    If I could give zero stars I would. On my original visit as a new patient (my previous dentist…read moreretired), I had a wonderful experience and was highly encouraged to pursue Invisalign. At the time I didn't feel they were "pushing me" into as I came in interested in pursuing Invisalign but looking back now they only had their interests in mind and not my best interest. I paid upfront for the trays, was told I would get a call soon to have the buttons placed and trays started. Three weeks later I had still not received a call, so I reached out to the office and was told there had been some delays. During that time, I had also reached out to my oral surgeon's office and it's at that time I realized that Dr. Saad office had never reached out to my surgeon's office like they had told me they had to clear the Invisalign. I was told Invisalign might not be the best idea for me by the surgeon's office for certain reasons and when I reached back out to Saad and spoke with Dr. Rice she became increasingly more agitated and aggressive throughout our phone call. Was frustrated with me for having real questions and then started practically attempting to bully me into moving forwards with the Invisalign. I had never been spoken to in this manner from a Doctor/ Dentist ever in my life and this occurred over three phone calls, including one joint call with my oral surgeon's office. Due to Dr. Rice behavior I choose to cancel the Invisalign which of course the office gave me a hard time about, they stated they would refund the money I personally paid but would be keeping me insurance money (which is fraud) so I had to jump through hoops to call my insurance company and get my deductible refunded. When I called the office back to try to speak to the owner of Saad Dentistry to talk about my experience, I was not given a phone number or told I could speak to someone, instead I was given an email address and hung up on. Moral of the story, save yourself the headache and go to a different dentist.

The front office staff were all very welcoming and friendly. They had been when I scheduled my appointment on the phone too. They got me in quickly. The dental hygienist, Maureen, was so sweet from the beginning! We talked a lot and she cleaned my teeth so well. She made sure that she didn't miss anything. They had really advanced technology and Maureen was even able to double check/show me my teeth when she was done with the cleaning to make sure she didn't miss anything. It was a camera like device. It was really cool! I hadn't seen it before. She did an amazing job and touched up a few areas that were missed. Dr. Thomas was also very friendly. He did a great exam and discussed my concerns with me. I did not feel rushed at all throughout the whole process. I will definitely be recommending Saad to all of my friends and family! Wonderful experience!

    Dr. Coburn has been my dentist, on and off, for about 20 years now. I just recently visited his new…read moreoffice for a cleaning (after 7 years of being away. Gross!). His staff welcomed me and were able to fit me in the day after I called since my insurance will be expiring. After a great cleaning experience with Diana, they noticed some cavities and old fillings that needed to be replaced. Dr. Coburn was kind enough to fit me in again on the following day so I can get my insurance coverages worth. First off, his assistant Sam began taking pictures of my mouth so Dr. Coburn can give me a further examination after I would leave and know exactly what was worth following up on. I can't believe how advanced technology has become. He really is hip to it all! He also knew I had a deep fear of getting these fillings but immediately made me feel comfortable. It's the small things like turning the music up, offering nitrous or making sure that the numbing gel before the shot is fully penetrated into your gums. All five fillings were done in one sitting and were completely painless. COMPLETELY PAINLESS! I can say it over and over again. I didn't even feel the shot! I remember as a kid, I would be the same little nervous girl and end up walking out with a smile. It was just repeated all over again, 20 years later. I am looking forward to having him as my primary dentist and will be having a future consultation for Invisalign with him. I will definitely follow-up with a review. Thanks Dr. Coburn and staff!

    First, let me clarify that the Dentist and Hygienist both performed as expected, were kind and care…read moreabout the quality of their work. It's the billing office staff that leaves it less than desirable. They ask you, before you leave one appointment, if you want to pay your portion in full for a future scheduled service and offer a 10% discount to entice you to do so. (I'm assuming to try and lock you into using them the next time). I clarified and re-clarified if this would be the full amount I would be responsible for and they clarified and re-clarified that was correct. After the service, you get billed another amount that exceeds 150% of the first amount they charge you (no 10% discount here).... it feels like a bait and switch practice and is at best negligent and deceptive. The worst part is when you confront the incident, the staff only makes excuses and tries to place blame on your insurance company and anyone or anything else but herself. She actually never took ownership. I would not feel comfortable referring anyone to this office, after this incident.
