself, "OMG I love this song!" It was perfect. Every single choice he made was a good one! HE KNOWS MUSIC! By the end of the evening, Jeff kind of had to keep an eye on the guests. We didn't have a set time of completion. I asked if he saw people were starting to thin out then to prepare to do last dances and send offs, otherwise if the party was still going, we would be happy to pay him to stay longer. Just as I thought though, on a Sunday people often leave early. Jeff was able to keep an eye on this and gently bring things to a close. Our send off was amazing too! Jeff now is the proud owner of the song "Off We Go Into the Wild Blue Yonder" as he obtained this song specifically for our send off. My husband is retired Air Force and a large group of his academy buddies attended our wedding. This send off put a personal touch on our evening and resonated with our military friends in such a positive way. They all were truly impressed! So, I know I made this a novel and if your still reading, please make Jeff your only choice for your special event. He is incredible, reliable, honest, talented, and diligent. Thanks Jeff for making all the exceptions, going above and beyond! read more

My husband and I booked DJ Tyler from Spacecraft Entertainment to DJ our wedding and I'm so glad we did!! Spacecraft was very professional and easy to work with. They were so organized and on-top of things it made my life way easier during wedding planning! You can make music selections and fill out forms with info about your entertainment wants and needs online. You can do a little and save, and come back to it later which is nice too. I really appreciated the easy to use online forms and payment options, and I am SO appreciative of the reminders Spacecraft sent us to take care of both of those things. When you're juggling a zillion things trying to plan a wedding it is so helpful to get a reminder email, "Hey, don't forget your online forms are due in a week!". Also, Sochi was so helpful and responsive and sent the most prompt email responses ever, day or night! Wow! :) DJ Tyler was great! We had some very specific requests for how we wanted our event to go and he was happy to work with us and make the experience exactly what we were hoping for. We spoke to him on the phone a few times leading up to the wedding and he was super nice and gave good advice. There were a lot of things we weren't sure how we should approach and he has the experience and expertise to know when you want to do certain things/how you might want to do them. He even gave some good advice on what *not* to do, politely talking us out of an idea we had that I can see now in retrospect wouldn't have been so great. Tyler knows his stuff! He even checked with us on name pronunciations of our wedding party, and went over all the details we had submitted to make sure everyone was on the same page. The online forms really touch on about everything but Tyler brought up a few other important details to clarify so we knew going into the event that everything was organized and under control! Additionally the music at both the ceremony and reception was perfect and just what my husband and I had hoped for. The sound quality was great, and Tyler did an awesome job with sound mixing & reading the crowd at the reception. I had several guests approach me and comment on how much they enjoyed the music selection and that they thought we'd picked a great DJ. If I were to do this all again I would 100% hire Spacecraft Entertainment! read more

Spacecraft Entertainment was exactly what we needed and they made our roles as bride & groom so much easier. We only had to meet with Jeff twice and exchange a few emails and the music at our reception was stellar. He gave us the opportunity to speak about our personal preferences in music and let us be as involved in building the playlist as we wanted. Jeff was extremely thorough with our personal dances and made sure he had the exact version of the songs we chose (including one from a very local artist that was not easily available for download). He went above and beyond when he helped me and my dad adjust the tempo on our song for the father/daughter dance since it was a smidge too fast. On the day of our event, he showed up early, was extremely polite and flexible. I dropped by the DJ booth only once to let him know that it was time to play our special family song and he slid it in seamlessly within 5 minutes of my request. As an MC, he didn't overuse the microphone or work too hard to "hype" the crowd, but he made sure everyone knew what was going on (when shuttles were leaving, who was next for the toasts, etc). He was extremely adept about measuring the interest of the crowd and managed to keep guests on the dancefloor all night. He played some easy-listening/coupley dance songs early for the older generation to dance to before they made their exit. When guests started to leave, I was certain the party would crash and burn early. I shouldn't have been worried at all! Jeff cranked up the tempo and aimed the playlist at the younger generation and the party got a second wind. Late in the evening, Jeff circled back, reminded me the reception was drawing to a close and asked if there were any songs I hadn't yet heard. It's clear that Spacecraft takes their job very seriously and they were extremely professional. Their staff and all their online tools were easy to work with and Jeff thought of things that we hadn't even considered. I would recommend their services to anyone who asked and as a budget conscious bride, I will say this - they were WORTH EVERY PENNY. read more

