They informed me that it would probably not last and that it would be cheaper in the long run to replace the phone then to spend the money on the screen and then the backlight go out and have to fix it or to even fix the backlight and screen at the same time. Saved us time and money and didn't even charge us for the work they had done to try to fix it. I would highly recommend them over any other repair place in the area. I had a issue with a screen they installed once and when I went back in they just put another screen on and apologized for the issue. I've experienced other shops and don't see another reason to go anywhere else unless I'm out of town and need emergency repairs. So thank you all for doing such good work.

After a very short wait, Anthony told my friend he was ready for her. She has mobility issues and when he observed her struggling to get to the counter, he immediately said he'd come to her so he took a seat beside her to assist. I was very impressed with his kindness and patience as she explained the problems that she was having with the phone. We'd thought she needed the battery replaced but Anthony determined fairly quickly that there was a Verizon scanning app running in the background and that was draining the battery. We were on our way in under 15 minutes and he did not charge her anything for his time. I was quite impressed with his professionalism and knowledge but especially his kindness. I'm definitely heading to this shop when I need repairs to my phone!

My shorts, too large for my apparently shrunken hips (must be the active lifestyle, hey now!), requires my hands to hold them up if I run for more than a few seconds. Of course I failed to do that on the fateful day of hopping across the street and my cell phone flops out and lands with a dreadful crack on the hard pavement. After retrieving it, the lcd screen is shot and weird multi-colored lines appear on the screen. I desperately tried to swipe and type this way and that, all to no avail. My life as I knew it ended right then and there. The phone goes from barely functional to completely bonkers in alternating phases. I had no idea how much I depended on the damn thing. It was like losing my superpower (sad that my superpower is an old iPhone ain't it? Makes me question my purpose in life) but I was completely helpless. I couldn't drive (no GPS), I couldn't find restaurants, I couldn't call or send texts, I couldn't listen to music. I was so sad! :( Until John appeared in my life. We told them we were heading their way. We arrived a little before 4:00 (2 hours before they said they would be closing) only to find the store locked and appearing closed for the day. The hours on the door reflected what they told us on the phone. I understand businesses change their hours... but why tell us you close at 6 if you planned to not even be there at 4? Especially when we told them we were on our way. Even if they were closing early today only....they could have mentioned that when we said we're on our way. We tried calling when we got there and they didn't answer the phones. This was very unprofessional. We took our business elsewhere (and are extremely happy with the other place). The price was slightly higher than this place quoted us, but based on their unprofessionalism I'm really glad we didn't get the phone fixed here. No telling what the quality would have been.
