After installing our gas fireplace in 2008, we found that it makes a horrendous noise when you use the remote. Other people seem to have nice quiet switches on the wall. Why wouldn't we be warned not to buy this fireplace? The employees don't care about the customer. Avoid this business.

This wasn't Norman having a "bad day", because he attended our home on 3 different occasions and treated us poorly each time. I would recommend to be clear with them on expectations of quality. multiple parts of our installation ate left unfinished and left with easy access for rodents to enter home and garage. once they got their final payment it has been a hassle to get them back to fix issue. the finish quality is poor. if you use them be sure to with hold funds til all work is complete. be clear where you want placement of all components as if not they put them in wherever they want and you will come home to a surprise placement of the component.

When I contacted Willco, they arrived within an hour to give me a quote. The quote was for 1 to 1.5 hours. He was able to start immediately after he went to pick up the required parts. Called Pioneer Plumbers to come and fix my faucet and unclog the drain in my apartment. They were…read morevery professional and came on time. My kitchen faucet hot water had very low to no pressure. I had the plumber come over to clear the build up in the pipes. He also unclogged the bathroom sink for me. As well, I had him look at my garburator. My garburator had a small crack on the side and it worried me a bit. The plumber said it is just the outside but the inside is still working fine. So there is no need to replace it yet. The plumber was very professional and he did not charge extra to having to come downtown.
