Apparently, that was enough for him to get offended and tell me to leave and refuse to let me inside. I went back to my car, but then decided I wanted his name so I could describe the experience accurately in a review. I returned and asked for his name because his name badge was turned around and I couldn't see it. He told me his name was Ruben. At that point, he tried to smooth things over, but somehow made the situation even worse. I explained that I had absolutely no problem talking to him, that I was in a good mood and had been friendly the entire time. I simply chose not to answer one personal question. Instead of understanding that, he started labeling me as "sensitive," saying something like, "There are too sensitive people, and you're one of them." Eventually, I decided to forget about the whole thing and just go inside to buy what I came for. Ironically, after all of this, they didn't even have the product I wanted -- a 1g disposable sativa. For a place called "Ohana" with "We are family" written at the entrance, this was a strange way to treat a customer. They checked my ID, handed it back, and then had me waiting in the lobby for about 10 minutes with no direction. I even tried opening the door, but nothing. No one told me what to do. Maybe the problem is the staff? Maybe the problem is the Management, which makes the job not enjoyable for the staff? Maybe the problem is the owners?
