Walked in and immediately sat down in a pedicure chair. Such a clean and cozy space. Got such a great pedicure for an amazing price and I could tell everyone in the salon was receiving top tier service. This will be my new regular spot after trying multiple nail salons in Summit County. P.S. I've never had someone massage my knees during a pedicure but this place has some serious attention to detail - can't wait to bring my mom here when she visits :) read more

Very nice reception, our manicure and pedicures (3 of us) went really nice. We were comfortable the entire time . The massages were especially welcomed after skiing and couple days. Newer facility and easy access and parking. Highly recommend. read more

Love this nail salon. They accept walk in and I've had great manicures & pedicures. Very nice staff, clean, and offer many different options. If you want to unwind, have a glass of wine, bubbles or a boba drink. If you have a group, it's best to call and make appointments. read more

Amazing nail salon. Recommend you book an appointment but have never been turned away. Love that they make sure you are happy and they are always willing to support my creative ideas. Mondays are extremely busy, but never feel rushed out. Love and enjoy the extra care each stylist gives. read more

Basically I walked in and asked for a pedicure and they sat me, then another woman walked in and asked for the same. They proceeded to do her pedicure first and expected me to wait. Ain't nobody got time for that! I'm not coming back to this place. It was never a great experience, and I don't recommend it. read more

Great people, clean place. Mani/pedi very reasonably prices and my nail tech did a terrific job, including fixing two of my toenails when I smudged them on the corner of the manicure table. Totally my fault and he fixed it with a smile and no attitude like some salons have! read more

We were up in the mountains for my daughter's wedding and two of my freshly manicured nails lost their polish. We had a major time crunch to get this fixed, and the staff at Summit Spa Nails was fantastic...they got me right in and did a beautiful manicure! Highly recommend, read more

I called right when they opened to make a same day appointment. The technician did AMAZING! She completely exceeded my expectations! I was looking to get a new set of acrylics but she was able to give me a fill. I wish I would have gotten her name. She understood exactly what I wanted and matched the example photo I had brought in. I recommend making an appointment since the phone is constantly ringing and they're extremely busy. read more

Made an appointment weeks in advance and drove over an hour one way for the appointment just for them to be closed and no notice.

It may not be a fancy spa but the quality of the work was outstanding!!!! Such detail and care. Not rushed and very comfortable!

Left a lot of residue on every finger after dip manicure. Sloppy, disappointed, won't go back. Was hoping to make this my new go-to salon as a second home owner in the area. read more

Great spot! My favorite place in Silverthorne/Dillon/Frisco to get my nails done. We usually call day of to get an appointment.

What an absolute joke of a business. Made an appointment on Monday for a manicure Thursday at 5:30. Show up at 5:15 for my appointment and it's dark, locked, and the lights are off despite their open sign being lit up. Only tried to go here because I had a gift certificate, probably won't bother trying to reschedule. I'm pretty convinced they didn't even remember my appointment because whoever answered the phone on Monday, after trying to make me change the time I wanted to come in, was about to hang up before I even gave him my name. I think he was just trying to get me off the phone and didn't even write down my appointment. I understand being short staffed and having to cut hours but it is absolutely ridiculous to be making appointments if that's the case. Complete waste of my time. read more

I went to get a full set and pedicure for myself for my birthday. Went in April 6th 2024 and by April 7th 3 nails came off, one had an air pocket under the gel polish and the gel on my toes were coming off. I went back on the 8th and they fixed everything. Now it is April 9th and my toes are F'ed. Never have I had this happen! So not worth $145 that I paid!! read more

I have been going here for about 7 months, because it's been the only mediocre option around summit county. The problem is, there are so few choices here that no salon has to step up there game to compete - none of them seem to care one bit. Today however, because of my experience I will likely never go back. And I doubt that anyone there will reply to this to try to remedy the situation. I asked for a deluxe pedicure (my "usual") and Henry - I never had him before - was finished with my pedicure in less than 20 minutes. The $35 charge includes 8 minutes of massage, which means the rest of my pedicure took him 11 minutes. Anyone who can complete a pedicure - let alone a deluxe which one would assume is at least a tad nicer than the 'I don't care I'm just trying to get you out of here' pedicure - in 11 minutes should not be doing pedicures. There is a "hot towel" service with this option as well, he placed a warm towel on top of my toes for less than one minute. ALL THE OTHER TIMES, I've had hot towels wrapped around my legs for quite a while. When I brought this up he got an attitude with me and tried to lie saying that they don't use hot towels on the service I chose. Well, that's funny, because I've got receipts and pictures to prove it. I'm very disappointed and will be searching yet again for an acceptable place in summit county. read more

