Overall, it's a good place to browse, compare options, and do your research before making a decision.

They also have pcs, they also have laptops. They have almost everything, but no tvs, which I completely understand that just takes up way too much counter space. I will always be stopping in this store and checking out what they have every time I pass by. I explained that I would be having my maintenance tech make the purchase and arrange delivery, that I was just confirming what company had the lowest price to expedite the process so that when he finished the job he was working on he would know where he was going to pick up the materials. I can understand not selling the products to unlicensed amateurs but not being able to quote a price to the person who has to make the decisions about where money is spent I promise you is a huge mistake.

Game Republik was the only place open on a weekday so I brought it here. He got back to me by Monday and kept me updated as to when he started, issues he potentially found, and when he resolved them with pictures for status updates. He worked a lot on my system and even cleaned up my poker cable management all for a fair price. He really know his stuff well and I would definitely bring back items here for any issues.

Weeks later, it remained unrepaired, and my last request for an update went unanswered for four days. When I called to ask about it, I was told there was still no update, so I decided to take it elsewhere. The owner then called me, raised his voice, and spent several minutes defending his staffing and workload rather than addressing the lack of communication. When I reiterated that I simply wanted my property back, he had the gall to say I was being "catty." My husband picked up the headset and received a refund. Delays happen. Poor communication happens. But a customer should never be made to feel like a problem for asking about a repair that has been sitting in their shop for months. Based on this experience, I would definitely not return.

I found them on a quick search and called them up to see if they could help. They are an authorized Rega dealer so it was exactly what I was looking for. Took it in and they did a complete service: general cleaning, lubrication of components, de-oxify contacts, etc. I chose a Rega ND7 cartridge as the replacement and that was installed as well. They do a very thorough listening test to ensure it's all dialed in optimally. I got my P5 home and....oh my!! Absolutely MASSIVE improvement in sound quality and couldn't believe it sounded this good with the cartridge not even broken in. Really can't recommend them enough, they are vinyl experts and super nice too, it's always great to meet fellow audiophiles! Thanks again guys.

While there may be a few dollars to be saved at other online vendors, the customer service and relationships are far more valuable to me.
