This place is amazing! I hardly ever leave reviews but my husband and I just had the best massages we've ever had. We found our spot and look forward to becoming regulars here. If you want to feel like new then I highly recommend Spa Heaven. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service and then get mad when you don't give them a 100 dollar tip they expect. They take extremely long to even start the massage. Then they Act like they don't speak English smh. Don't waste your time. read more

Should have listened to all the reviews here. This was probably the worst massage I'd ever gotten in my life. Absolutely terrible. I left feeling worse than when I came in. For an hour, they barely touched my legs and glutes which were really tight. I asked for an extra half hour because I felt like they barely even massaged me during the hour and then I was hurt so badly I was in pain. Never again. read more

Don't ever buy a Groupon for a massage here. They don't hold true to their "Fine Print" in that they want redeem them in the weekend. Also had to wait a long time for our prescheduled appointment. The front desk agent was rude and disrespectful. Mediocre massage and a downright abysmal customer experience. Plenty of other professional massage establishments out there. Don't waste your time here! read more

First off, I'll say it wasn't a bad massage. Not the best by far, but not bad. Facilities are clean and well kept. Every other part of this experience was completely frustrating... I went with my mother and we purchased Groupons, $38 for a 1 hour massage that's regularly $70. When I called to make an appointment I was told there is a $5 "tax" when using a Groupon. When I questioned this nonsensical statement the woman on the phone basically pretended she didn't understand me. This turned out to be a trend, and while I understand that English is not everyone's first language, if you're running a business or a receptionist you should probably be able to answer simple questions about the buisness. When we arrived we discovered that a 1 hour massage is $45... We were told that the Groupon is for a $70 "VIP" massage, which curiously is not posted on the menu of services. The difference? 5 minutes of rubbing hot stones in circles on your back, definitely not worth a $25 up charge. After the massage a sign that was on the reception desk concerning their minimum tipping policy was waved in my face as they demanded a $10 tip... I was in the middle of considering what to tip, but at this point I I just threw a $10 bill at them along with the buisness card I had been given and let them know I wouldn't be returning. Unsurprisingly, they didn't care. In conclusion... -Not a terrible massage -Clean facilities -Deceptive pricing policies -Not relaxing -STEER CLEAR read more

This place made me feel very weird. The man that massaged me touched my butt a little to much and and one point made my granny panties into a thong by pulling on them. I have guys massage me at other places and I've never once felt weird about it. I guess if you're a female and chose to go here be safe and ask for a woman. read more

I come here 1-2 times a month with my boyfriend to relieve some stress. I looovveee this place. super clean, super friendly, and amazing massages from every single worker there.. I want to keep this place a secret since its only 40 bucks for an hr and they might raise the prices because of how busy they are... but I cant keep it for mnyself GO GO GO GO GO its a must!! read more

I just wanted to second Davina B's review where she said she felt weird. I have been here many times and had both male and female masseuses, no problem, until this one guy was definitely unprofessional. If you're a lady perhaps go with a woman. I have never had a problem then. read more

Spa Heaven? More like Spa Hell! $10 tip is required per person and the massage was not worth that. Got a couples massage. My masseuse was decent. He worked hard at my knots which I like and he seemed experienced. However my partner was not so lucky. His massage was terrible. She massaged him over the towel the majority of the time, sat on the bed to massage his legs and generally applied no pressure and showed no expertise in her techniques. Would not go back! read more

Horrible service especially if it's thru Groupon... If that's how they are going to treat customers that they get thru Groupon they should make their business unavailable for that... I've done deals thru Groupon & I actually became a repeat customer because of that (not thru Groupon neither)... They should think about that!!!! And I'm an extremely generous tipper as well.... Horrible!!!!! read more

Worst massage I've ever received. First, they gave me a male masseuse even though there were female masseuses available. Then, the towel they used to cover me reeked of mold. To top it all off, the actual massage was uncomfortable and at times even painful. I will never, ever go back. Avoid! read more

Massage was great. Loved the fact that they actually used the whole 60 mins. Most massages places jip you by adding you time to undress and dress to your massage. However didn't appreciate that there was a set tip fee. The massage was worth the tip but I should be able to decide how much of a tip to give. read more

The masseuse was unprofessional. Really poor service. Doesn't recommend to spend your time and money here.

