A squirrel made another hole and got in the NEXT DAY! It costs $60 each time a squirrel is caught. I asked for an invoice and never got one.. We have called and texted and still no response from Matt to come out and fix the hole that he said it was "UNDER WARRANTY". We called him on December 8th, it has now been a month. We had three different contractors come out to repair the leaks. All of them left us with outrageous bills, threats of litigation, and bathtubs that still leaked. After receiving payment, none of them would honor their "warranties" and come back to fix their deficient work. When I initially found Jon on Yelp, I was skeptical. I decided to give him a chance because I had no other options. They were extremely responsive and were able to come out in a few days. They fixed both leaks and honored their warranties for minor things I noticed after they left. Their prices are very reasonable. Furthermore, they are actually licensed, which is rare for most services that you find on Yelp. Most contractors will present a license, but have unlicensed workers do the actual work to cut costs. They are also extremely trustworthy and I would have them work in my home with no one present. If you have any issues, I highly recommend you contact them. They will not disappoint. As to the negative reviews left by Ryenne and Amy, all I can say is that Things 2 Fix was one of the most responsive contractors I have come across. They will be my first call if I ever need assistance again.

First off Dave was very communicative up front on coordinating the timing, and him and his partner Gene were punctual when they arrived to do the install. I felt the price we agreed was very fair and the end result looks fantastic. All curtain rods installed very evenly (they used a leveler) and look very aesthetically pleasing. They were also patient with us as we tried to figure out the best height to mount off of the floor, and they used their own screws where the manufacturer provided ones were lacking. Highly recommend and I will definitely consider Dave & Gene for future projects around the house where my own handyman skills are lacking!