I highly recommend using Jeff Hudson with Spacecraft Entertainment. We used him for our wedding on Sept. 20th, 2014 in the hill country. He is very responsive and professional with email or phone. He contacted the owner of the venue The Barn at Bell Springs to check what type of speakers and equipment they had well in advance of the wedding day. He also has a very organized website for song requests and everything you can think of for the schedule of the wedding and reception. It actually made me think of things that I forgot about with the schedule of weddings. He also made a point to ask me before the reception if an Irish step dance performance could be moved after my mother in law tried to change the schedule from what I'd given him. It wasn't a big deal to move the dance as she liked, but the fact that he made a point to check with me made me feel that Jeff was really on top of it. He was great at announcing things like when dinner was going to start, toast and cake cutting, and 1st dances during the reception. He played all the songs we requested, and all the songs he chose to play were great as well. He was able to adapt to the type of music we liked and what the crowd was dancing to. We had a great dance party! Jeff received many song requests from several wedding guests as well. Jeff checked with me several times throughout the night if there were any other songs I wanted to hear. We've received so many compliments on how fun our wedding and the dance party was, and Jeff was a major contribution to our wedding. Many people have specifically told us we had a great DJ. We also used the up-lighting services which set the mood for the dance floor, we chose some red spot lights which was our wedding color. read more

We approached Spacecraft Entertainment for our wedding because of the recommendations we received and the affordability they quoted us with. We were lucky to get Steven Presley booked for our big day at Mercury Hall! As clients, we had a lot of tall requests for Steven to make our entertainment feel unique and just as entertaining as live music: a sound system and mics for our ceremony, a vinyl record station for our cocktail hour, a surprise acoustic guitar session by two of the grooms friends to coordinate, and a full DJ setup for the reception with a mix of classic rock, indie pop, country music, and the radio hits. And of course, at the last minute our outdoor wedding plans had to be moved indoors due to weather. Steven did it all without breaking a sweat. Our guests loved every minute of the entertainment. They thought it was so unique that the DJ had classic vinyls, and the evening turned into the dance party we had hoped for! Spacecraft has a website where you can provide your music preferences and specific song lists to play or not play. The best part is that he used a mix of these, song requests from our guests, and a lot of killer ones he picked himself to get everyone up on their feet. We had a dozen guests tell us the DJ was awesome. Steven was a joy to work with and we'd recommend him for any event. Regardless of your choice in music, he'll take the time to get to know you, your taste, and make the event tailored to you. read more

Spacecraft Entertainment not only booked us last minute, and by last minute I mean about 2 months before the big day, they helped us plan every little detail and took our preferences and comments to heart. Our DJ was Jeremy and he played every single song we wanted, kept up with us if we needed to change things around, took guests wacky requests, took our own personal wacky requests, and kept the reception dancing all night long. So much so that guests did not want to leave the dance floor to see our grand exit. If you've ever wanted someone to play a soundtrack to your awesome wedding this is your guy and company. I felt kind of like a rock star when DJ Jeremy played our entrance song, our first dance, and as we ran out to our exit song. Jeremy was attentive to our cues when a song needed to be cut short and was the perfect emcee throughout the night. We were aiming for a very Austiny, hip wedding and we had exactly that. Our guests and family members, many of whom claim to have never danced a step in their lives, can't stop commenting and complimenting the music at the reception. Ultimately, DJ Jeremy and Spacecraft were extremely professional (with the right about of laidback stress free-ness), on-time, affordable, and in tune with the crowd and vibe of the reception. We liked him so much, we are trying to come up with reasons to have a DJ at future events (grad school graduation party, music fest-themed baby shower?) read more

