Been wanting to see what this celebrity owned "marijuana lounge" is all about since it opened It…read morehas been described as " a tranquil oasis defined by a lush consumption lounge and refined design, offering California's finest organic, sun-grown cannabis" and I was intrigued, especially since several friends have been raving about it. I am no lemming so, I wanted to see for myself and then opine. The dispensary walls upon entering are jam-packed with every cannabis related option available from edibles, flower, accessories, vapes, pre-rolls, drinks etc and frankly, it was a bit overwhelming! They do accept credit cards which is not always the case at other dispensaries and that definitely was a plus. The Bud-tenders were knowledgeable and helpful. Another plus! Prices are VERY reasonable! Walking into the open lounge area, we only could sit at a high-top table which was not ideal. My friend who I went with immediately asked to be in a cabana $150 for 90 minutes ( which is a glassed in room that was beautifully appointed with comfortable seating, fantastic vibes and privacy)... there are many private rooms for parties at a cost. Otherwise, people sat at tables, smoked and joked, and seemed quite happy... They have 2 large gorgeous, blue parrots that hang out ( well looked after by the staff)... tbh, these beautiful creatures scared me a little, but they are all part of the experience!!! 2 of my friends showed up and we all sat in our cabana for 90 minutes having a blast!!! We all enjoyed ourselves and we laughed and laughed and laughed with one another the entire time! The products were great to share with each other! Having said all this, the big question is "will I return ?" The answer is probably not any time extra soon... It was a great experience, and I am so happy I checked it out. I remain open to visiting again on any special occasion or when friends are visiting! IT IS QUITE WORTH DOING!!! So, in conclusion, I recommend The Woods quite highly !!! ;)))) Parking is pretty easy depending on what time you choose to visit. Weekdays are less crowded.

I wanted to see the people who work at the shop who were on the show~! Welps, none of them were there when I went, but I won't hold that against the shop. Staff was very kind and very eager to help. This is not a shop you browse around in, it's more of a they'll help you find what you need shop. The main issue though is it's so incredibly overpriced. I had literal sticker shock when she told us a disposable vape I usually buy for $35 was $60 at MMD, wowzas. My friends were like yah, MMD is known for being overpriced. I literally want to cry so hard again I drove 45 minutes, wasn't accommodated with nothing even though I called ahead of time all he just kept saying how he's sorry sorry he sorry and it wasn't convincing at all its like im dealing with a robot I asked to speak with a manager and he insists he's the only one there. I work in customer service myself so I know when someone is being unprofessional with me and it's very unprofessional for not even to be a manager to try to resolve what was done. They clearly do not care about their customers and probably paid for or offered some type of reward for these reviews. I'll know what I did to deserve this terrible karma, but I pray nobody else have to go through this type of inconveniencing. And to make it all worse, I literally could've went to so many other places but since it's about to be 10 o'clock, I won't be able to get anything at all now because of this place not being upfront.. screw you Al and your bs apologiy.
