I loved the pedicures they offered, they got rid of a BAD callous. Unfortunately, I also asked for sharp almond tips and they did not come out well, on top of taking over 2 hours. BUT I went back there a bit later in the week to get them re-done and they came out soooo much better. I am definitely happy with the end product. I know some have said that their cleanliness was questionable and it does not look the best but I have seen them clean up there stations and soak/clean their tools, its not the best but it's definitely NOT the worst I've seen. The vibe is okay it really depends on who you get but there are great relationships with their patrons and they all try to help one another when one is struggling with a design. read more

This was probably the worst pedicure I've ever had. I'll admit, I was turned off walking in the door because the place feels very dirty, but I figured I'd give it a shot because a coworker comes here. The tech I had was friendly, but felt very rushed. He was using the file to take off my old gel polish and just kept going, down over the nail so much until I jumped - I thought he went down through to skin. The nail color options are nice, once I asked to be shown more than four, except many of the nails have fallen off and the remaining sticky stuff is all fuzzy and dirty. When we got to the actual polishing, he kept putting the light back down on top of the toes he just polished. I didn't realize it the first time until I felt the burning where the light was touching the skin on my pinky toe. I left with gel polish all over the skin around my toes. I could have painted better myself. I don't think there's much too a decent pedicure. I don't need my feet and legs rubbed for twenty minutes. I just want to feel clean and safe and leave with my toes looking decent. While the price is reasonable, it's not much cheaper than other salons in the area that don't provide this experience. I just went and had a full set put on. The man Jason did a horrible job. There is product all over my cuticles and on the side of my nails. They look horrible. I called to complain and they said thanks for letting them know and goodbye. Also, they were NOT busy and everyone was just sitting around playing on their phones. I stopped here for a pedicure on a whim, and had my sister meet me as well. They were able to accommodate us both together. We both got the spa pedicures. I did not feel rushed to hurry up and leave. They took their time. I only gave them a 4, and not a 5, because I wish they had more non gel colors. I did find a pretty one, just wish there was more to choose from. Bring your own if you have some at home. Prices weren't too bad in my opinion. I would definitely go back. It's in a good plaza as well, so you can do a bit of shopping while your nails are drying! read more

I had a gel pedicure. Within 2 days it started to peel off. The woman who did the pedicure was miserable and barely did anything close to what a pedicure should be. I told her that I wanted the "spa" pedicure which was $40. she charged me $55 which was the next level pedicure. She threw a hot towel on my feet and put some sort of clay just up to my ankle not even on the leg. the towels were on my feet less than 2 minutes and she didn't leave the gel machine on long enough to cure. The woman next to me was also getting a pedi. she appeared to be there well before me. I was done with my entire pedi and she was just getting her polish. As many have said the place is very dirty and as I was sitting there looking around their sterilization system seemed antiquated. all I could think of was that I hoped I did not get some sort of an infection. read more

Price is about par with most nail salons. The staff were friendly. We called and made an appointment because we wanted to get pedicures at the same time. Probably didn't need to make a reservation. Pro: good color selection. The spa products were nice. My toes look good. Con: slightly rough on the cuticle removal. Not the cleanest place, they used large containers of the lotions and salts, and put their gloved hands right in the containers after having worked on my toes. Many didn't speak English and had difficulty understanding our requests. Hints: bring cash as they don't put tip on the credit cards. They use latex gloves but have vinyl upon request. read more

Would never go back. They take to each other about about there customers then look at them and laugh. I hand a pedicure done I told him the 30.00 one when cashing out they charged me 40.00. I asked twice to have my nails cut short, there still to long. They were in such a hurry to get in and out, that the paint job looks terrible. Plus the place is dirty!! read more

Awful place...the owner treated me with such disrespect. The woman who called me over for the pedicure was rude as well. They threatened to call the police because I asked about the the soap that was not added to my tub. The owner was very offensive and very cantankerous. His own daughter asked him to stop. read more

I go to get my eyebrows waxed 2 times a month and I get my nails done every 2 weeks. I go back and forth between nail solans but this one is closest to home so I go here most often. For the nails I'd give them 3 stars but as far as waxing goes I would give 0 stars. Like I said I go 2 times a month so my eyebrows are never too difficult to wax. It's just a little cleaning up, I went in to get them done and I went home and my eyebrows somehow looked exactly the same. I called them and told them that I wasn't happy and that I would be in within a half hour to get them redone. She does my eyebrows again for the 2nd time in one day and then tried to charge me for it!? Even when I went home after that I still had miscellaneous hairs all over. I would absolutely not recommend. You're better off going across the street to Super Cuts to get your waxing done. read more
