At 9:17 a.m., I was finally able to reach someone who informed me that the manager had been trying to contact me for two days because there were no trainees available for the time slots they themselves posted on the booking site. I checked my account just last night, and the appointment was still confirmed. No one ever attempted to contact me or cancel the booking. This experience was extremely unprofessional and disappointing coming from Sugaring NYC.