Not the greatest. I came here for a 60 minute couples massage from Groupon.. mind you it was a birthday gift given to me for my and my boyfriend. First, when we got there we had to pay an extra 8 bucks , even after I told the receptionist that I had a Groupon that was paid. second The masseuses that we had were very unprofessional. they were speaking in their language and laughing especially the guy he was laughing for everything it made me feel uncomfortable. Thirdly there's a minimum $10 tip is required even if the massage sucked. Disclaimer : when my boyfriend and i were at the the receptionist desk we saw a menu with the services and the prices. The original price for a couples massage for 60 minutes is 83 bucks, on Groupon for the 60 minute couples massage it shows the original price was $135 and its crossed off with 82.50 as the "discounted" price... so you're not getting a deal. read more

The four stars is because it's my first massage since things have opened up and some normalcy has come back into my life. The 90 min massage I received from Andy was awesome. However, the front desk receptionist that took my payment I guess doesn't know about etiquette of tipping. I tipped my masseuse a respectful percentage of what I thought it was appropriate for my massage, area etc. The receptionist ask for more tip in front of my masseuse? It's very rude and turned me off because of this they have lost a client. I gave the extra tip because Andy my masseuse was standing there and he did give a great massage so I felt that it would go to anyway. however , I think it's one of the rudest things that an Service business can do. read more

My wife and I went this past weekend after we purchased the couples massage. The place is kinda sketchy looking but once you get passed that everything else was great. Service was great massage was amazing. Only thing I recommend is giving the clients envelopes to leave a tip. I feel its very rude for the staff to stand around u while count your $$. Other than that a great experience.. 1000% will be back read more

DO NOT GO HERE. My friend was molested during her massage at this "spa." The "masseuse" literally touched her asshole, groped her butt, and exposed and touched her breasts. Of course she was still forced to leave a tip. There are a number of things that make this place sketchy and explain its cheap prices but it is NOT worth it! read more

I admittedly am not one to get massages very often and I am by no means a snob with this sort of thing. I just wanted a place nearby that could work out some knots in my body at a reasonable price. I've been here twice now and I really have no problem with it. The rooms are relaxing, they will accommodate you if you prefer a female massage therapist, and are receptive to your preferences with the massage itself. My personal space is respected, they are thorough, and I like the dark lighting of the space-- I find it relaxing and just a touch kitschy. read more

do not go here. groupon people beware. they ended up charging $9 tax and $10 mandatory tip per person for couples massage. it wasn't even that great, who knows if they even gave the money to the ladies that did the actual work. read more

This place went downhill and it's terribly sad. I saw they had a groupon and was so excited. I bought 2 regular and 2 couple. My personal massages were ok but not great. I brought my friend for the couples massage and I wish I hadn't. She said it felt like she was being tortured. There was an awful lot of slapping going on from their side of the room. My massage was great by comparison. Still ok though in reality. read more

Purchased a Groupon from this spa and when I called to make a reservation she told me in the worst English possible that they don't accept Groupon. Mind you the original price is $90 which is posted on their website and I paid $78 for the groupon. Why are you advertising on Groupon yet you claim you don't accept them? Im so glad I received a refund from Groupon. The lady who answered the phone was very nasty. Horrible customer service. They will NEVER get my money and I don't recommend then to anyone. They are liars and crooks and I could only imagine what a disgusting experience I would have had in person considering how nasty she was over the phone. read more

Awful place, purchased a groupon and they would not honor it after I called them and they said that they would on the phone

The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because they have a tip guideline where if you get a 60 MIN body massage you have to tip $10.00 which I think is not the right way to approach this. ALSO they need night gowns, because if you are undressed and need to used the bathroom the only option you have is a towel. Other than that I have been here two times and planning to go back every month. read more

I have been here over 20 times , never ever disappointed ! Different masseuse but always professional . Those who complain about tip minimum or to much pressure should stay home and ask spouse to give a back rub. This is top notch spa. Love LOVE this clean ,relaxing little piece of Heaven..... read more

Ask for Wendy , I had knots over knots when i booked this location. Groupon has a deal but it pretty much equals to the same thing if brought without it . The masseuse Wendy was super sweet , a lot ruff for my liking at times but when i told her it was hurting she had no problem readjusting the pressure . read more

