We told them we were heading their way. We arrived a little before 4:00 (2 hours before they said they would be closing) only to find the store locked and appearing closed for the day. The hours on the door reflected what they told us on the phone. I understand businesses change their hours... but why tell us you close at 6 if you planned to not even be there at 4? Especially when we told them we were on our way. Even if they were closing early today only....they could have mentioned that when we said we're on our way. We tried calling when we got there and they didn't answer the phones. This was very unprofessional. We took our business elsewhere (and are extremely happy with the other place). The price was slightly higher than this place quoted us, but based on their unprofessionalism I'm really glad we didn't get the phone fixed here. No telling what the quality would have been. Needless to say, we won't be trying this place again. Ever.