My wife and I recently got married outside the Marble Falls area at a ranch style venue. We contacted Jeff at Spacecraft early and thank god we did! He was awesome! The website really makes planning every DJ aspect of your event run smoothly. We picked out quite a few songs and he had them all on his playlist in time for the our big day. Everyone knows that some of the dancing at weddings can get dull and there are times when people just do not want to dance. We told Jeff he was more than welcome to change songs when people started to leave the dance floor. He did perfect in not only using our other songs but picking out other tasteful songs that got the party going! One of the big things that impressed us was Jeff accommodation and professionalism. Our event was an outdoor event, with a ceremony site that had NO electricity. We didn't realize this detail until a week out. We voiced our concern to Jeff, and he immediately had a solution. He was able to get a generator so we could have our planned music and microphone for the officiant. We definitely recommend you seek out Jeff at Spacecraft entertainment for your wedding, party, or any celebration! read more

We know Jeff through the International Live Events Association ILEA. We work with him frequently through the ILEA communications committee. From our experience, Jeff is a wonderful ILEA Vice President of Communications, He is a professional leader and a wonderful vendor/sponsor to work with! Through his business Spacecraft Entertainment, he has also worked with us here at Panache Event Group on a few occasions. Most recently, Jeff played pleasing music during the book signing of celebrity wedding planner Sasha Souza's latest work. This event was for our ILEA meeting featuring a presentation by Sasha Souza. From our positive working experiences together, we recommend Jeff very much because he is an excellent communicator. He arrives on time, He is always prepared. He always remains positive and he knows how to work a crowd! :) Thank you Jeff for everything you have done for Panache Event Group, ILEA and the event's industry!!! We appreciate you! read more

Jeff DJ'ed our wedding on 9/16/17 and he did an amazing job! I interviewed several DJs and clicked with Jeff because I could tell right away that he was extremely accommodating, professional, and did not have the cheesy style that I see with a lot of DJs. I had a specific set list for the cocktail hour and we let him 'read the crowd' and just picked genres of music for the reception and honestly it was the best music selection ever!!! My husband and I are BIG dancers and Jeff's selection was perfect- the dance floor was never empty! We had a live quartet play the ceremony and he had all their songs on back up as well just in case something went wrong- which was his idea and a testament to his experience and professionalism. He also worked superbly with our planner and has great rapport with everyone. We would recommend Jeff for any wedding or engagement and would gladly work with him again! read more

DJ Jeff was wonderful. We hired him for a school event that covered both middle schoolers as well as high school students. His play list accommodated every song the kids requested, and helet us know before the event he had the clean version of all songs on his list. The event was an outside fair and he created great atmosphere with the music. He also kept our event on track with announcements and kept the kids and adults engaged in lip syncing, dancing, competitions, etc during the entire event. Jeff was extremely professional from the minute we inquired about his services. He was timely with submitting paperwork for approval, asked questions about the event, audience, and location. He provided a very short list of things we needed to provide. Big bonus, he had the appropriate liability insurance required by the school. Most importantly, the kids liked him and want him to return. read more

We couldn't decide if we wanted a live band or a DJ and ultimately decided that a DJ would give us the most diverse music selection. DJ Jeff worked another friend's wedding that we had attended so we knew that he could keep the crowd into the party. He kept both of us on schedule for toasts, bouquet toss, and cake cutting - helpfully pulling us away when the time came. He played the songs that we requested and at the end of the night came to ask us if there was a song that we wanted to hear before the night was over. He was very professional and my dad very much enjoyed coordinating his speech with DJ Jeff which involved music cues. All of our friends told us that it was the most fun that they had ever had at a wedding and we agree! The day went by so fast for us but we are so happy we hired DJ Jeff to keep us dancing the whole night! read more

Jeff with spacecraft entertainment is the very organized guy in the business! He provides the professionalism and knowledge needed for a wedding, yet also knows how to get the crowd out of their chairs to start DANCING. He was really easy to work with. He guided us through all the steps, was always super responsive, took our ideas and made them better. He interacted with our guests and took music request. Everything from start to finish was great. He was so generous to take a C.D we gave him with our traditional persian music. Spacecraft entertainment also provided uplighting to add a special effect to the room. I was also surprised to find light effects on our dance floor. It's these special touches that made our night so special. I had a great time at my wedding and was so happy we used spacecraft entertainment for our DJ service. read more

