We had our anniversary here! We chose the couples spa package with a bunch of add ons. You walk into the grotto and are serenaded by beautiful relaxing music. You then get to chose between 4 different options on how you want to maximize your relaxing experience. Cold plunge- was extremely cold, but perfect to shock your body. We then hopped over into the hot pool which was extremely relaxing. We then dabbled between the steam room and sauna. We kept jumping from experience to experience while also laying down on the chairs and folding cold scented towels over our eyes. We then made our way into the massage rooms where the relaxing treatment excelled further. The hot stones were perfect, and the whole experience should be on everyone's list if they are in the area. I absolutely loved this spa. The Grotto area is on the small side, but has all you need with hot tub, cold plunge and sauna & steam rooms. Bonus points because my husband and I could enjoy them together! We did a couples massage and it was fantastic. Infinity Spa was the perfect way to relax over a long weekend in Breckenridge. Booking a massage for both of us, we spent three hours at Infinity Spa. Here's our experience. 1) Massage: My wife and I both got their signature 50-minute massage. (We booked via phone the day before in October, non-tourist season.) Upon check-in, we were given robes and slippers. After changing, we waited in the relaxation room with infused water, snacks, and lounge chairs. After filling out an in take form, our masseuse met us and led us to our rooms. The massage itself was perfect. It was the right amount of pressure and relaxation. I added on the foot hydration and, as a runner, it made my feet feel better. My masseuse gave me tips on massaging my legs to make the bottom of my feet feel better. At the end, he gave me a glass of water. 2) Amenities: It's open most of the day and if you book a massage you can come as early or stay as late as you want to use the relaxation room and the grotto where you'll find a hot tub, cold plunge pool, steam room, and sauna. The grotto can get crowded at times, but it's still peaceful due to the "quiet" rule. There are relaxation chairs, towels, and cold towels to use. There's also a drinking fountain to help stay hydrated. 3) Service: Everyone is kind and helpful. 4) Price: Both my wife and I got an add-on to our signature 50-minute massage. Unfortunately, my last experience here left a lot to be desired. First, the grotto was overcrowded so there was no where to sit or lounge. This was really disappointing as we wanted to relax after our massages. Both of our massages were equally disappointing. After the therapist asked which areas I wanted to focus on during the service, she ignored those same areas. I felt kind of pressured into add ons, which I declined, so I'm not sure if those things are related. When my MIL asked for more pressure during her service, the therapist told her she'd have to pay to add deep tissue. It just all felt a little gimmicky and weird. The drain in one of the locker room showers was clogged. Taking a flooded shower in a public space is gross! read more

My masseuse Erick was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and answered any questions that I had! He checked in with me during the service, and I felt extremely comfortable and taking care of! My husband and I both had massages and they were amazing. My husband got the Himalayan Salt Stone massage and he was extremely happy with it. I got a prenatal massage with Heather and it was heaven. She was absolutely amazing. Best I have felt during my pregnancy so far. Heather was also super helpful and accommodating. Definitely would come back and get a massage from Heather every time. The relaxation room, which is in the video provided, is so worth staying in before your massage. I definitely recommend getting there early so you can enjoy the relaxation room. Now that I am fully vaccinated I decided to treat myself on an off-day from skiing to a massage at Infinity Spa which is located in the Grand Colorado at the base of Peak 8. The spa advised when I booked my service that many of the amenities one would normally use or have access to would not be available due to Covid restrictions. I was not deterred. I booked an 80 minute signature massage. I arrived a few minutes early because I knew I would need to complete paperwork. I was happy to see that the spa was taking all necessary precautions to ensure everyone's safety. I decided to add on the deep moisturizing treatments for my hands and feet because after several days of skiing my skin was super dry. Kelly was my therapist and after 80 minutes I felt rejuvenated! They allow you to use the hotel spa area (The Grotto) if you book a service, which includes a large hot tub, sauna, steam room, and cold plunge bath. I booked a couples massage for my boyfriend's birthday and we arrived 2 hours early to use these amenities. The only thing was since this area is open to hotel guests I noticed it got a bit crowded after a bit and seating got taken pretty quickly. However, the spa desk staff was amazing and even gave us 2 complimentary mimosas as we were celebrating a birthday! There is the option for spa patrons to order alcoholic drinks that are very reasonably priced. Our masseuses were very friendly and professional, we left feeling very relaxed and rejuvenated. No chill on traditions. My highlight was the salt stones used in my massage. Erik spoke in soft tones and directed his energies on the areas that were my concern. I'm not into a chatty massage, this worked great for me. My husband enjoyed his as well. This is the best spa my wife and I have ever been to. It was our anniversary weekend and upon arrival they had a bottle of champagne and a little note that said 'Happy Anniversary.' We spent about 2 hours in the Grotto before our pedicure appointments. The Grotto is the most relaxing place I have ever been to, great way to unwind the daily stresses of life. We were greeted by two very nice ladies, Sarah and Ciara. Ciara actually took her day off so my wife and I could get our pedicures at the same time. May I add, the kindest and most professional nail technicians we have ever worked with. I searched for awhile to find a day spa in Breckenridge and was having trouble. I almost gave up when I came across Infinity Spa! I usually don't try a place with only one review but the pictures were beautiful and they are a new business so I went for it. I was not disappointed. The pictures are accurate and the space is top notch. I had a 50 minute massage with Autumn and she was fabulous. The room was lovely and tranquil. I especially loved the essential oil bowl under my massage table. The entire staff I met was super sweet and accommodating. When I asked for something they were quick to help. The hot tub area is coed, and connected to hotel, so other people were in there that didn't have services, but there was enough space for all of us. The relaxation room had nice lounge chairs and comfy blankets to use while you wait for your services. You could also hang out there afterwards. My only suggestions would be that they invest in nicer bath and pool towels and make the showers a little more spa like instead of just a typical shower. My friend & I came here for massages after a day of snowboarding. We arrived early and spent time in the hot tub & steam room. The cold plunge was a fun experience too. Infinity literally provides you everything you might need during your spa visit. I've been here once before and had a great manicure by Sarah but didn't take advantage of the amenities!
