Me and my wife went in this place because of proximity to the house and price. Price for a couples massage was $80 for 1 hour. At first we were skeptical but waiting area was relaxing and very clean. Lady at the front desk was very sweet. Im personally a triathlete and have been to expensive places and they do a good job but I came here not expecting much but an hour later i was so happy and grateful i gave this place a try. The masseuse rubs you down with a blanket over you to warm you up. Then adds oil to massage and THEN uses hot oil and hot stones to massage( at first umcomfortable) but then relaxing. Room was super clean, it was 20 degrees outside and rooms were super warm and dark. Me and my wife loved it and will be returning. Not sure if this matters but im 190 lbs and a big guy and lady really dug in muscles(strong hands) and my wife is 95 lbs and the other masseuse was gentle but firm on her body and wifey loved it. I went to Spa Heaven last Sunday. Since I had good experiences my previous two visits this time I thought it would be the same as well but it wasn't. I went with a friend and I went for the VIP FULL BODY MASSAGE for 60 MINS THAT COSTED ME $70. I asked the guy in the front would the VIP be different from the regular full body massage and he said yes it will be, you will feel the difference. My friend got the regular FULL BODY MASSAGE for 60 MINS that was for $45. He enjoyed his massage with SNOW she was very friendly, gentle and professional. The lady that massaged me was WENDY, I specifically told the guy in the front these specific areas; my neck, lower back, legs front and back, and chest. WENDY focused a lot on neck and legs. She did a little work on the back but completely forgot the chest. I didn't feel any difference with the VIP MASSAGE since the only thing extra I got were the HOT STONES and even my friend got the HOT STONE therapy and he got the regular massage. I thought VIP MASSAGE at least had hot towels, oils, lotions, scrubs and all that but I guess I was wrong. I am DISAPPOINTED with my experience this time. read more

First, when we got there we had to pay an extra 8 bucks , even after I told the receptionist that I had a Groupon that was paid. second The masseuses that we had were very unprofessional. they were speaking in their language and laughing especially the guy he was laughing for everything it made me feel uncomfortable. The four stars is because it's my first massage since things have opened up and some normalcy has come back into my life. The 90 min massage I received from Andy was awesome. However, the front desk receptionist that took my payment I guess doesn't know about etiquette of tipping. I tipped my masseuse a respectful percentage of what I thought it was appropriate for my massage, area etc. The receptionist ask for more tip in front of my masseuse? It's very rude and turned me off because of this they have lost a client. Mind you the original price is $90 which is posted on their website and I paid $78 for the groupon. Why are you advertising on Groupon yet you claim you don't accept them? My God Sister invited me to join her for a couples massage for a Groupon she had that was about to expire. We had an appointment for 10:15 am. We arrived at 9:45 on a Saturday morning. The spa was not open yet. The staff arrived at 10:00am. We sat and talk in the comfy chairs as they prepared for us. The spa was nice and clean with lots of treatment rooms. We were then escorted to the treatment room on the second floor of the spa, where the hostess asked if we would like a deep tissue or Swedish massage. My god sis told her we wanted hot stones because the Groupon stated we could get that option too. She also asked if we would like male or female masseuse. We opted for female masseuse. The hostess said ok and told us to undress and lay face down. The masseuse came in said hello but did not introduce themselves. I'm use to the masseuse introducing themselves but that was fine. They started the massage which was a combination of Swedish and deep tissue. About 10 mins in I asked about the hot stones (because I knew that's what my god sis wanted I was fine with the deep tissues/ Swedish combo they were performing) and I think they said ok we will do it. There is a language barrier because English was not their first language. Towards the end is when they did the hot stones which only lasted about 3 mins. Over all the massage was good. We both enjoyed it. At the end I asked the masseuse their names I think they said Annie and Candy. They were nice, but they were chatting to each other in whispered tones during massage. I would have preferred no talking while I was getting a relaxing massage. That's what took away from me giving them five stars. I will go back and get another massage in the future. read more

