This will be my first and only time going to this location. I was passing through the town and wanted to get my nails done. And I didn't not like the vibes of the business. The cleanliness is worse than the nails. Don't come at me, I have a hard time sticking up for myself and leaving. But I'm glad I didn't so that I could tell you my experience. The nail tech was alright, the nails aren't great for being $50 gel single color nails. I was more appalled that the instruments didn't come out of a blue bag. That's mention to show you that they were clean and sanitized. Something I've never experienced before, but really made me decide to never come back here was that the building manager came in to talk to the owner of the company about violations that they needed to fix it 20 days. I don't know what those violations are, but it made me think of the health code. I could be wrong, but that still is just not great of a conversation over hear. read more

The guy doing my nails was impressive with the results for having one eye, only downside was I noticed he had warts on his hands. Seems like something that needs to be taken care of for the health of other customers. I've gotten them removed, it's painful but it can spread would love for the company to take more care of there employees care and health. This would benefit the customers. Warts can be spread through other people who have them. So please make sure your staff has the resources to get them removed if they have them. read more

Went to get a dip manicure while on vacation and it was a bad experience. Nail technician didn't listen to me, clipped my natural nails too short, didn't use base coat or top coat and they had chipping after three days. Would not recommend to anyone, staff were not professional and the place is dirty, and outdated. read more

I was really disappointed when I left the salon yesterday, I got a pedicure and dip manicure. the dip was put on really thick and bubbled up on a few nails, my thumb was also left with polish looking chipped. I asked nicely if there was anything we could do to fix it- I felt uncomfortable and didn't want to come off rude but the dip came out looked so bubbled up on my nails and there was polish left on my skin around the nails as well, she did take me back after first trying to tell me they were fine, and used a drill to take off the top coat, I could tell she was upset with me asking to try and get it fixed because she was rough with my nails and I left with 3 bleeding around the cuticle. I was really disappointed bc I don't get my nails done often and was looking to treat myself. I don't think the person doing dip on me was certified bc it just didn't look well done after. read more

Went here with my mom and grandma shortly before my wedding last fall. We all had miserable experiences. The salon is dirty as were the tools. One technician clipped my grandma's skin repeatedly and she told him to stop the service, another technician finished her manicure and she was clearly in pain. My mom's technician filed her nails down even though she didn't want that. I was getting a French tip manicure, the technician cut my cuticles and made two fingers bleed--when she brought out the stuff to stop the bleeding I thought, "I'm going to get an infection from that" because the bottle was absolutely disgusting. My nails didn't last more than 24 hours before they all fell off completely, so I just did a clear coat for my wedding day. Awful experience and won't ever go back. Do not recommend to others. read more

i got my nails done and it took literally 2 hours for this dude to do my nails and the reason i'm giving a bad review is because one of my nails just popped off after three days of having them done. Obviously he was training or something and that's fine but for the amount my boyfriend and I paid was very unnecessary it should have taken less than an hour to do my acrylic set and shouldn't have had nails popping off after three day when I paid 95$ just for my acrylic set on top of the pedicures my boyfriend and I got. Was ridiculous how much we paid for a trash set that took almost 2 hours to do and honestly I feel like if someone is training that should be said to the customer so it's known he didn't do terrible but my nail shouldn't be coming off after three days of getting them done ! I am a spa manager and this was hellacious. I went bc I can't get into my spa bc were busy and this was the only time ai had to finally get my nails done after Covid closures for 4 months. Booked a gel manicure and once in decided to try dip. Asked several times for cuticle care and nail shaping and the lady just kept saying "I know" as she dipped my nails. After 3 dips And 5 requests to do my cuticles, she clipped and drew blood 2x. I asked to see her license and she left and never returned. After 5 min. Another woman came and continued to mutilate my nails so I called 2 of my nail techs and sent them a video. They were appalled! The lady then told me I was frustrating as she put my left hand under the UV light repeatedly, with my dip...never minded to do my right. When she pulled out the drummel again I asked to see a license and she provided licenses for 1 person who was not her. That's when she disappeared and I got up and left. My nails look like shit. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this nail salon they say it'll be 15 minutes until I start getting my nails worked on and 15 minutes go by, 20 minutes go by, 25 minutes go by.. still, no one has started to help me. Meanwhile, a lady who came in after me gets seated for a pedicure, I went and asked the lady who quoted me at 15 minutes if she had forgotten about me and she rudely waived me away and told me to "just sit and have a seat." Then another women who came in at least 10 minutes after me gets sat to get a gel manicure. I stand up and ask the lady why these women who came in after me are getting helped before myself and she looks at them and said "oh they have appointment." No! They did not have an appointment and I know this cause each woman was asked what she needed to get done. The only reason I've come up with as to why they were helped before me is because they were at least twice my age, visiting Summit County, and presumed to tip more. Well I'll say this, once May rolls around and the tourists are gone.. they will be very, VERY upset they prioritized the tourists. Because about 10% of women in Summit get their nails done and they turned away one of the few women that get their nails done every 2 weeks... HUGE mistake Top Nails. Never turn away a local. They just lost business from someone who's been going to them for over a year. DO NOT WASTE MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. read more

There were also used drinks from previous customers still on tables or in the cup holders in the chair. Besides that, the staff is pretty rude.
