Needed a gel manicure removed and wanted a fresh regular manicure. She removed my gel in about 30 seconds with her electric nail file taking a lot more than just the polish, making the tips of my nails almost like rubber. I should have left then. Went to wash hands, sink and mirror filthy and nothing to dry hands with. Should have left then. After $40 and a quick polish I left. Within hours several nails started to peel.I went back next morning and had 2 nails redone. By the next day several more nails were chipping and peeling. I redid my nails myself and several nails have broken because they were filed too thin. I did have an appt, and was still rushed in/out in 20 min and will never go back. read more

Just had a fabulous pedicure from Kyle! Highly recommend! He was very meticulous and I appreciated his perfectionism. My nails were in great need of attention when I came in and he took his time working on them giving them what they needed. My feet were so dry from this Colorado air and now they are so soft. So glad I believed the google reviews! Some manicurists give you what they want. Here, they listened to what we wanted, and delivered beautifully. Shawn gave my friend a beautiful manicure and I got a much needed new set of acrylics from Julie, who is an artist. She did my paw prints by hand after being shown a photo. On the door it says "walk ins welcome". I am fully aware that this might mean I have to wait a little to get my nails done. The man told my friend and I a half hour, fine. Got some coffee and came back 35 min later, he told us 10-15 more minutes. Waited longer than that and by that time we had waited in total an hour. As soon as I said we were just going to leave, they suddenly had a space available. If you're going to go, make an appointment and still be prepared to wait. read more

This salon does not sanitize instruments - they are just laying loose in a tray and there is no evidence that they are cleaned between customers. I didn't realize it until too late....where I'm from every single time you go, you sanitized instruments are used. Its not that hard so this is lazy. Or maybe in CO there are no laws and no one cares. The nail file looked like it had been used for months and months, also likely not to have been sanitized. I should have made the connection when I walked into the door and saw how dirty the place was. The massage chair next to me looked like it had a plumbing problem, gross water in it. The place is in terrible need of equipment update and just cleaning and organization. I am kicking myself that I didn't get up and walk away. Save yourself and don't go to this place. read more

I thought I give this place a second chance. Should have not done this. The girl that did my nails thought she was a comedian. Not funny at allllll! She rushed through my mani, cutting my cuticles so fast I could not follow, fast soaking in COLD water and filing my nails (WHAT filing????) I do a better job myself every week. I go to a nail place to have my nails done by a professional not a child. I think I will ask for a license next time. I have NEVER had a rushed manicure like this before. She brushed the polish on as if she was on a timer, did not let it cure under the light the proper time and was babbling the whole time to the guy handling my pedicure in her native language. How relaxing is that. If you have a customer pay attention to them and keep your conversations or rude commends about your customer to yourself. Here is an idea: have the courage to say everything in English which you spoke fluent or keep your mouth shut. One of my nails is darker than the other and some parts of my nails have no polish. Well, the guy who did my pedicure did a good job and got a tip. You want to be rude and do a lousy job, NO TIP is what you get. Go to a REAL nails salon but not this one. On top of everything, the place is dirty and needs new chairs and lots more. read more

They told me to not to touch anything for 20 mins and to let my nails dry and 5 mins after they put the polish on, they basically made us leave. She had me pay her before hand so she could make us leave. I had to wait in my car for my nails to dry. Never going back. read more

After a sketchy pedicure, meaning she used non sanitized instruments laying in a tray - or at least they were not individually sanitized and opened before my eyes - I checked online and saw that the license for Spa Nails in Dillon CO has been expired for several years. It may be a mistake on my part, but I did go to the trouble to look it up and you should do the same for yourself. I am not saying anything that is not true on the day I visited and the day I looked up their license. I am used to salons that are very clean and have excellent sanitation procedures. I scheduled an appointment for 3:30 pm after the woman on the phone talked me into it. I had wanted to come in at 4 pm. I arrived at exactly 3:30 and sat there for 30 minutes waiting for my "3:30" appointment. I expressed my annoyance and got apologies but no offer of a discount or anything. During my 90 min at the salon roughly 6 calls came in and the boy who answered "took appointments" from all of the callers but did not write a single one down anywhere... He obviously doesn't care about customer service or keeping to a schedule. It is very clear that he only cares about getting as many people in as possible to take their money. This place screams desperation and its gross. My nails were average and I definitely will not be going back but I don't expect the owners to care about my experience or this review... they only seemed to care about how many people they could cram into one day. read more

Great experience, went to get a gel mani and pedi and the staff were friendly and efficient. They checked my temperature as soon as I walked in and we were seated immediately. Wow... where do I start. There's only one talented nail artist in this business and she is the tall one with ombré hair. The lady who did my nails completely rushed the job. It was obvious that she put little effort. My nails are not only misshapen.. but fully have dents in them because she spent no time filing them. On top of this, it was 70 for my nails when the website stated 60. These nails are not worth 70 dollars as they did not provide me with the service I wanted and left me feeling worse than when I entered. My friend who came with me also had her nails done terribly, and was almost brought to tears. Her nails look like they have been done by a toddler and that is serious. Please save your time and money and do not go here. Or make sure you go to the specific lady i mentioned above or you will leave this establishment disappointed, embarrassed and probably with an infection. P.S. I think my nail lady sharted, because all I could smell was feces of some matter. The image attached below is what my friends nails looked like after she got them removed. this was the WORST manicure experience of my life. I specifically asked for a dip manicure multiple times and she continued to provide a gel manicure service. The French manicure looks AWFUL!!! The job was sloppy to say the least. The girl who did my "manicure" was coughing the whole time and was clearly sick. Typcially I would've asked for her to redo my manicure but due to her inability to do the service I asked for initially plus how sick she was I didn't feel inclined to offer her any more of my business. I live here and have visited several local nail salons. This one is by far the best because it's clean, friendly, and good a fixing ski/hike damaged nails! Make sure you communicate your needs and wants, and they will do a great job. read more

Came for fun and so my boyfriend could get his weird ski callus removed. We both got the basic pedicure. They did a good job with the callus removal. Soak and cuticle care was nice. Decent massage and exfoliation. My polish job was subpar but you can't really expect that much for $30. I'm sure if you went gel or dip or whatever they might pay a little more attention. read more

I've been here about a dozen times now. It was great at first, but slowly went down hill. Unfriendly and rude staff-the man is nice but the females are not. Even with no other customers there, they rush through the mani/pedi. Barely work on getting the rough skin off. Water just luke warm. Poor polish colors and the bottles look rather old/dry. A few of my nails weren't filed smoothly, and had bumps in the polish. My polish started chipping just a few days later. I'll try another place or just do them myself. read more

It was awful and dirty, and the woman doing my nails was too busy surfing the internet on her phone while doing my nails (?!?) They need to be shut down, or clean it up and get nicer employees.
