When I told them I thought that was a ridiculously high price, they further insulted me and said they "understood their pricing wasn't for every situation or budget and that's ok" which, to me, implies they only want to work with wealthy people. I called Sure Flow Plumbing instead and the could not have been nicer and had my problem fixed in less than an hour at a fraction of Evergreen's pricing. We (stupidly) agreed and bought a new furnace and a/c unit. $20k! After the installation the system didn't work. Summers' troubleshooter couldn't figure out the problem (he blamed our electrical panel), It took an independent electrician to figure out that two wires were crossed. Last week, a family member had Summers out for a routine check-up. She wasn't having any problems. Summers sales rep/tech (same guy) told her that her system was corroded and moldy and should be replaced. She was smart enough to get a second opinion. Her system was fine. No corrosion! We were scammed. It is nearly impossible to talk to anyone at Summers (all AI) and the General Manager does not return Phone calls. Do not use Summers.

We had a cracked pipe from winter cold that connected to one of our outside spigots. Rob, knew the situation and what we were asking for (I use very laymen terms) gave a quote and kept that quote. He also was really good at responding to questions I had and we were able to plan the work a few weeks out very easily. Robert came a little late, but that was due to an emergency situation with a customer who had a busted pipe at the water meter. You gotta love a professional who cares about his customers, but other than that, he looked at the situation, went to the store to get what he needed and was done within 30 mins (it was very quick). We were really thankful that he also put in a shut off valve so we could turn off that pipe in the winter so it doesn't get cracked again. It really can't get much better, Rob's pricing was great, his communication was 1st class, his understanding and professionalism was all amazing and super helpful. The facet works great and there is no water leaking at all, the house was clean and now we have our outdoor faucet back. Highly Recommend RCB Plumbing, they would be hard to beat.
