I use this PC every day for work so my primary concern was a quick turn around on the work done. I dropped it off around 9 and it was ready for pickup just about 2 hours later. I don't feel as though the quality of work was reduced either, since the entire machine looks brand new and is running a lot quieter. He was very pleasant to communicate with during and after the services and really helpful with all of my questions. I never felt pressured or upsold on anything which is a huge plus. Just a very friendly and knowledgeable person who actually shows you the pride he takes in his work instead of just telling you about it. I will definitely be going back for all of my PC needs.

I researched moving companies and called 5 companies to request bids. Blue Truck was one of those companies and they directed me to their agent, Brown's Moving and Storage. Each company provided a cost estimate, with a comment that it was subject to change, except Brown's. They told me the price was guaranteed unless there were extenuating circumstances, for example, if I was late arriving and made their crew wait for me. The quotes for each company were pretty close (+/- $500). One thing that set Brown's apart was their guarantee of timing. They were able to load my belongings one day (I did all the packing myself) and deliver it the next day since my new home was only 450 miles away. Other companies told me I would have my belongings anywhere from 10 to 18 days after they loaded it. The cost of me being in a hotel that long in my new city was something I couldn't add to the expense and also something I suspect a lot of people don't budget for when planning a move. Finally, the crew at Brown's were all great. JR and Kim handled the business end of my move perfectly from the quote to the scheduling. My moving crew, Jeremy, Blake, and Andy were powerhouses! They worked hard and handled all my things carefully. They were also really personable and fun in the process despite 90 degree temperatures. If you are planning a move originating in central Arkansas, I definitely recommend Brown's.

I had an extremely bad experience with Riggs Outdoors. Not to go on a total rant, I'll hit the key…read morenotes. First, they are not open on the weekend making it very difficult to do business. I had to take vacation to purchase my bike. The first day of vacation they were too busy to complete my paperwork, so I had to burn another day to finalize the deal. Next, the paperwork was not done correctly (dates were not correct) and they needed me to take another day of vacation to come to store to sign new paperwork. I did not have any more vacation so they mailed me the paperwork. I signed and sent back the day I received it. When I received the paperwork from the credit union, I was already 5 days late on my payment. Very frustrating Each time I discussed my aggravations, I felt as through they wrote me off.
