    They suck! Be ware of ALL BEST BUYS! Shortest return policy of only 15 days!!! Go somewhere else.

Never opened the box or unloaded it from my truck. Kept it less than six hours. Immediately took it back to appliance factory. Customer service rep said they didn't do refunds without corporate approval.Well, a day later the refund was approved, but I had to pay a $495.00 re-stocking fee. Everyone I spoke to used the same refrain, "I don't make the rules". I don,t blame the employees I blame corporate for making customers so uncomfortable doing something as basic as making a return. I give them a "ZERO"! I will never shop there again.

Wanting to make sure I was getting the best deal, I called and spoke with Andrea at the Pro Desk. She told me she could take an additional $200 off and reduce the delivery fee to $20--but only as a credit after the order was delivered. After the delivery, I went in to follow up, and suddenly the story changed. Andrea told me the only way to get the extra discount was by using a specific Pro Account credit card. She pointed to a brochure with both a PRO account card and a credit card, and said, "This is the card you need--the discount will come next time." At first, I assumed she meant the same PRO account I already had. I started filling out the application, but as someone else rushed me through the form, I realized I was being signed up for a credit card, not a different kind of PRO account. I never agreed to that. Andrea had already walked away by then, and it became clear there was never going to be a credit back on my original order. The deal I was promised on the phone was gone, replaced with "nothing we can do--but here's a credit card you can apply for to maybe save next time." I came in expecting to redeem a promised discount. Instead, I got misleading information, pressure to open a credit card, and no resolution. Extremely disappointing and not how business should be done.

    We bought a brand-new washer and dryer from Lowe's. It was installed and we realized that it was…read morenot adding hot water to the drum. We obviously checked all the hoses to make sure they were configured correctly. We went back to Lowe's 48 hours later to let them know the machine wasn't working correctly. No one could talk with us so we returned the next day (72 hours later). They informed us that they couldn't help us because we were no longer within the 48 hour return time frame which no one informed us and no one provided any documentation of this policy. Now we have to call a repair person for a BRAND-NEW washing machine and pay out of pocket for the repair because LG is saying that Lowe's should be exchanging the machine. We spent $900 on a washing machine that is not working and Lowe's had absolutely NO INTEREST in helping us out. We will be shopping at Home Depot from now on. I wish Sears was still in business.

I guess Home Depot is where the adults shop and don't have to be watched like children.
