We have called numerous times to see when and why it has not been delivered. The first day the driver said he made two attempts which isn't true. So we gave them another chance to get it right. The next day we were told that the driver made an attempt in the morning and then tried again later that day at 2:30 in the afternoon and couldn't get a signature therefore it was another failed attempt. I have never been so angry with a company. Obviously they think of their company and job as just another package in the mail. This is a matter of life and getting back to health so you can live out years to spend with your loved ones. If I had any choice in the matter I would never allow this company to handle any mail.
