The place is small and you are asked to take your shoes off upon entering, but that means you were right in the doorway while trying to get your shoes off and balance putting on slippers that they leave at the door. There's only two seats in the waiting area. There was no tea or anything else out like I have seen in other pictures but I was offered a water. Elana was my massage therapist and she was fantastic. A couple of issues was that the treatment rooms are extremely small is very little room to maneuver. Also, they must have had satellite radio on so the radio station kept going in and out which made for very awkward moments of complete silence in the room and during that time, you could hear other patrons talking, music from the Pilates, studio next-door, and traffic on the road. After about 10 minutes, she did ask if I wanted her to go get her phone so she could put on music in which I said yes-it was very hard to concentrate every time the music went off. I thought $140 for a 90 minute massage was an excellent price and she was great, but I'm not sure if I would return due to them having no amenities and the outside noise issues.

Sara has very strong hands so I received the benefit of a deep tissue release-- she threw in some myofascial work which I love when it's down correctly (I've had some weird work done under the guise of myofascial) -- and it was done right with Sara. I had really tight shoulders and neck from work, sleep injuries, and travel combined and I left feeling released, relaxed and restored (all the Rs). She also found an old rolled ankle injury, lower back tightness and hip tension that I didn't even remark on but had known they were there. I highly recommend Sara and the integrative massage here.
