At one point, I convinced myself that she wasn't going to do my nails and that I might be waiting on another technician. At 12:47 pm, she called me over and brought the empty soak bowls to my chair. From 12:47 pm to 1:00 pm, she went to the front desk and then disappeared. At 1:01 pm, I got up and left. I don't understand why I was treated this way. You're not doing me a favor by servicing me. She could have simply said, "Hey, we're booked today, but you can schedule an appointment for another day." That would have been fine. However, having me come in and almost ignore me and act like you're annoyed that I'm there is insane. Salim, please hire technicians who want to work and properly represent your company, even when you're away.
