I'm literally here every day. Almost every store I frequently visite is located in Southlands! From H&M, Bath and Body works, Walmart, Sam's Club, AMC, Red Lobster, His and Her my barber shop and so much more! read more

We have been customers at Kay for a number of years. Today, my center stone from my diamond ring fell out. Kay replaced the ring for free. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend. read more

Best mall ever. Ok one of the best. It is always a fun experience at the mall and all the activities they have for kids make it more fun and enjoyable with the kiddos. Also a great variety of restaurants and an awesome dine in movie theatre. Stores like world market, tjmaxx, and Ulta just make it an amazing one stop shop. read more

This mall would be so much better if it were enclosed. Hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Who thought an outdoor mall would be a good idea in this climate? read more

So I've been to this location serval times! The new court yard they just reconstructed is so amazing! Little water area for the kids to play in and soke up the sun! Parents enjoying the extremities! Plus the food!! All around is amazing!!! My favorite is Ted's Montana grill!! (Great food and 100% genuine hospitality! But overall this location is a place to go to! Definitely recommend! Plus their security makes us feel safe and comfortable! read more

Love these new main street malls! and this one has fire pits, music in the air, string lights over head and an ice rink in the winter! Plus some decent mall stores. Nice. It just needs more customers! Reason for the 4 star rating: Beyond the main drag, the rest of the layout is kind of a bummer. Its a mix of urban and suburban. From tight knit main street (walking) to spread out (must drive) strip mall. I have seen better layouts with strip malls. Putting random fast food joints in the middle of parking lot islands is such a waste and ugly. Too bad! Plus the restaurants suck. Suburbia - I guess. read more

I love this mall. It's so nice in the summer so you can shop and walk around enjoying the sun. They have a pretty good selection of stores at this mall, I especially love the H & M. In the winter time they have ice skating going on over by the movie theaters. I went to the ice skating rink this past winter. It was for my moms work event, so afterwords they served us dinner at a nearby restaurant. They also sold hot chocolate, which went perfectly with the ice skating! In the summer though, they have fountains in this area for children to play in, which is pretty cool. Something for the kids to do to cool off. Okay I have to talk about the fact that the movie theater here is dine-in. I love love LOVE that about this movie theater and there aren't any theaters like that close to where I'm at. There is such a wide variety of places to eat around this mall that it's so hard to choose! I've been here many times and I've never had a problem with this mall. The sidewalks are always pretty clean. The only unfortunate thing about this mall is the parking. There is no where to park midday Saturday, no where. The busiest shopping days it's almost impossible to find a parking spot. Other than the parking, this mall is one of my favorites. It has a nice amount of shops and a wide variety of places to eat at. A great experience no matter what season!! read more

There are a few malls like this one in the Denver metro area. Five stars. Of course there are a lot of stores and not every store is 5* worthy however on average. Customer service is great. The quality of food or products you may buy at this location are noteworthy as well as discounts discounts discounts. Military discount. EMT. Law Enforcement. Some stores even give Flight Crew discounts. The location is easy to find and right off 470. Parking isn't an issue. Sometimes you are able to find a spot right in front if the store. read more

Southlands is a great little hidden gem. Has exactly the handful of stores most people need. Missing some huge ones like disney store or Macy's. But it is still a good quick option. You'll like coming here. Very charming read more

I am ashamed to admit that, before today, I did not know that this mall existed! What a shame, too, because it really is a very nice mall with lots of great stores. There are wide walking paths and beautiful landscaping, which make for a lovely afternoon stroll. (Just watch out for the broken pavers; there are some tripping hazards on the paths.) We came this afternoon for the free concert and were pleasantly surprised by the niceness of the whole thing. The music was great and we were able to get some shopping done as we listened. Though this mall is a long way out from our normal stomping grounds, if we're ever in the area again we will be back! read more

