The owners are very attentive towards your personal needs and what you need to store away. They even have covered boat parking with electricity available so you can keep your battery charged for whenever you want to hit the lake. I was floored to realize there were absolutely no human contacts within 30 miles from the location. They resort to strictly automated customer service via a kiosk only......... where I was instructed to insert my Drivers License. The machine took it and could not read it but was not returned.... I called the customer service line and was told that the manager will be there when his schedule instructed.. in a day or two! How am I supposed to rent one now from somewhere else? Good luck people