My God Sister invited me to join her for a couples massage for a Groupon she had that was about to expire. We had an appointment for 10:15 am. We arrived at 9:45 on a Saturday morning. The spa was not open yet. The staff arrived at 10:00am. We sat and talk in the comfy chairs as they prepared for us. The spa was nice and clean with lots of treatment rooms. We were then escorted to the treatment room on the second floor of the spa, where the hostess asked if we would like a deep tissue or Swedish massage. My god sis told her we wanted hot stones because the Groupon stated we could get that option too. She also asked if we would like male or female masseuse. We opted for female masseuse. The hostess said ok and told us to undress and lay face down. The masseuse came in said hello but did not introduce themselves. I'm use to the masseuse introducing themselves but that was fine. They started the massage which was a combination of Swedish and deep tissue. About 10 mins in I asked about the hot stones (because I knew that's what my god sis wanted I was fine with the deep tissues/ Swedish combo they were performing) and I think they said ok we will do it. There is a language barrier because English was not their first language. Towards the end is when they did the hot stones which only lasted about 3 mins. Over all the massage was good. We both enjoyed it. At the end I asked the masseuse their names I think they said Annie and Candy. They were nice, but they were chatting to each other in whispered tones during massage. I would have preferred no talking while I was getting a relaxing massage. That's what took away from me giving them five stars. I will go back and get another massage in the future. read more

I don't write reviews very often, but my experience with Spa Heaven this weekend was so appalling that I am compelled to share it, hopefully to protect other women from experiencing what I did. TL;DR: the male masseuse behaved inappropriately and the management was so resistent to giving me back my money that I had to call the police. Cannot recommend this place. Here's the gritty version: I made an appointment for 7pm at around 5pm that Friday. When I arrived at exactly 7:00, I was surprised at how nice it looked given its less-than-stellar curb appeal. However, then I was asked to wait in a corner for "5 minutes." At 7:17, I got up and asked them how much longer I'd be waiting. "A few more minutes," the receptionist insisted. At 7:25, as I was preparing to walk out, a male masseuse named Leo suddenly stood in front of me and ushered me upstairs to a room. I had asked for him to focus on my arms and shoulders, so I was surprised when halfway through he switched to my lower half. Here is where the problems began. To enumerate quickly and clearly: 1.) the towel was repeatedly placed in ways that did not cover me adequately; 2.) he touched me a few times inappropriately; 3.) he moved me into positions that were utterly pointless and not at all relaxing (which I realized once I opened my eyes were so that he could take a peek at my body), and 4.) he brushed his erection against me a few different times very intentionally. I was so shocked and uncomfortable that I shut down completely (something my therapist and I have been working on, but not enough apparently). Couldn't make eye contact with anyone, hardly even the receptionist, so I just paid and left as quickly as possible. A few hours later, there was emotional hell to pay and trauma to process. It was a shitty night. The next morning, I gathered my courage and went back to request a refund. The receptionist was not interested in my complaint but in fact annoyed that I was asking for anything at all. Over the next hour, I was alternately told to come back the next day to speak with the manager, to wait until they could ask the masseuse in question if the event had happened (which just appalled me - did they actually think a guy would admit to that, especially when his JOB was on the line?!), and to wait in the corner while they answered some phone calls. At no point did either the receptionist or eventually the manager (who showed up halfway through) apologize to me. I had made it clear that if they simply gave me my refund, I would leave without ever mentioning this to anyone. However, as they obfuscated and hedged and tried to stonewall me, I told them that I would be happy to call the police and the Better Business Bureau, as well as to write negative reviews online. Eventually I did call the police, as the management would not give me my money back, continuing to insist that I wait to speak with Leo the masseuse to hear "his side of the story", which was deeply upsetting to me. (It should be noted that 20 minutes after his supposed massage ended, he had not appeared, which made me seriously question if he was even there that day. I would not be surprised if they were lying to me on this point.) After almost an hour of this (part of which was me waiting for the police as the staff spoke in obvious whispers about me behind my back), they handed me my money WHILE TRYING TO CONVINCE ME TO COME BACK FOR ANOTHER MASSAGE. Uhhh, no. I cannot recommend this company's management's handling of what should have been a no-brainer customer service complaint, and I cannot recommend a business that employs masseuses who behave inappropriately to their customers. If I could give zero stars, I would. read more

Love this place!! Tom is amazing. Gone here once a month past couple months and will be making this my permanent spot. Thanks guys

Not the best massage I've had. Language issue was never asked what type of massage I was interested before He started nor was I asked for preference. He was a bit rough was not relaxing at all. After all was said and done I was shown a sign which required a minimum tip?!?! I would not recommend a message in this place. read more

First time couples massage and was AMAZING!!! definitely recommend this place ! Great ppl very nice place !!