Southlands Mall is one of those outdoor malls. Anchors on the outside, franchises inside. What makes this mall slightly different is the Main Street concept, where the restaurants dot the inner circle, with a flexible space as the vortex. Here you can find music in the Summer, an Ice Rink in the Winter. Southlands contains the usual suspects; Movie Theatre, Ice Cream Parlor, various Franchise Restaurants, Corporate Clothing Stores, Corporate Book Store, Corporate Coffee Shops, and of course Wal-Mart and Sams Club. Parking is convenient and free, and since it's outdoors, lacks that gets me out of the mall feeling. Unfortunately turn over is huge here, and small Mom/Pops can't afford the rent, so you have lots of empty store fronts, and you have the same old, same old names here. Too bad Southlands would rather an empty store vs a lower rent structure for Mom/Pop Store and Restaurants. Boy, what a Main Street you would then have-- One would think 100% occupancy combined with some diversity would really up the traffic, and benefit all. That would be my ideal Mall -- your go to place for everything filled with your favorite neighborhood restaurants, bars, bakeries, a used book store along side the Gaps of this world In the meantime, Southlands is the most convenient Mall for me, and is well used by my family read more

Great place to waste part of your day. AMC Theater is there. Loads of shops and any type of food you would want is in the area. all within walking distance. Winter go outdoor ice-skating and in Summer have venues and Farmers Market on Sarurday. read more

I have a valid complaint that I wouldn't have had in the past. My husband recently became handicapped and finally felt the need to go outside and take in a movie at our favorite theater. Well today we realized that there is a need for handicapped parking near the theater. The only two in front of the bar on east side were taken and I did not see anything hanging from rearview mirrors or handicapped plates on these vehicles. There are indeed spaces on the north side of building, but this is just too far to walk for somebody disabled. We just came home instead. Like I said, I never noticed this flaw at the mall until we now need it. read more

This is our favorite outdoor shopping center in the entire metro area. It's just a nice place to kill few hours, especially so during the holidays. We visit frequently, at least once every two weeks or so. Sometimes just to browse. It has a great mix of restaurants. Everything from two of my favorite coffee shops (Woody Creek and Caribou Coffee), to fast food, to full service sit down places. The main street has a nice selection of stores that goes beyond clothing stores aimed at tweens, teens and hipsters (though there are plenty of those). The perimeter has just about any and every department or specialty store you could ask for. We also visit Northfield regularly because they have a few of our favorite stores we don't find here. But this place is what Northfield wishes it was. read more

This is one of my favorite shopping centers in the south denver area. I love that it is outdoors and the way it is laid out is perfect for strolling. A great selection of shops and restaurants. there is even an ice skating rink in the winter and a farmers market in the summer and fall. The movie theater offers $5 movies before 4pm and there are plenty of larger shops around the mall you can explore as well. It is sometimes nice to get outside and walk around and this is a great little mall to do just that! read more

When I first moved to SE Aurora, my original impression of Southlands was very beautiful but I was not overly impressed by the retail selection. However, after having lived in the area for 3 years and being a mother of two children, I have found this shopping center to be ultra-convenient and kid-friendly. My children absolutely love the fountains, the fire pit, the ice skating in the winter and we are looking forward to outdoor movie Thursdays this summer. Events like the Farmers Market, kid nights, parades and festivals keep Southlands fresh and fun and give a sense of community to an otherwise typical suburb. Southlands is always clean and beautifully landscaped with abundant flowers and landscaping throughout. There are still a few stores I would like to see here (i.e. Whole Foods or Trader Joes/Panera/ and some more locally owned eateries) but you cannot beat the clean, safe atmosphere it provides all year round. PS - there are a few gems here for stores that aren't found elsewhere such as Savory Spice (amazing!!), Beyond the Blackboard, Goochie Cakes and Wine Experience Cafe as well as some great staples like Gap, Barnes & Noble, Francesca's. And the Auto Express Car Wash is a god send! I would highly recommend you visit if you haven't had the chance yet - it's a great place to kill a day especially in the summer. read more

This place is really nice, has some good stores, the layout is decent, and they do a great job keeping it up. Why only two stars then? The parking situation is so bad here, that it counteracts almost all of the good things about this business area. Many times, I'm stopping in to pick up some quick takeout from a restaurant, and I have to park hundreds of yards away just to find a spot. It really is getting pretty bad... I find myself wanting to go to the new shopping district across the street, just to avoid the crappy parking in the Southlands. read more

