For $95, Cyan cut off 3 inches as opposed to the .5 (yes HALF) an inch that I requested. I asked for just a trim and clean up my long layers. The haircut is choppy, totally uneven, when I put it in a ponytail (which is pretty much all the time in summer!) there's one random strand dangling out that looks totally ridiculous. This was one of the biggest wastes of money ever. I could have gotten a better haircut for $25 at a beauty school.

I took my soon to be 3 y/o son here for his 1st official hair cut. Apparently, dad's buzz cuts…read moredon't count as "official". We called from Beavertail Lighthouse in Jamestown to make the appointment and we were seated immediately upon our arrival. That's approximately 30 minutes notice. Thrilled that they were open on a Monday! My son's hair came out amazing. My wife was brought to tears when she saw our son and my son absolutely loves it! The cherry on top: One of the other stylists had brought her 9 week old Husky/Lab mix puppy into work. The puppy was absolutely adorable and loved my son. There was lots of petting of the puppy and puppy kisses all around. Truly a 5 Star experience! We will be back!
