I found a place that only wanted $600 labor I wanted to use Ben so I went to his shop to see if he would match the price. He did!!!! Ben is an honest person and not looking to make millions off people He also completed the job the same day. Amazing since removing the dash is a long tedious job. My total cost was $800 Labor and parts and vacuuming the system and Freon. Now my AC blows ice cold. I won't go anywhere else now for my auto needs. So don't be afraid to go here You will get an honest price and his mechanics are great

He took a picture of my plates which was weird even when I provided the make and model, etc.The next day May 28th I called him in the morning as my car is not running properly and needs to get diagnosed and Benjamin said I'm in the middle of something and will call you back today and he NEVER called me back. I waited on Friday, May 29th for Benjamin to return my call but he never called. Now it's the weekend and my car is still not diagnosed. Thanks for NOTHING Benjamin and do better and if you want a NEW customer um how about call them back. Taking my money and business elsewhere.

Once the technician identified a leak in the turbocharger oil line, he sent us a quote including pictures and videos, and called us to explain the issue in detail. We got the car back two days later, looking pristine inside and out, which was a nice surprise. Their shop rate was very reasonable, too. I highly recommend them!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience earned one star…read more I was explicitly told my car would be completed the same day if I brought it in. Based on that promise, I rearranged my schedule and dropped off my vehicle. After they already had my car, I was suddenly told it would actually take about three business days and that there was "nothing they could do." If that had been communicated from the beginning, I never would have brought my car there. What made this even more frustrating is that my car sat there all day without anyone even touching it. It wasn't delayed because work had already started--it was simply left untouched. I ended up going back, telling them not to work on it at all, and taking my car somewhere else. My vehicle only has 64 miles on it, and I'm not comfortable leaving it with a business that tells me one thing to get me in the door and then changes the story once they already have my car. Because of this, I wasted an entire day that I could have spent taking my car to a shop that was honest about its timeline. Reliability and honesty matter just as much as the quality of the work, and this experience left me feeling like my time wasn't respected. My advice is simple: if meeting the promised timeline is important to you, consider getting a clear written commitment before leaving your vehicle, or look elsewhere. I can't recommend a business that promises one thing and then delivers the exact opposite.

My brakes sounded horribleeee and it even got to the point where I did not feel safe making my daily commute into Houston. Luckily, I called them Wednesday and they were able to get me in that Saturday morning. Isaac at the front was incredibly nice and explained to me how they will look at it, send me an email with what they found and a break down. Then they would call me to confirm pricing before they start. I got my final pricing for brakes and ac to be fixed in the future. They told me what was priority that day and what could wait! It was more than I expected because of the parts I needed but honestly, they were quick, nice and had tons of cars they were currently working on it (from it looked like). Yeah, I could have looked up the parts and bought them myself etc. but I rather save time and pay a professional. The best part was when I picked up my girl, they had washed her inside and outside and she looked amazing! She drives like she's brand new and I can't explain how happy I am with the service! They are known in the community so I would highly recommend them!