We are part time residents here and have been to Summit Nails before several times (pre COVID).  The salon is very dirty- polish on walls, mirror near hand washing area super dirty and surfaces/floor and check out area all were dirty.   I have natural nails and all he did was a simple file with a rough file a 2 second hand massage and quick cuticle clip.  The polish job was terrible...he never pained across the tips so they have already chipped and bubbled 1 day later even though I sat there and dried for 10+ minutes with a fan that was covered in dust.   He also used too much polish on one nail, so it smudged even after the drying. Also see picture of the small hair in my middle finger that I did not notice till I got in the car (did not have my readers on- ha :) ). I just saw previous reviews about natural nails, maybe they only do gels and acrylics well.   Huge bummer, but we will not be back.   I would suggest a huge deep clean and class on polishing natural nails. read more

Worst experience ever. Made an appointment same day for a mani pedi. And was refused service at my appointment time because they "didn't have time". They seemed SO busy with the 3 customers that were in there.. would never recommend. I am supposed to get married tomorrow. Thankfully I found a service that can actually do it because they don't create appointments they can't deliver. read more

I don't recommend this place at all! I understand these people have years of experience, but they won't take their time! I went in to fill in my power nails. The person who was doing them was super friendly at first but ignored everything I was saying to her. She rushes the whole process. One hand was done good but the other horrible. All the nails, instead of pointing straight they all point to one side. Someone else finished my nails but did a horrible job with the topcoat. I asked to fix it, and he said, oh, it's okay. He also mentions something to the other person in their language, and both look at me laughing. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Plus they overcharge! I wouldn't recommend coming here at all! read more

I often see poor reviews of this salon, which I find astonishing. The same people have owned the salon for years, watching their children and holding a tight schedule. They have never disappointed me. Every time I have loved my nails. The price is typical for summit county and it is true that sometimes they are slightly behind schedule. They put effort into their work and produce a quality product every time. read more

Terrible service. While I was getting a pedicure, the man doing my feet, cut my skin, and it bled. He did not skip a beat. I pulled my foot out of the water, and he didn't even treat the cut. Also, they're super unfriendly. I don't need a buddy but it would be nice for them to be cordial when you walk in. read more

I read some of the previous reviews and it seems this place has received an upgrade. Massage chairs are powerful and relatively newer...waxing service is private and well done...and the service was pleasant and professional. The place is clean and organized...and the "drying area" is truly unique. Overall, the shop could use a tad facelift for a true 5-star rating. And...while the staff is of an obvious different nationality, it's not professional to be having full non-English conversations with coworkers while attending to an obvious English I speaking customer. It makes the customer uncomfortable. Otherwise, the service is outstanding. read more

If a business is open until 7 pm, you would think that business would take clients & provide their services until 7pm, right? I walked into this business at 6:15pm for a simple fill. They refused service n asked for me to come back tomorrow, uhm that's a hard negative for me because to me, you just displayed major laziness and no willingness to provide the services your supposed to until 7pm. I could understand if I walked in at 10 til 7, but I came 45 minutes before closing which is plenty of time to do what needed to be done. I will not be returning nor suggesting this salon to anybody. read more

These are the worst set of nails that I have ever gotten. It has been 4 days since I've got them done and the index finger is about to snap in half. I also wanted the black color to be more opaque and I let the guy know he did not care and continued to layer the glitter coat. They do not care about their work they just rush and half-ass it. Do not be fooled by the pictures on their website. read more

Super disappointed...my index nail was one of the longest when I walked in. Something appeared to be wrong with the dip they were using, as it kept flaking off. Instead of stopping they kept filing away at my nail. Now it looks really stubby and thick compared to the others. Disappointed they did not offer to fix or give a discount. The other nails look great but they definitely messed up my index finger nail. read more

Do not spend a dime at this place. I was told not to come here but out of convenience I went to this salon and I walked out before I even got all my nail polish taken off. The worst ever ever ever! I never used to go to a nail salon, I didn't have any nails to get done. Lol As a special treat, I went to get a manicure with the gel polish, and within a few months, my nails began to grow! Stopped in to get a quick pedicure and was thoroughly impressed! I opted for the Deluxe pedicure because I wanted a good foot/leg massage and it felt so amazing! Just what I needed! The massage chairs aren't the best but it was sufficient enough to get me relaxed. The nail color I picked out was a nice dark red and was painted on with precision (no mess on my toes!). I did walk in and didn't have to wait (not sure how that is during high seasons - it was mud season when I walked in). Overall, I'd come back again for basic nail care if I were in the area. read more

Went to this spa monthly for 1.5 years and never once received a friendly welcome or was treated like a valued customer. It has gotten increasingly dirty. The place was clean and staff very friendly. read more
