Anytime I go to a shop, no one ever has the classic Jack Herer. And substitutes never get the affect that I'm going for. Not only did Urban Smoke LA have it in stock, they had a LOT of it. I spent less than $80 and got 2 eighths of my favorite flower and a Strawberry Jack. So listen, not only is the owner smoking hot, she's knowledgeable and friendly. So was the budtender. The BT and I are both Olfactory. Her and I were smelling all the jars. I love this place. From what I can tell in this visit there are two owners. The smoking hot, curly haired chick, and a buff guy that wears 15lbs of jewelry. They have so many flower vendors and therapeutics, Hot babes and Security doesn't act stuck up and try to bully you. Such a legit spot. I very highly recommend Urban Smoke as a staple for your cannabis/cbd and therapeutic needs. Incredible staff, products and ownership.

After i take out my phone to pay Apple Pay, the front desk guy tells me i need my physical card . So i run to get my card in my card & they said it depends on if the security lets me back in. Then when i run to ask the security guard, he tells me the door will close on me at 10pm. It was 9:58pm . He suggests to use the ATM. As i use the ATM, it's giving me issues & it hits 10pm & they yell over to me it's too late. So i ask them even when im inside already? That makes no sense. Why would you let someone inside with 5 minutes & they can be in line at 9:59 & the system wouldn't let them purchase anything at 10pm ? Now you lost a good customer & gained one for one night for a customer who will probably never be back cus they don't even have an ID . Completely stupid system & employees who clearly can't use communication to help their customers within the last 5-10 minutes of closing.