The Spacecraft DJ team was such a great investment for our wedding. Not only were they responsive and easy to work with they allowed us to customize our playlist and the flow of our reception. There were no awkward pauses or weird interludes, everything flowed smoothly and the party was a great time. Jeff was really fun to work with and even with vague ideas for songs he knew exactly how to keep our guests dancing. Planning with Jeff was really cool since you can use his cool software to pick songs but spending a few hours with him planning exactly when to play certain songs and what the crowd would be like was really fun. You can tell Jeff is an honest and hardworking person so it was great to work him and I would 100% recommend to any other bride and grooms to do so as well! read more

We hired DJ Jeff for our wedding and can't express in words how great he did! DJ Jeff took the time to speak with us even before we decided to hire him and went through what our music tastes were, how we wanted the theme to be, etc. There were a many specific songs we wanted for the reception and DJ Jeff came through! DJ Jeff was absolutely on point when he showed up, first having the exact songs in place for each part of the ceremony, allowing us time to perform a final rehearsal for the first dance, and ensuring that he had everything correct prior to the wedding day. My wife and I were extremely happy with DJ Jeff's professional attitude, due diligence, and overall performance! I absolutely recommend DJ Jeff with Spacecraft Entertainment for your wedding! read more

I had DeeJay Javila for my wedding on April 16th, 2016. He was amazing! He did such a great job with staying in contact with us and making sure he understood what we wanted as a couple at our event. He was super professional and courteous. There was an issue with the lighting and he made sure that the situation was taken care of it was such a relief having him. On the day of he was great about communicating and adapting to changes in the line up as things progressed. He had people dancing even before the dinner part of our reception was over! He really knew how to get everyone going and feeling out the crowd. I can't tell you how happy we were with his services and we definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a Dj for their big events! read more

We had DJ Jeff at our wedding and he was amazing! He had a very nice form to fill out so we could have a really good starting point for a conversation about music for the wedding, including potentially different styles for each portion (ceremony, reception, dinner, dancing, etc). He was really accommodating, kind, professional, and skilled! His beat matching was on point and he was able to read the dance floor and keep people interested and having fun the entire night. Our cost was a little higher than average because we had a pre-ceremony cocktail "hour" (which was actually 2 hours) which Jeff also played music during, so all in all Jeff was going for 7 hours. He was a trooper and fantasic, we are super happy we had him at our wedding. read more

DJ Ryan from Spacecraft Entertainment was AWESOME! He had everyone on their feet all night. He fused the songs we pre-picked with others based on the vibe of the crowd. He kept it rocking all night. He worked very closely with us to know the timeline and was spot on as far as knowing when to ramp it up and when to draw back. He fed off of the crowd and as the night progressed realized, with our group anyway, we were very happy to have him interact and be an honored guest of the party. He was great! We would recommend Spacecraft Entertainment to anyone who wants to enjoy their night and make an evening their guests will always remember. Thanks Jeff Hudson, DJ Ryan & Team for making our special celebration so much fun!! read more

Everyone has always thought about what the soundtrack would be in a movie based on their lives--well Jeff made that dream become a reality! Jeff was the DJ at our wedding, and he was incredibly accommodating to every request we had--and we had quite a few. He had a easy-to-use website set up for us to plan the music which was incredibly helpful because it could be accessed 24/7 and made me think of things I hadn't thought of before. We also had a walk-through a few days beforehand and he asked a lot of questions to make sure everything was perfect (and had some awesome suggestions of his own). I can't recommend him enough! read more

Best DJ I've experienced hands down. I was very busy working, going to school full time, and planning the wedding on my own. I couldn't spare much time to give him much direction or song suggestions, but with his easy online form and the few songs Idid request, he was able to pick up on our taste an d play perefct songs the whole night. The different reception events and music genres transitioned perfectly. Whatever your age or taste, he's got you covered. Not to mention he is so nice, professional, and not cheezy or awkward. One less thing to worry about on my big day. He really made the reception. I would use him again. read more
