More than what we're used to paying for outdoor summer swimming. But it certainly didn't break the bank. The pool is cute. There's one large slide that was closed when we were there (the hours for swim and the slide are clearly laid out on the website so we knew that going in). There's also a small slide for the little guys as well as some water spray features. My 3 year old loves zero depth entry pools so he was thrilled. There's also a second pool that was deep enough for my stepkiddo to get her swim on. There were three lap pool lanes open as well. Again, the hours for all this is on the website. The staff is kinda meh. The woman working the desk was not sure what was going on but the life guards were nice. The locker rooms are nicer than I was expecting. There's also a couple family shower/bathrooms which is nice. Bring a lock and towels!

They have a very wide selection of chemicals, replacement parts, and equipment. Their prices are lower than other places we've tried. And, the service there is always great. I use them frequently to check the chemical levels in the pool. They just switched from manually testing the water, to a computer based system. I'm very pleased with the results. Their service operations include pool opening and closing, and service calls/repairs/installations. In past years they replaced our pump, filter, heater, and more. Their pool opening service could be better - they simply "dewinter" the equipment, remove and fold the pool cover, and ensure the pump turns on. Other services we've used vacuum the pool, which I wish they did. Other than that one minor issue, I think Leslie's provides a great service.

We've gone to a few other pool stores over the years. I found that Arvidson's is the best at understanding what pools need for the right balance, and then following up to ensure everything turned out okay. I went there two days ago, and I had a high level of ammonia in the pool. I have no idea how that would have happened. Rather than sell me an expensive round of chemicals, they told me to drain 1/3 of the water out of the pool and refill it. They said that would mean I would need less to balance the water. When I returned today, the Ammonia levels were low enough that I didn't need to do anything other than add (a lot) of chlorine. More than anything, I trust their judgment in chemically treating pools.

Where do I even start. After hearing Doughboys were the best that's the only pool I wanted. After…read morepicking my pool on Doughboys website it linked me with multiple vendors to purchase my pool. The reason I chose Doughboy is because it is the only manufacture that will honor their warranty after being buried, and they have expandable liners to create a deep end. After calling every local supplier they all turned me down saying they could not install with a 6' deep end. That is until I came across H & S. Jose and Henry assured me a deep end was no issue. It was like winning the lottery. I purchased my pool through H & S, Henry delivered it personally less than a week later. I took him to my yard and explained exactly what I wanted. Having a sloped yard the deepest point was 3.5'. That's when Jose came in. Jose and his crew showed up Wednesday and dug the massive hole for my 33' round. They created the deep end and came back the next day and installed. These guys mean bussiness! 8 people showed up and the pool was installed within four hours. After doing my research on H&S I found out Henry has been in the game for 40 years. My decision to hire Jose & Henry was a no brainer. Go ahead, try to find another installer that makes deep ends.... Literally impossible! Henry got me squared away with the chemicals needed the whole process was seamless. I wish I could give these guys 10*.... Highly Recommended!
