The office is clean, clam, quiet and full of amenities from top shelf periodicals, cable, seating, complimentary k-cups and tea, and a welcoming play area for children. The dental hygiene technicians are so nice and professional. As are the service staff. I love my hygienist. The Dentist herself offered me great options for long term care regarding my long term problems. They also take great care of their saltwater fish tanks.

I needed a crown and another dentist had recommended Dr Darmon, when I called his office they said…read morehe was booked but that I could see his associate. His associate did the work and put on a temporary until my new crown would be back from the lab several days later. He also told me I had bone loss and that I needed root planing and scaling. The cost of the crown was outrageous - and when I called the dentist that referred me and I told him he was shocked that they charge so much for a cash patient. When I came back for my crown I told Dr Sheena that my tooth and jaw were hurting and aching the entire time and that I was taking aspirin for the pain and couldn't eat on that side of my mouth. Instead of sending me to a specialist or using temporary cement he said everything was fine and used permanent cement for my new crown. I came back twice the first week because of the discomfort and then he told me to see a specialist. The endodontist said I needed a root canal and that my crown looked new. Then he proceeded to drill a huge whole in my brand new crown. When I went to my regular dentist's office for a routine cleaning the hygienist looked at my x-rays told me I didn't have bone loss and didn't need a scaling.

They were able to see me, which is pretty amazing in itself. The lady on the phone asked me several questions... when did it happen, how did it happen, are your swollen, did you cut your lip, are you injured in any other way, etc. She not only was trying to get a correct diagnosis over the phone (to ensure the DR. could see me), she also seemed generally concerned. After all, having a broken tooth is ALWAYS a traumatic event! The minute I walked in the door (not smiling or showing my teeth), they automatically knew who I was! There is something I like when I'm on the phone with someone, tell them I'm on my way... and they actually expect me and greet me by name! As the other reviews say, this office staff cares about every single one of their patients. This is one of the best dental experiences I have ever had! I'm not a person who has "dental apprehension", but Dr. Hartrick completely set me at ease. If you aren't familiar with cosmetic dental work, Dr. Hartick is outstanding! She is VERY concerned about patient pain and takes numerous measures to make sure it is minimized. She took a lot of time to explain the procedures being performed and what to expect. She even mentioned that she's a "perfectionist"! When doing cosmetic dental work, that might be one of the best things you can possible be, right? It was a fantastic job rebuilding my tooth, and a wonderful experience overall! I'll even be going back for a cleaning in a few days!

This DDS is very personable with a genuinely sweet and caring personality. Her office is very small and cozy and she (+her staff) makes the effort to put each patient at ease. I cannot count the years that I have been coming here, but all the while she has maintained the same staff. That alone says a lot! Her staff is ALWAYS professional and courteous. As someone who is terribly afraid of dentists, I recommend her. I even once dozed (briefly) off as she repaired one of my teeth, she is very gentle! That's major considering I don't like nor trust very many dentists at all ;-) The only thing that sometimes annoys me about the office is the layout (hence the minus 1 star). She has 3 exam chairs and they are located within a single room, partitioned off by only the counter/cabinet spacing of each area. Recently, my husband and I went for our first appointment, and we were not disappointed. Everyone was very friendly and attentive.
