Upon arrival, check in at the front and receive your wristband before walking down the hall to the gender-specific locker rooms. Wristbands are how you'll charge any/all purchases, included spa services. Halfway down the hall, there's signage requesting you remove your shoes. From that point on, expect to be barefoot (socks are okay; socks and slippers are available for purchase in the locker room) You're given a uniform when you enter the locker room. The locker rooms and pool/hottub area is clothes-free. Be ready for that. The body scrub was amazing! I still feel as smooth as a baby, nearly a week later. There are several saunas available to try, along with a meditation/nap room, oxygen room, and movie theater. Be ready to spend hours here. It's worth it.

There's also a small slide for the little guys as well as some water spray features. My 3 year old loves zero depth entry pools so he was thrilled. There's also a second pool that was deep enough for my stepkiddo to get her swim on. There were three lap pool lanes open as well. Again, the hours for all this is on the website. The staff is kinda meh. The woman working the desk was not sure what was going on but the life guards were nice. The locker rooms are nicer than I was expecting. Leslie's has always providing free water test services, then presenting a plan for how to balance your water. Of course, they sell the chemicals needed. It's convenient. Until last year, Leslie's manually tested the water with test tubes and droppers. This year, they upgraded to a computerized testing system. It is more accurate, and provides a print-out when done, listing the chemicals needed along with very clear instructions on how to execute the plan. Over the years, we've used Leslie's water testing service, their store to purchase supplies, and their service work to repair the pool equipment, and to replace our pump. filter, heater, chlorinator, various pieces of piping, and more. Note they do not install vinyl liners. Leslie's is a solid choice for pool maintenance and repair services.

I found that Arvidson's is the best at understanding what pools need for the right balance, and then following up to ensure everything turned out okay. I went there two days ago, and I had a high level of ammonia in the pool. I have no idea how that would have happened. Rather than sell me an expensive round of chemicals, they told me to drain 1/3 of the water out of the pool and refill it. They said that would mean I would need less to balance the water. When I returned today, the Ammonia levels were low enough that I didn't need to do anything other than add (a lot) of chlorine. More than anything, I trust their judgment in chemically treating pools.

Spa was delivered with a bad front panel that has not been replaced yet because the replacement they sent was also damaged!! . Then the my IQ water testing system and air lines for some of the jets hasn't worked since day 1! I was told several times that I was at fault and I was in-capable and doing it wrong. BUT THE WHOLE TIME THE SPA WAS BUILT POORLY AND THE TUBES WERE PINCHED BEHIND THE TUB AND THE FRAME! Arvidson technicians came out for the 4th time and finally figured it out after they removed all the blow in insulation and compromised its retaining structure to find the issue on my two week old hot tub and tell me that they are going to cut the tubes and splice them together and slap the panels back on. NOT ACCEPTABLE! I paid full price for a new working unit from the factory not a screwed up build done on a Friday at 4 O'clock. ZZ in service told me they are filing a complaint with the manufacturer to get me a new tub and I haven't heard anything since 8-28-26 and it is now 9-24-26 now they don't answer my calls or call back STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

The install crew broke the control panel on delivery. That was the first issue. Accidents happen, I understand. That delayed the initial startup by about 3 weeks as the part needed to be special ordered. Once that was installed and the crew left, I thought I could get on with using the tub I just spent 10k on. Nope. The heat/circulation pump wasn't working. Another scheduled service call-- another drain and refill as the water had gone green. After determining that the pump had been wired incorrectly- things worked ok for a few months... Until I opened the tub and it was green again-- the salt system had an error code this time. After agreeing to pay $150 (for a warranty service charge) to wait a week for another tech to come out-- I was told after about 5 minutes there is nothing wrong with the tub-- the salt levels are too high they said. That stops the system from making chlorine. I hadn't added any salt since the initial setup. The tech said it doesn't matter-- that salt levels rise on their own as they break down?? Hmm. Ok sure. Drain the tub halfway and refill per their instructions. So I do, and again the next morning- the salt system still shows HIGH, yet the test strip shows LOW. Another text (this is how you have to communicate with them) to the service line-- "oh well, you have to wait about 12 days for it to register". 12 days of stagnant water? The initial startup tech told me to avoid adding powdered chlorine as THIS would affect the salt system. I bring that up-- no one knows anything. I take a look at my credit card bill and see they charged me $270!? Not the ridiculous $150, but an even more outrageous $270 for two guys to come out for 5 minutes and say nothing is wrong. I text their "service" line again. "Oh well, $150 is what we charge if the issue was within warranty-- the salt system isn't covered under warranty so it's $270"-- for two guys to tell me nothing is wrong, on a tub I just bought a few months ago that isn't working. Fun stuff. Had I know from the beginning, I'd have never set foot in this place.
