No one called me back, so two weeks went by and I called again and left another voicemail. Two days after (1/10) I received a voicemail stating I could call them back or go online to Vagaro to make the appointment. So I went onto this website and made the appointment for 1/25 at 9am. On 1/22 I received a message stating "Click this [link] to confirm your appointment Thu, Jan-25-2018, 09:00AM with Sophilia Kim at The Blue Lotus." I clicked it and received another notice stating it was confirmed. The day of the appointment at 7:19AM a TEXT was received stating my new time was 9:30AM then again at 8:41am it was moved again to 9:45. I had to wait for Sophlila to even open the store to go in to reschedule this appointment because I would have been late for work if I didn't start until almost 10. On 1/25 I made three appointments one for 2/2 at 10:30 (which was moved the day of to 10:45) the second appointment was made for 2/24 at 10:15 for a fill (which was just moved this Wednesday to 1pm) and a third was made for 3/9 for a fill. Not once did I receive a call before moving my appointment. The only thing I received the first time was a 30% off my fill in March since I actually had to pay for that. On Wednesday 2/21 when I received the text notice that my appointment was moved from 10:15AM to 1pm I called, someone picked up stated Sophilia was with a client but would call me back. At 4 that day still no call I called them and no answer so I left a message. The next day I went to stop there on my way to work they weren't even open so I sent them an email. No email response received STILL and still no call. I called them this morning (2/23) and left another voicemail - still no call back. At 1:16 I received yet another text stating my appointment for sat 2/24/2018 is confirmed. I called them to make sure they cancelled it and still no answer and another voicemail left. My eyelashes started falling out 10 minutes after I left and at least one-three fell out every day to the point I had the middle lashes gone by the end of week 1. I don't understand how inconsiderate they can be because my mom loves them and loves going here. It is very disappointing that this is how they are treating people and the fact that my fill was already paid for and I'm just trying to see if it can be transferred to my mom.
