I was assured that a few Motrin would take care of any pain that i may experience and they sent me on my way. Here I am 9 hours & 5 Motrin later and I'm about ready to rip the teeth out of my mouth. I feel like i have electrical surges running through my teeth and the pain has remained consistent. After doing my very best to suck up the pain, i finally gave in and contacted Baypointe Dental to find out if there was anything at all that i could do to relieve this pain. i was told that they would contact the Dr and he would call me right away. Do you think Dr Kachorek could have had the decency to get back with me? No, nothing... especially after i dished out $400.00 to have my teeth whitened? Needless to say i will never step foot back into that office. He has lost me and the rest of my family and friends who i have reffered to him as patients. If you're looking for a dentist who has your best interest and comfort in mind then I'd say Baypointe Dental is most definitely not the office you are looking for.

Which totally came in handy for my poor older child who inherited my crowded jaw. We went to about four other consultations until we found Dr Vaitas. Some wanted to remove teeth, some wanted to do jaw surgery, but Dr V explained we should wait until a growth spurt & then with lots of rubber bands (for me, since I kept finding them in the vacuum), he could move everything where it needed to go. Two years to fix and four years later without braces & my child's teeth are still perfect! We also weren't charged for a 2nd retainer when Dr V wanted to use a more robust version. My other child's jaw is fine but teeth were crazy crooked. 1.5 years into treatment & almost done with zero issues. Zero interest payment plans & very reasonable rates. Great assistance with insurance processing. Staff are super friendly & we're never kept waiting. Semi annual retainer checkups included forever. Would recommend to anyone!!

That was the office that had dried up throw up on the waiting room chair and totally inappropriate daytime TV blaring in the waiting room. I could go on and on but that's what Yelp's for! This dentist had a clean waiting room, no television I had to worry about my children seeing, up to date magazines. Nice staff. They acknowledged me, paid attention, were friendly and professional. The office has easy parking and a nice Royal Oak location. The dentist himself is all busines. I sat in on the exam, as my daughter is traumatized by another dentist who never checked that she was numb before pulling 5 teeth unnecessarily. Instead of talking to me so much, the dentist spoke straight to my scared stiff daughter and explained all his numbing steps and what she will feel. He defined to her the difference of pain and feeling the tooth come out. As she waited, she was given the remote control to a TV so we could control what she watched. This helped chill her out. He pulled her tooth out PAINLESSLY. She was shocked. I felt horribly I didn't start with this guy in the first place. He was a referral from our orthodontist, Dr. Bruno. Some things are worth spending money on. And his price was fair anyway. I will be bringing my whole family there. I asked how long a dental cleaning in an average mouth should take. More than 10 minutes of course! So I'm eager to meet the hygeniest. They're as important as the dentist in my opinion. I love my white teeth and want to keep them pretty! I also appreciate that Dr. Eades keeps up on his education, as I do the same in my field. There is always new science and always more to learn and master. I appreciate as well when I asked him about my own TMJ issues that he admitted he isn't a TMJ specialist. Happy New Year to me!) Anyway, I obviously didn't want to go back to the dentist that did my original work. I wasn't happy at all there, so when this happened I was on a journey to find a dentist with compassion & professionalism, I can't even begin to explain my great luck finding this place. I knew immediately that I made the right decision. Every single person that works here has been wonderful to me. I had to have oral surgery to get an implant due to how the tooth couldn't be replaced with the crown. I was referred to an excellent surgeon through Dr. Bishara. Once it was healed & ready for the tooth to be replaced, she honestly was meticulous & took her time to make sure I was happy with the results. Needless to say, I was.
