Had to take my pods off to make sure I was in fact seeing what I was seeing. They didn't come up on my search when I was trying to locate the closest spots to where I am. I finally dropped in during one of my midday walks and was pleasantly surprised. First off, I've always been assisted by super friendly budtenders. They're all super nice. Even the security dude outside. They have a massive selection. I'm a flower gyal so I only ever pick up 1/2 oz or oz depending on what specials they have. My favorite thing is that they offer a neighbor discount AND if you happen to be a frequent visitor, you can get a card that rewards you after I think 10 visits. After i take out my phone to pay Apple Pay, the front desk guy tells me i need my physical card . So i run to get my card in my card & they said it depends on if the security lets me back in. Then when i run to ask the security guard, he tells me the door will close on me at 10pm. It was 9:58pm . He suggests to use the ATM. As i use the ATM, it's giving me issues & it hits 10pm & they yell over to me it's too late. So i ask them even when im inside already? That makes no sense. Why would you let someone inside with 5 minutes & they can be in line at 9:59 & the system wouldn't let them purchase anything at 10pm ? Allowing that gentleman in after making me wait 5 minutes when he shouldn't have been allowed in, caused me to not have enough time to go back inside & get my ID. Now you lost a good customer & gained one for one night for a customer who will probably never be back cus they don't even have an ID . Completely stupid system & employees who clearly can't use communication to help their customers within the last 5-10 minutes of closing. Why even accept customers after 9:50 & NOT tell them the system will NOT allow them to purchase ANYTHING after 9:55 so there is no confusion? Never been at a store like this & will NOT be back based off this inconvenience alone . Disappointing second time back & will NOT be back.
