Professional work done. They came out to remedy a small gas leak and completed it professionally. Very satisfied.

Lies and scams - normal operating procedures. Their so-called discount programs are entirely bogus…read more "Income Qualified Discount" is just about non-existent. The only people who'll ever get that are those willing to spend dozens of hours at each of the following: IRS, SSA, Medicaid, and Retirement accounts, etc... to get a $10 a month discount. SRP claims they support the community, and support those less fortunate. And boy does that look good on paper. Unfortunately, that's all it does... looks good on paper. *They want pay stubs - I'm unable to work. *They want tax papers - I'm unable to work, therefore, I don't file taxes. *They want SSA paperwork - that's a 50 mile drive and 6 to 8 hours at the Social Security office. *They want Medicaid paperwork - that's a 30 mile drive and 6 to 8 hours at the Medicaid office. *They want retirement benefit paperwork - that one isn't even in the state. There's another 1-2 days on the phone. The last three, even if I went through the arduous task of getting those papers, would be all for naught, as they require pay stubs and tax papers. This company doesn't hesitate to use their monopoly to raise prices and lower service.

The requirement was the screens had to block 80% of the sun. The screen is called SunTex 80 which signifies that it blocks 80% of the suns rays. The lady informed me he has to be stuck for 48 hours before they can come help. She encouraged me to put food down at the bottom of the pole to entice him to come down. I'm not too sure how or what happened but he ended up off the pole and unfortunately deceased. I called the lady to have my ticket cancelled and to see if the "48 hour policy" could be changed. I got a "management will look into it". That's unacceptable, I now get to explain death to my three year old. I requested a call back from management and the lady said "a request for what, what do they need to call back about?!" I'm pissed and heartbroken. This could have been prevented. The employees are heartless! UPDATE: no one from management has reached out to me. I called and they offered a $35 credit to my account. Not good enough for me, my cat is more than a $35 credit. I would like someone from corporate to reach out or I'll be happy to take things further as far as legal actions. 48 hours for a cat to be stuck is absurd! They'll die after 72 hours without water.

9 12 17 I received my APS bill on 8 10 17. In the envelope…read morewas a note saying their printer had problems and was late in sending out bills. The amount of the bill was $266.08 with included a discount of $31.75. This would bring the total before discount $297.83 and this is for a 12 ft. X 60 ft. mobile home. I looked at the Average daily electricity use per month comparison from July of 2017 to July of 2016 and saw an outrageous difference in comparison. I immediately called APS and told them I disputed the amount. I live alone and did nothing different from last year to cause such a great increase. Then I got the "OH THIS WAS AN EXCEPTIONALLY HOT YEAR, BLA, BLA, BLA" BLOW OFF. I CALLED AZ CORP COMMISSION AND TOLD THEM MY COMPLAINT TO WHICH THEY REPLIED THEY WOULD CONTACT APS AND HAVE ONE OF THE CSR INVESTIGATE. Shortly thereafter I received a call from aps Customer Representative named Tracy Dean. I told her the problem and also insisted that just looking at the comparison from last year this bill was in error. She said she would get back to me. I stated that I reside in the same mobile I have for the last 25 years, a 12 ft. X 60 ft. live alone and have had no difference in my life style from last year yet just looking at the average daily electricity use per month comparison to last year there has to be some kind of error. The current bill being just shy of $300 for the month. She said she would check into it and get back to me. Get back to me she did. After checking into the situation she did notify me that there would be a $41.00 credit and that it would be applied to my next month's bill. I am a senior on a limited income and on behalf of all seniors living on a very limited income I want to extend a sincere thank you for her professionalism and promptness. The $41.00 credit shows me that not only is there a God but that large corporations do make mistakes. It is too bad that not all CSR really do look into it as many just want to just get rid of you.

APS sets an arbitrary $750 maximum charge for credit cards with a $2.65 credit card fee. My monthly…read moreelectric bill is consistently over $750 a month as Arizona is a desert climate, hence I am forced to pay two credit card fees monthly. I have repeatedly requested the $750 charge limit be adjusted so I would only incur one credit card fee. Neither APS or Paymentus will take accountability. As a former banker, I am well aware that APS has the authority to raise the maximum credit charge.

Yeah, i pretty much have to concur with Patrick that Scottsdale road crews and administration of…read moreroad repair funds seems like a random bunch of irrational nonsense. Totally with you on the whole "finish one project before starting another", and it's 3PM and lanes are blocked off but workers and any sign of work are seemingly non-existent. It's funny how the same roads get torn up about every year or two, only to leave shoddy workmanship and ugly patchwork scars. At least, if you're going to inconvenience us for weeks and months at a time, have the work ethic and common courtesy to leave the roadway surface in as good (or, preferably better) shape than before you started digging. Please. Oh, and Scottsdale police? I reserve the right to swerve around shoddy, crappy roadwork that the city either ignores or patched up and left worse, and not have it called "negligent driving." We the people cite YOU the city for negligent, mismanaged chaos which not only inconveniences, but in some cases damages vehicle alignments and front-ends as we dodge and amble through this urban miasma of ineptitude. Here's an idea: How about making road surfaces out of materials that don't break down every couple of years? Oh, I forgot - we're spending our trillions on unnecessary warfare and waste. Remember, Rome fell partly because it couldn't build viable roads.

I came to yelp and typed a general forum of what I was looking for and luckily, that forum was sent to Salisbury Excavation. Chris got back to me right away and offered to come give me an estimate on the job that day! He came and took measurements of the our current project and even took extra measurements of another project we hope to have done in the future just so we could get an idea for numbers. Chris was timely and very knowledgable on his line of work. I was very transparent with Chris on my lack of knowledge in this realm of things, and he was patient and descriptive on what to expect. I had the bid for my project that evening, and the next morning, we were setting up for him to come. They finished our project today, and let me just say, the whole process was amazing. Chris was super thorough, honest, and helpful with everything. As a woman in her 20s, I have found it's hard to find businesses that don't try to take advantage of you for your lack of experience or knowledge in their line of work, but Salisbury Excavation threw that belief out the window. Chris went above and beyond in helping us and we are excited to do business with him again and recommend him to everyone we know in need of his type of service. Thank you, Chris!!
