She's incredibly talented, patient, and detail-oriented -- every single nail came out flawless. She listened to exactly what I wanted and made sure everything was perfect. I also added on a massage, and WOW. Kim has amazingly strong hands and gave one of the best massages I've ever had. She knew exactly where to apply pressure and made the whole experience feel so relaxing and soothing. It was worth every penny. I emailed this establishment and I believe the owner or manager responded quickly and told me I could come in today without an appointment. We messaged back and forth which I love the communication. I arrived and upon first entry the place was super clean and the air was fresh not the chemical smell you sometimes have in a nail salon. Everyone was very welcoming even the customers had the content look on their faces just a relaxed atmosphere. I sat down for my pedicure and it was luxurious start to finish they even use fresh lemons and oranges for the volcano pedicure which was nice. I also received a warm neck pillow which was shocking and very delightful. The entire experience was just relaxing and felt great to be pampered. My nail tech was super sweet and she did her job very well repairing my chipped nail and getting my feet back to looking decent enough to show off. I had a little discrepancy with my full set when I left and I contacted the owner and they repaired it without a problem.