I don't write reviews very often, but my experience with Spa Heaven this weekend was so appalling that I am compelled to share it, hopefully to protect other women from experiencing what I did. TL;DR: the male masseuse behaved inappropriately and the management was so resistent to giving me back my money that I had to call the police. Cannot recommend this place. Here's the gritty version: I made an appointment for 7pm at around 5pm that Friday. When I arrived at exactly 7:00, I was surprised at how nice it looked given its less-than-stellar curb appeal. However, then I was asked to wait in a corner for "5 minutes." At 7:17, I got up and asked them how much longer I'd be waiting. "A few more minutes," the receptionist insisted. At 7:25, as I was preparing to walk out, a male masseuse named Leo suddenly stood in front of me and ushered me upstairs to a room. I had asked for him to focus on my arms and shoulders, so I was surprised when halfway through he switched to my lower half. Here is where the problems began. To enumerate quickly and clearly: 1.) the towel was repeatedly placed in ways that did not cover me adequately; 2.) he touched me a few times inappropriately; 3.) he moved me into positions that were utterly pointless and not at all relaxing (which I realized once I opened my eyes were so that he could take a peek at my body), and 4.) he brushed his erection against me a few different times very intentionally. I was so shocked and uncomfortable that I shut down completely (something my therapist and I have been working on, but not enough apparently). Couldn't make eye contact with anyone, hardly even the receptionist, so I just paid and left as quickly as possible. A few hours later, there was emotional hell to pay and trauma to process. It was a shitty night. The next morning, I gathered my courage and went back to request a refund. The receptionist was not interested in my complaint but in fact annoyed that I was asking for anything at all. Over the next hour, I was alternately told to come back the next day to speak with the manager, to wait until they could ask the masseuse in question if the event had happened (which just appalled me - did they actually think a guy would admit to that, especially when his JOB was on the line?!), and to wait in the corner while they answered some phone calls. At no point did either the receptionist or eventually the manager (who showed up halfway through) apologize to me. I had made it clear that if they simply gave me my refund, I would leave without ever mentioning this to anyone. However, as they obfuscated and hedged and tried to stonewall me, I told them that I would be happy to call the police and the Better Business Bureau, as well as to write negative reviews online. Eventually I did call the police, as the management would not give me my money back, continuing to insist that I wait to speak with Leo the masseuse to hear "his side of the story", which was deeply upsetting to me. (It should be noted that 20 minutes after his supposed massage ended, he had not appeared, which made me seriously question if he was even there that day. I would not be surprised if they were lying to me on this point.) After almost an hour of this (part of which was me waiting for the police as the staff spoke in obvious whispers about me behind my back), they handed me my money WHILE TRYING TO CONVINCE ME TO COME BACK FOR ANOTHER MASSAGE. Uhhh, no. I cannot recommend this company's management's handling of what should have been a no-brainer customer service complaint, and I cannot recommend a business that employs masseuses who behave inappropriately to their customers. The ambiance is nice and the place is clean and well maintained. I've never gone to a location like this (usually private practitioners or Massage Envy etc) If you purchase the 60 minute massage Groupon at $35, their walk-in price is only $43, so not a huge difference if their Groupon ever goes away. There is a $4 tax charge on your Groupon, a required $10 tip for your massage therapist and a 10% credit card charge- so bring at least $14 cash if you have a Groupon. I would say my main complaint was that my massage therapist didn't speak English at all and I wasn't able to communicate with her the areas I really wanted worked on, request she be gentle or areas I would have preferred her to be more gentle. The massage lady was intense. Deepest massage ever. I got the massage 7 hours ago and I'm extremely sore already. For me it was a bit painful, but extremely effective. It included Hot Stone, hot towel etc. I'm sure I'll be feeling like a million bucks in a day or two. Definitely not a light gentle massage. Based on other reviews, it looks like there are other massage therapists who actually do lighten up based on your requests, but not all. Additionally, it looks like a lot of couples massages are men with women, women with men... if you have a preference, state it up front! I undressed, got under the sheet, and waited for about 15 mins. Then a male masseuse walked in. I should have left then and there. The only reason why I'm giving this place one star is because my partner enjoyed the massage and that it was clean. So I got a "massage" from Wendy, and I honestly don't understand what she did to me. She worked on the right side of my body for almost half the time but totally forgot the left side of my body. I even told her that you massaged my right shoulder and arm but did not even touch my left arm or shoulder. She did not understand a single word I said and proceeded the massage. I thought she will work on it later but she didn't.
