Used several times and always pleased…read more Recently had a to get my sons screen replaced. Took the phone in, they went to replace the screen and found a different issue with backlighting. They informed me that it would probably not last and that it would be cheaper in the long run to replace the phone then to spend the money on the screen and then the backlight go out and have to fix it or to even fix the backlight and screen at the same time. Saved us time and money and didn't even charge us for the work they had done to try to fix it. I would highly recommend them over any other repair place in the area. I had a issue with a screen they installed once and when I went back in they just put another screen on and apologized for the issue. I've experienced other shops and don't see another reason to go anywhere else unless I'm out of town and need emergency repairs. So thank you all for doing such good work.

After a very short wait, Anthony told my friend he was ready for her. She has mobility issues and when he observed her struggling to get to the counter, he immediately said he'd come to her so he took a seat beside her to assist. I was very impressed with his kindness and patience as she explained the problems that she was having with the phone. We'd thought she needed the battery replaced but Anthony determined fairly quickly that there was a Verizon scanning app running in the background and that was draining the battery. We were on our way in under 15 minutes and he did not charge her anything for his time. I was quite impressed with his professionalism and knowledge but especially his kindness. I'm definitely heading to this shop when I need repairs to my phone!

We told them we were heading their way. We arrived a little before 4:00 (2 hours before they said they would be closing) only to find the store locked and appearing closed for the day. The hours on the door reflected what they told us on the phone. I understand businesses change their hours... but why tell us you close at 6 if you planned to not even be there at 4? Especially when we told them we were on our way. Even if they were closing early today only....they could have mentioned that when we said we're on our way. We tried calling when we got there and they didn't answer the phones. This was very unprofessional. We took our business elsewhere (and are extremely happy with the other place). The price was slightly higher than this place quoted us, but based on their unprofessionalism I'm really glad we didn't get the phone fixed here. No telling what the quality would have been.
