Now I'm stuck paying for a 1200 dollar phone that Samsung had already agreed to warranty because the tech didn't want to do the repairs. The screen was fine until it BROKE IN THE MIDDLE. How about addressing the real issue!!!!!!! This place is a joke. Very unprofessional. And don't bother calling the phone number at Asurion. Sounded like a party going on in the background. NO HELP THERE EITHER. Please don't respond with some patronizing garbage. You guys are terrible. No excuse for bad business ethics.