I can't for the life of me understand why developers decide it's a great idea to put an outside mall up in a place where it snows often... but that's beside my eventual point. There are a lot of stores here, the worse part of your experience will either be parking or navigating the streets with people walking out in front of you. The center as a whole is very nice, in the winter they make an outdoor ice skate rink and the lights are very pretty. In the summers there is live music. Despite the fact that the patron quality seems to be slipping, I'll stay a regular. The movie theater isn't bad either. read more

This place is so freaking cute! I loved the white lights everywhere, the fountain for the kids, the music from the bushes, the little bunnies! It's pretty sweet. Not a ton of store selection, but enough for an afternoon. Good food stops! read more

Many options to go for lunch, dinner, even breakfast! The movie theater is really bad, but you can get a nice movie and some popcorn every once in a while. read more

I love this shopping area and wouldn't change a thing about the selection of stores. They have nicer quality boutiques that cater to specialty cakes and photographs to a toy store and mainstream shops like Victoria's Secret. I wish they had a cafe within the main shopping area by the theatre and more parking is a MUST, but I still love coming here and it is worth the extra five minute drive for me. read more

This shopping mall is so gorgeous and well established for the people who benefit from the affluence community. I do not see why they don't have another accessed commute to arrive here. I despise the fact that I have to take a toll in order to arrive on time. After passing up on the toll, the beautiful shops make up for it. They have the most exclusive restaurants, clothing stores and pretty walk ways. I came here to dine on Olive Garden, P.F. Changs and also their cutest shopping boutiques. Other than that, I can't become a regular visitor and shopper at this town center. It's not worth the pricing of the toll if you're coming from the Denver International Airport neighborhood. read more

This is a wonderful, outdoor mall. It is also rated under Soutlands, and is higher rated than it is under this title.

It is absolutely a nice out door mall. In the winter they have a beautiful ice skating rink which is very cool for the kids. I just wish they had more stores. Like Forever 21. They do have a few of my favorite stores but that is one they are missing. Besides that, it's a great shopping place with an updated awesome movie theater and a good amount of restaurants! read more

I remember moving to this neighborhood and suddenly BOOM there was a mall. We were just excited about the Wal-Mart alone, but the movie theatre is great too. It was nice not having to drive all the way down to the Chinese Mann theatre...there are quite a few choices in shopping and dining...however, it's gotten very crowded and hard to park. It's very pretty and romantic at Christmas time, as well...I wouldn't really call it a "mall"- I would call it a shopping plaza or center. If you're not into west coast styles or clothes, you might have a harder time finding clothes and I'd recommend hitting up Park Meadows for a variety, because besides the big corporate stores, they have a lot of skater/surfer/snowboarder type specific stores..and lots of kids stores. It's cute, quaint, and a nice place to walk up and down and to window shop. read more

Has pretty much everything one could need in one place without having to travel far except one thing: a gas station! Yes, it has gas at Sam's Club but only during business hours. It needs a convenience store with gas! Otherwise it's great. Groceries, shoes, clothes, restaurants, movie theater, various other stores. Conveniently close to home and a decent variety. Sad that Outback closed so hopefully they get another steak place in that spot soon! read more

If you ask me I would say this mall is okay but not the best its clean but the up keep is not very good and it's over ran with high school kids. Don't get me wrong I love kinds but these kids have no respect for others or the mall. The other problem stores hardly last a year or two do to the high rent, so as soon as you thing you found a story or a restaurant you love it disappears in the blink of an eye. read more

U am so excited to see all the new building that is going on at SOUTHLANDS. I moved into this area 8 years ago with the promise that this was going to be the largest outdoor mall in the states. That hasn't happened yet and we have been waiting for more things to open. Finally it appears this mall is taking OFF. The movie theater is incredible after the reconstruction! h&m is going in soon. So exciting! And more restaurants. Finally getting some exciting stuff around here. read more
