She was very fast and efficient. My pedicure took less than 30 min but with less than 1 min of massage :( The result was decent but again, I want a spa like experience, not a marathon.

The techs have always been pleasant but not overly talkative. Now let's talk about the actual job. My pedicures have always turned out ok, but my gel or sns sets, not good. Each time, I've had my nails chip or come off within a week and half or less. This shouldn't happen, especially with SNS nails. The manicures have also been lackluster with no hand massage and with pedicures, sometimes forgetting the foot massage. I will say that every time I've been, the owner, Karen, usually has a regular client that she's seeing and everyone loves her. Seems like she does a lot of specialty nails, so it's kind of crazy that her techs do such lackluster jobs on basic nails chip sets.

I brought in my own OPI nail polish is She's a Bad Muffuletta. They said they were unable to match it in a gel, but I found Cajun Shrimp by OPI and it's almost a match. My score is reflected in that they changed my price on my sheet after the service. I was told that a gel manicure was $28 and the only difference between that and gel color with mani was cuticle removal. Wrong. I was charged $47. For that price I should have gone to Frenchies and had a nicer experience. The pedicure was timed with a clock. Finally, I did not like that they did my manicure and pedicure at same time. They didn't even ask. Bottom line is-they got job done , ladies are friendly and it looks fine. But if you want pampering go elsewhere. I personally will make time to get a less expensive mani & pedi in NJ before traveling to Smyrna.

My husband was started on right away but I sat a while. I thought the lady doing his feet was going to do mine but a young man came up and said he was there to "get me started" he took off my polish then another customer came in and he told me he had to take her because she had an appointment??? I had one too! I had TWO appointments my husbands pedi was completed and I'm still sitting there now just soaking in water. I was told my tech had to get medicine and would be there in 5 mins after 15 min Joy took over and did my toes. She knicked my toe and that is always a fear for me when in a nail salon I am a pro cosmetologist and sterilizing is so important. Luckily it was minor. I really expected some sort of compensation for my inconvenience (I wasn't started on for over an hour after my appointment time). Even a small offer of 5% off next time etc but I only got multiple apologies and my pedi came to a whopping $48 because I got gel polish. Maybe if they wouldn't have charged me for the gel I would've been happy but again full price I paid plus a tip so we have decided to go elsewhere and I am sad about it because I carefully chose this place based on other reviews and they were friendly with decent pedicures so I am once again looking for an ideal nail salon and unfortunately because of my experience I could not recommend this nail salon

The downfall is that the nail techs do not actively listen to your requests or may not listen/understand well... I had to involve a manager to get the person to stop shaving down prior work one 1 nail several times... They said they'd redo it as a correction of the tech, but the manager didn't say until after the service that she was adding a fee to my price (which was not shared or implied before the work was done)... It was a principal issue
