Well I suppose that is true. Second my appointments were both over a month out. I was called to go out of state for power outage restoration, this happened for both appointments. I paid their 50$ fee for canceling my appointment. Third now they want $200 appointment fee. People without power will always come before a Dentist appointment, if you don't understand that I will find a new dentist. The only recommendation I will give this business is the dental hygienist did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. But then again every dentist has good hygienists.

They offer their own insurance plan that is well worth getting the discount. I think that's amazing, and hopefully it encourages people to keep up with dental health not worrying about the expense. They do good work, and the staff is friendly.

My dentist told me since it's hurting, I needed it taken out! I never had a tooth taken out except for wisdom teeth. Dr. Schalm took an x -ray & saw there was still a cavity in my tooth! I was seeing my dentist for years & couldn't believe he would make this mistake! Dr. Schalm took out the filling my dentist did & put in a bigger filling. I am now pain free & the rest of my family is now going to Dr. Schalm. He's very nice as is his staff. The office is very clean & homey . I felt very comfortable. I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Schalm.

Feeling rushed, she told me it would be $175.00 dollars for what I was told was a small cavity and that I could come back in very soon. When I told her I didn't have dental insurance I asked how much blue cross dental insurance pays for the same procedure. She looked it up and told me $130 dollars. Needless to say, they wouldn't take 130 dollars from me to fill the cavity. I requested my records that they are required to provide me. I still have not received them after two weeks. I sought a second opinion and today was told I have NO CAVITIES AT ALL my teeth are in very good condition. I AM GLAD I DIDN'T GET THE $175 FILLING THAT I DIDNT NEED!

They have a commercial postage saying new patient can get a regular cleaning, exam & routine x-rays for $79. We made an appointment for that. And after the x-rays, the doctor insisted that my mom has to do a $1,100 worth deep cleaning. When we refused it and said we will think about it later, they refused to do just a regular cleaning. They bs'ed about how they have other conflicting appointments, like how??? We made an appointment and now you have someone else to serve? And rushes my mom out when she was already on the dental chair. AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME. They also charged another family of mine for $600+ when he only came for a $79 regular cleaning they put on their commercial. This is so rude and so offensive. Don't come here unless you want to pay $1000 to be treated rudely :)

Finally pain-free! I…read morehad been in pain since I was 21 years old due to TMD (TMJ). The few specialists I could find at that time could do nothing more than open my bite a bit. I had given up looking for a solution until my previous dentist recommended Dr. Haddad. I am now chewing without pain for the first time in decades. The price was astronomical, ( I actually waited a year to get the financing together for the crowns and the nighttime appliances) but worth every penny. The offices are competently staffed, extremely clean and professionally run. Dr. Haddad was extremely helpful in keeping my stress levels down by prescribing me some meds before the work prepping the teeth was done. A special thank you to each member of his team. They are empathetic, understanding, and extremely skilled. My husband and I now use Rochester Advanced Dentistry for all our dental needs.

I can't recommend the practice highly enough for anyone, but especially for dentist-avoiding patients as you feel at ease and pain-free whatever the procedure-from expert cleaning, cavities, extractions, to bone graft and implants, etc. Also, clear instructions, careful follow-up, and availability for questions or the unexpected. I feel that all the team is exceptional in terms of skill, know-how, and professionalism while having a consistently friendly and caring approach to patients.
