After giving Brandon a bit of background on the machine and the symptoms, he took down my contact info and we settled on a weekend appointment time. This was much appreciated since it was the most convenient time for me. Now I've tinkered with minor repairs in the past, but the last couple of issues that I fixed ended up taking more time than I was willing to invest this time around. So I was glad to find Brandon's repair services which are offered at a very reasonable hourly rate. Shortly after he arrived, he was able to diagnose my current issue to a blown breaker. I was a bit embarrassed that it was something that trivial, but I learned a good bit of useful information while he determined what was wrong. He also made a few other adjustments to both our pinball machines based on other minor quirks I'd reported seeing. He ended up charging me for less than an hour since we spent some of the time talking, but I was happy to pay him for the full hour and wouldn't hesitate to call him again for future repairs.

Everything was perfect, exactly how we wanted it to be. They know their stuff and helped us conceive of the perfect look for our reception, which wound up including a beautiful layer of fairy lights hung from the ceiling of the venue. This required a scissorlift to come in and put up, which they also coordinated and made happen with no additional stress from our end. DJ Andrew worked with us to create the perfect vibe for the dance section of the reception that kept our dance floor full the entire evening. He was also spot on for the music cues during the processional, recessional and first dance at our ceremony and reception. All of the coordinators and administrators who worked with us to get everything set up correctly in the buildup to the wedding were very quick to respond to any of our questions via email within a few hours at most whenever we reached out. They were also proactive with reminders and questions of their own when deadlines approached or decisions needed to be made. We felt that they had our wedding logistics well in hand at all times. A great one stop shop for a big portion of wedding logistics. Well worth the cost for such a comprehensive service. Cannot recommend enough. Would use again if we get married again, though I don't think we'll be topping the last one thanks in large part to Altared!

He knows what a crowd is looking for and made an awesome mix for our dance floor that everyone enjoyed. He had told us ahead of time that it would be better if a family member made introductions and announcements because it would feel more personal, but because of how our seating arrangement was, we asked him to take over halfway through. I think he's really good with the music, but even these ad-lib intros could have had more energy! The only other complaint my family had was that his transitions between different entrances for the ceremony and reception felt very abrupt - starting and stopping of music instead of smooth transitions. Outside of these small things, he was great! I would say his pricing is a little high, but he is certainly a reliable vendor. Would recommend!

Between her being in the end stages of cancer, and the quarantine limitations, we were trying to come up with a solution to staying at home, but having an amazing evening. Laura and her team set up a fun night under the stars for us where we could watch Onward from the comfort of Gigi's home. Eric, the technician came right on time, and was so kind. He set everything up exactly how we wanted and then popped delicious popcorn for everyone! I can't say enough about what a special night it was for our family.
