Was told I had a virus.... took my phone, she looked at and told me it would take a couple of hours and it would be exactly like it was without the virus. But when I finally got to pick it up 28 hours later and I paid her the $140+ dollars, realized all my data wasn't there contacted her. Wouldn't answer the phone so went back up there She said she didn't know how to fix it and refuse to do anything. She said she did what the Apple video told her to do! This is a Brand new $1800 phone 16 pro max and she's lost all kinds of pictures and data. She said she could research it, lol More YouTube ??? Cheap glass @ expensive prices. iPhone X I went in to this store after they sold me on their high quality glass screen replacements. Paid 171.00 for screen replacement and screen protector. My facial recognition software stopped working shortly after my screen replacement. Not putting the two together and just assuming my phone camera was malfunctioning I pressed forward in life. I was recently told by another repair shop in hot springs (while getting my sons screen replaced), that there are cheap screens that cause darkness in front of the camera and this is known to be a problem with cheaper glass. They suggested I remove my screen protector and try it, so upon removing the screen protector I found the glass was splitting with hairline fractures all over it. That brings me to today. I called in this morning to share this bit of disappointment with them to see how they would handle it and "if" they would take any responsibility whatsoever. Without even being invited in to check out the phone, I was told they don't warranty their screens and more than likely I broke the screen putting my phone in my pocket. I asked why he didn't even ask me to come in to check out the phone before accusing me of breaking it and then it got real interesting. He changed his tone of voice, turn on complete condescension and proceeded to be extremely rude because guilt had obviously take. Hold of him. Here are the facts. 1) He knew he sold an inferior product and practiced deceit. 2) he never planned to take any responsibility and was ready for a full defense in advance 3) they will continue to lie to customers, sell a cheap quality product at a higher price for self gain. As you will see from my photos, the phone is protected in a hard case, my prior screen lasted for 5 years and the new one lasted for 2 months. There are plenty of places to go without getting ripped off here. Let my lesson be your own and find a place that uses integrity. read more

I went here for a replacement battery. It took about 5 minutes and the employee couldn't have been nicer and said to come back if I had any problems. I went back three days later because it didn't seem to be charging fast. The same clerk worked on it and asked if I had been using an old charger and I said probably. The clerk handed me a 6-foot charger and when I offered to pay said no charge! People like this restore my faith in humanity! read more

I was skeptical to go here at first because of the reviews, but they were from 4 years ago, so I figured I would give them a try, since they are really close to my house. The girl upfront reassured me that if she couldn't fix my phone I wouldn't be charged, and they would warranty their work. She explained everything so that I could understand(I'm not tech savvy), and had my phone fixed in less than an hour. She then gave me a tempered glass for free, and gave me a used case that someone had given them. I will definitely be a return customer. read more

The iPhone would not stay turned off, and the battery was only lasting a few hours per charge. Found a post that suggested the phone was in dock mode due to a faulty data / charge port. The tech replaced the battery and the speaker, but the problem remained. I do not know why he thought the speaker was bad because it worked fine. He put the original battery back in, said the motherboard was bad, and charged $70 for nothing. He did not replace the data port. $70 would have been a reasonable price to pay if the phone had been fixed, but it was not. Their location web page says they are open Saturdays from 10 AM to 2 PM, but the hours list on their door says they are not open Saturdays. read more

These guys are the worst. They have taken advantage of a senior citizen over $120.00. My mother took them her iPhone with a cracked screen to have the screen replaced. They put on the new screen and there is now a problem with one of hte sensors. It does not detect when you are on the phone so the screen stays on when talking. It also mutes itself and hangs up itself while trying to talk. It worked fine before they replaced the screen, even when it was cracked it still functioned fine. They have refused to do anything to take care of this issue blaming the issue on her. Stay away from these guys. read more

Customer service was poor. I have had my iphone repaired twice with iphone guys and they did a great job! However today (Monday), I came in to return a case that I purchased from them on Friday as, 1. it did not fit "flush" with the phone and 2. my daughter noticed it was not made for the the repaired iphone (it was made for an older style). The manager would not accept a "return" and then she said she would "buy it back for $5." I asked her for the "no return policy" and she said they do not have one. I suggested they place a "no return" policy in site so customers would know about this, she said, "yeah, I guess we could do that." The manager was nonchalant and did not care to resolve this issue in fairness to the customer. I suppose they make enough money by guessing at the sales price of the cases (as on some there are no price stickers, you have to ask about what the price is) and charging a hefty amount to repair phones! I would not go there again simply because of principle. I would definitely find another phone repair place. read more

We purchased 2 iPad replacement batteries for our children's iPad's recently. The lady assisting my husband was going to have to order the batteries but called and said she found 2 in the back. We were so excited to get the new batteries so fast! However after a few weeks of use we noticed that both iPad's were not holding a charge very long. At first they seemed fine, but then after about 3 weeks we started to notice we were having to recharge both iPad's about late afternoon (2pm'ish) and there was not significant use. We kept a closer eye on the children's use of the iPads over the next week we were having to recharge them even earlier in the day, again even without significant use. We called and the 30 day replacement had passed by 5 days and were told that the charge to replace the batteries again would be $60 each and if they broke the glass it would be $100 each. I feel that if a product is not up to par it should be replaced at no charge. I guess it's our fault for wanting to make sure it was truly the batteries and not the children just running them down quickly with a lot of use. read more
