He helped us arrive at a suitable energy-efficient Simonton models to replace 5 of our windows at a reasonable price. He also measured all the windows to be replaced and promptly provided a written quote. Three of our replacements were for original 30+ year-old single-hung windows which were no longer functional because their balances had failed. The replacement Simonton windows have a better design that obviates the need for such balances, which was of added value to me! The total window order, measured and made to order, was received by JWG within 3 weeks and installed within 1 week. JWG Windows arrived just minutes before the scheduled time for installation. We were fortunate to have a second installation crew (Alex and Ricky) join the first crew (EJ and Cody) during the installation process, which allowed the entire job to be done within 2.5 hours. These two teams operated smoothly together in good spirits, were respectful of our property (using drop cloths in each work area) and cleaned up the work areas. After they were installed, EJ demonstrated the windows' operating features, provided me with the manufacturer's warranty and answered my questions. (The self-latching worked a bit differently than I expected, which actually was an improvement!) The windows look great and are a pleasure to use! Nice work, JWG!

Then Cabana installed 2 windows and a multi-slide door in our home. Neither window was operational after the install, despite them insisting that they tested operation during the install. Worse yet, one window was installed off center and the order was messed up so that the height of the window did not match the door height. Then when our hardwood installer came to finish the wood flooring against the door track he found significan water intrusion into the sill pan. LaCantina techs visited and wrote a report with their findings which explained that the door track and sill pan were not installed properly. However, Cabana insisted that this water intrusion was normal and that the door had been installed properly. It was not a small amount of water either. After a 5 minute water test on the door, I was able to vacuum 1 quart of water from the sill pan! The images don't lie, wish I could say the same for the Cabana.

In utilizing the yelp platform, we proceeded to give a call to the office to schedule. They were very prompt to schedule a free in home consultation the very next day. Jeff was our sales representative and he was very courteous and helped guide us thru the process. We wanted to ensure getting a set of windows changed and he helped do an initial measure and then gave us a run down presentation of our options and the technology behind the windows being replaced ( retrofits). I recently had all of my windows replaced in my home with 360 Windows and Doors…read more I first met Zach at the showroom and he showed me some of the windows they offer and how they were made and took the time to answer and questions I had, and explained the differences between each of the window types. I later met Malake who facilitated the transaction. Malake was wonderful and put the whole package together and was very good at keeping me updated with changes that might occur. I called her on the weekend in the evening and she still answered my call. Absolutely awesome. We ran into a small issue with sizing on a couple of windows from the window manufacturer and 360 Windows simply offered an upgrade to those windows that had the issue at no extra cost. Talk about taking care of your customers. Lastly there was a small hiccup with the screen door that didn't make it into the shipment for my sliding glass door. 360 windows contacted the manufacturer of the windows and for whatever reason it was further delayed. Not any fault of 360. I spoke to Lauren on a few occasions regarding the screen and she decided it was taking too long to get the screen from the manufacturer and Lauren contacted a local vendor that manufactures screen doors and sent them out to build a custom screen door since the original vendor was having issues. Much appreciated!! Everyone I encountered at 360 Windows was awesome. They were patient with all my questions and friendly, responsive, explained everything and informed me of any changes. The install team were punctual and really on top of the job. I am very happy with my experience and highly recommend this company. Thank you all for a great experience. Nate consulted with me over the phone and brainstormed ways to resolve the issues more effectively (and less costly) than others suggested. On the day of the job, he arrived exactly on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and got to work right after confirming the plan with me and making sure I was comfortable with everything. He and his worker/friend (who was also great) worked quickly and made sure to communicate any issues immediately.