My boyfriend and I went there for a couples massage today and it was amazing! Will definitely be returning next month. We used a Groupon voucher plus I found a Groupon coupon for 15% off. It was most definitely worth the trip all the way from the Bronx. read more

This place is a GEM!! My boyfriend and I just got a deep tissue couples massage and it was otherworldly. Winnie and CoCo forever have a special place in our hearts...they really worked their magic. I've been coming here a few times a year to help with my back pain (always with Groupon) and have always had a great experience. I've always made an appointment beforehand, and every masseuse I have had has been nothing but experienced, skillful, and careful to check in with me throughout the massage. I have done couples and single hour long, as well as foot massage. Great place! read more

The ambiance is nice and the place is clean and well maintained. I've never gone to a location like this (usually private practitioners or Massage Envy etc) If you purchase the 60 minute massage Groupon at $35, their walk-in price is only $43, so not a huge difference if their Groupon ever goes away. There is a $4 tax charge on your Groupon, a required $10 tip for your massage therapist and a 10% credit card charge- so bring at least $14 cash if you have a Groupon. I would say my main complaint was that my massage therapist didn't speak English at all and I wasn't able to communicate with her the areas I really wanted worked on, request she be gentle or areas I would have preferred her to be more gentle. The massage lady was intense. Deepest massage ever. I got the massage 7 hours ago and I'm extremely sore already. For me it was a bit painful, but extremely effective. It included Hot Stone, hot towel etc. I'm sure I'll be feeling like a million bucks in a day or two. Definitely not a light gentle massage. Based on other reviews, it looks like there are other massage therapists who actually do lighten up based on your requests, but not all. Additionally, it looks like a lot of couples massages are men with women, women with men... if you have a preference, state it up front! Will probably return, now that I know what to expect. read more

Great place if your looking to get a deep massage. I'm a big guy and that little Asian lady kicked my butt with that massage Hahahaha! She works magic so strong for being so little. Even got on my back and massaged me with her feet she was no joke. Great overall Experience will definitely go back. read more

AVOID this place. This was a very disappointing experience. I was escorted to the room by a female masseuse. I had specifically asked for a female masseuse. I undressed, got under the sheet, and waited for about 15 mins. Then a male masseuse walked in. I should have left then and there. But like many of the disturbingly similar reviews I've read here, I didn't want to be difficult or discriminate. He spent a weirdly long time massaging my butt. Even going so far to pull the sheet down which I immediately pulled back up. Somehow it kept slipping enough to reveal my butt crack. He continued to move me in ways that would cause the towel to slip. I left in shock. read more

Laya is the best when it comes to massages...She really makes my back feel good...I had lower back issues and the doctor would just prescribe me pain killers that didnt help at all but thanks to Laya my back feels good again...She is also very kind and nice to me..I highly advise if you are going for a massage to book an appointment with her. read more

I had a great time! My parents and I were trying to work around our schedule to go all three of us today was the day that it happened to land on. We called and they booked us all 3 an hour and a half from calling in. I read the reviews ahead of going in and I seen that it's best to have cash and also don't be cheap. The massage was AMAZING!! My parents and I all can agree that we for the first time were completely satisfied and super happy we got full body massages & each of us gave them $10 tip, in the end when consulting how our massages went my mom wished the guy would have went a little gentler but all in all satisfied. We wished we carried more cash to give too cause in our opinions $10 wasn't enough for the work they put in! My mom and I will be back to try out the facial for the first time! Btw this was all our first time here! read more

The only reason why I'm giving this place one star is because my partner enjoyed the massage and that it was clean. So I got a "massage" from Wendy, and I honestly don't understand what she did to me. She worked on the right side of my body for almost half the time but totally forgot the left side of my body. I even told her that you massaged my right shoulder and arm but did not even touch my left arm or shoulder. She did not understand a single word I said and proceeded the massage. I thought she will work on it later but she didn't. Also, they leave the doors open mid massage leaving us totally exposed and also they would not stop chit chatting with the other masseuse in another language. I found that very disrespectful to us. We are paying money for a service and expect the best of service. But I'm highly disappointed. Even after my bad experience, I decided to still leave a 10$ tip. But they force you to pay a 20$ tip that was not earned at least for my masseuse. *** 9 hours later and I have to worst pain in my back. I've received massages before and never felt this sort of pain and discomfort. I do not recommend coming here at all.*** read more
