I reached out for a quote for roof and wall repairs on Thursday night. Jose came by Friday…read moreafternoon and provided a quote same day. He said he can start the roof repairs that day and come back for the indoor wall repairs on Monday. This was perfect since it was supposed to rain later that night and the next day. He was able to get workers there quickly, and they replaced faulty/missing external vents that allowed water to drain in my house leading to wall damage. He provided before and after pictures as well as a birds-eye view pictures of the roof which was nice to have. The repairs came with 2 year warranties. On Monday, he had a worker come by and begin repairing the drywall. They repaired the damaged wall, bought paint to match the wall, texturized it, sanded, and added two coats of paint, and dried everything all in the same day. As a plus, they let me keep the remaining paint. Some nice touches that were appreciative, they always wore shoe covers and never wore shoes inside. They were cognizant of cleaning up any mess that was created from the work being performed. Even going as far as cleaning the attic to clean up anything that dropped during the roof repairs. They also vacuumed through the entire path that they walked as they left. One final thing that was surprising, as Jose left, he noticed our gate didn't completely close. He let me know he could fix it, 5 minutes later, it works again. The attention to detail from Jose and his team were great.

Stephen is honest, caring and a GREAT SMALL BUSINESS OWNER. The quote he gave us was transparent; labor cost, material cost and top notch products. (he was almost half the price of a big roofing company and their quote was not transparent; he couldn't help us determine why it was so high either.. it didn't add up!) His quote for gutters and mesh guards is the best we've received also. He made us feel like part of the family from the moment we met. We had a boot replaced and they couldn't get to us with all the rain delays. He came out and covered the boot to prevent more leaking inside, and then he along with a crew member came out on a Saturday morning to replace the boot. While we do not want more roofing issues, I oddly can't wait to hire them for more work! 10/10, no notes, great small business and you won't regret hiring this company.

Mr. Silver Jr. provided us with excellent customer service. He was always keeping us in the loop to know what was the next step. He even called during the weekend to make sure the new roof they put in, held up during with the rain, and which it did- for the first time ever! Talk about sincere care for clients, and treating them like family! Unlike the other roofers who were idle, neglectful and/or incompetent, claiming to have fixed areas that our roof specialist/inspector found were out of compliance and damaged, Mr. Silver Sr. worked very hard and meticulously to ensure all areas that the last four roofers messed up or did not complete, were corrected, and no longer an issue. Mr. Silver even offered to be present when we had our roof specialist return to check his work so that he could personally address any areas of question or concern immediately. He was confident in standing by his words and work. Both Mr. Silver Sr. and Jr. are amazing men of honor and integrity. DZ Roofing was the answer to our 1+ year prayers! I have the utmost respect and admiration for Mr. Silver Sr and Jr. They are truly gentlemen of the Lord. Their positive and trustworthy work ethics makes them stand out the most. We have had a countless amount of contractors in and out of our house dealing with issues varying from water damage, mold, drywall, paint, to masonry, etc. But DZ Roofing has been a breath of fresh air, as they have been very reassuring in completing the job correctly. I wish the builder would have used them the first time! Selecting a roofer is not something you can just "try and see" if it works out or not. It's not only expensive but a huge headache and inconvenience if they don't get it done right the first time, and the inside of your house can be damaged because of it. Choose wisely and do your homework- trusting DZ Roofing to take care of your roofing needs would be a reassuring decision. You can also check out their many 5 star Facebook reviews!
