I got there as quick as I possibly could and was exactly 15 minutes late and apologizing. Monica was extremely hostile towards me immediately, scolding me for using the website incorrectly. When her next client walked in, who was also late, Monica started complaining that I used the website incorrectly to her right in front of me. and, when I reiterated that I was nervous about having my eyebrows to thin (I don't usually get my eyebrows done) She angrily scolded me "you already said that." As a teenager, I've never been spoken to like that from an adult I just met and I'm very surprised that she would address a client that way. The eyebrows looked great, but I'm very disappointed with how the exchange went.
